Abstract
Specific characters of the social
state of children and adults in the modern society,
including risk as one of social, economic,
political, sociocultural description, are analyzed
in the issue. The essence of the definitions
risk and society of risk is shown, the main
theoretical approaches to define them are systematized,
their evolution is analyzed, their interrelation
and interconditionality are shown.
The authors standpoint at modernization of
Russian school, which is under reforms for
twenty years and that social group as schoolchildren
exposes to double risk - as a part of
society and as a constituent of educational system,
is being proposed. Article also states, that
youths risks can be controlled, and one of the
subjects of management must be children and
adults.

Abstract
The article considers the issue of
students technical training improvement in
the college of art is illustrated by the example
of technical training of directors of amateur
theatres. The author analyzes the evolutionary
track of technical training development of directors
and defines the future teaching strategy
in this education. Developing an innovative,
scientifically grounded system of professional
technical training of directors allowed a considerable
increase of the productivity and intensity
of educational process.

Abstract
The article explains the integrative
system-technology approach to teaching pedagogy,
according to which should not oppose,
but integrate the three types of training: training
of reproductive, developmental, or personality-
oriented, and rational-tech training. On
this basis, developed an interactive tutorial on
the theory of education - the combination of the
textbook with workbook. Work experience in a
virtual environment Moodle shows the need to
create innovative printed materials that represent
educational information in various forms
and administering training activities. We describe
the experience of training with the bank
pedagogical information MGO U and conclude
on the development of print and digital resources
on the general principles: variety of forms,
interactivity.

problem of cooperation of a family and school
in the educational process is presented from the
authors point of view. The aim of the education
he considered to be the perfection of the

of age and persons peculiarities. Children
must be prepared to life struggle so they
must be morally strengthened by educators.
There should be the close and living connection
between a family and school in the educational

The respect of the kids personality is the

a quality management system of interaction between

Abstract
The article considers structure
peculiarities of the processes of perception,
memory and thinking in connection with the
problem of reading and understanding texts.
As at present there is no fixed definition of
reading yet it has been defined in this article
from the point of view of the peculiarities of its
structure. It was shown that reading is impossible
without understanding, perception and
thinking since it includes these processes. Despite
the proximity of these notions, they cannot
act as synonyms. The terms understanding,
thinking and perception depending
on what place they occupy in the structure of
the reading process are analyzed in this article.
It is proved that understanding unlike perception
is the result of the reading process. Reading
cannot take place without perception of the
text and subject matter is not always understood
completely. The process of thinking unlike
understanding is more self-sufficient and
independent process, which is crucial for both
understanding and perception.

Current socio-economic conditions
require specialists better training. One effective
way of the educational process information
support is the introduction of educational
and methodical complexes inside the university
(EMC). EMC in the traditional sense is a combination
of all educational documents which are
also a project system description of the educational
process, which will subsequently be implemented
in practice and is a didactic tool for
specialists training. Each specific EMC contains
a philosophical basis, puts on some leading
factor of students development, based on
any concept of experience mastering. Innovative
teaching and methodical complex (IEMC)
on methods biology teaching - a print and online
resource for innovative teaching materials for
higher education. In accordance with the concept
of the project a two-tier resource is created
: materials for students and materials for teachers
and methodists. An innovative teaching
and methodical complex (IUMK) for university
discipline technology and methods of teaching
biology is a next generation didactic tool
for teaching. IUMK - a new system resource of
methodical training for future teachers, biologists.
Conceptual approaches to its design and
realisation are systemic, synergistic, competence,
reflective and informative approaches.

Regarding breach of writing (disgrafy)
in before school age is necessary give
special attention, because, exactly way of disarray
prevention should be basic in determination
of this problem, because in before school age
many indication that will help find which difficulty
of writing mastering appear of before
school age children with (DPP) in time of school
training. Concerning prevention of next disgrafy
kinds like acoustic, oral-acoustic on basis
analyses breach and synthesis of speech stream
and in addition optical disgrafy, which we can
find only in before school age, at that time prevention
of grammatical discpafy still possible
in first two years of children school training,
before adoption of morphological principle of
writing. On the expiry of this time we cannot
use prevention, but we will work of disposal of
already appeared different forms of disgrafy.

The article deals with the integral
logical theory of technological approaches
of communicative influence. The meaning of
terms «information», «informational communication
» is specified since they are determinants
for understanding of the whole communicational
process in general. The basic models
of these approaches are named and analyzed.
Logical and semantic model of communication
in foreign language teaching is formulated. In
conclusion the author gives the definition of
communicative influence and stresses the difference
between communication and association.
The article includes the interpretation of
universal informational equation to explain the
theory of communicative influence through information.

games as means of communicative competence.
This notion has been transferred into
the sphere of pedagogic as it emphasizes the
semantic aspect of social interaction between
pupils, a child and a teacher. Several interpretations
of the term game are considered. Special
prominence is given to the structure of a
speech act. Every element of this structure can
become a basis for the formation of a didactic
game, which in its turn has a beneficial effect
on the development of the pupils communicative
abilities and skills.

The article represents the experience
of designing and introducing into educational
process a distant reading module based
on the authentic English materials about international
marketing. The author of the article
differentiates the notions «distance course»
and «distant module». All materials are organized
in the form of the electronic book and
propose suggest obligatory use of information
technologies and test and training system application
with the purpose to check the level of
students understanding. From methodologcal
point of view the module belongs to «English
for specific purposes» direction. However it is
not orientated at providing specific language
knowledge, but at teaching the principles of

Discusses the application of computer
simulation in teaching physics. It is shown
that the modern education system, focused on
building core competencies and subject students
should have an effective monitoring system
based on modern test theory, it is necessary
to develop a pedagogically sound decisions on
management of educational process.
In teaching physics, the formation of key and
subject specific competences of students may
be using the system of virtual physical experiments,
in addition to field experiments. The ratio
of these types of experiment, as well as the
implementation of virtual experiments (visual
design, story, mathematical model, algorithm)
must be substantiated with teaching positions.

Abstract
The biggest problem in the process
of teaching painting is to develop the ability to
work with an art form and color for the embodiment
of image perception. Now the teaching of
special subjects in the field of art education is
carried out simultaneously, which creates difficulties
for students who have problems in
immediate application of their knowledge in
these disciplines to work with a pictorial image.
Therefore, to ensure optimal linkages special
disciplines in the field of art education (the
composition, the science of color), a certain system
of assignments and exercises is proposed.
This article describes the exercises, that form
a holistic view of the object and image, develop
the ability to invent forms and colors at the initial
stage of learning art.
