Тhis article devoted to the problems
of quality of a professional pedagogical
training from a position of the federal state
educational standard of new generation. This
standart says the main aim of modern education
is to train qualified specialists. Expert

Abstract
The article is about the problem
of vandalism which is desecration and damage
of the cultural heritage. Moreover, the motives
and kinds of vandalism are described here. After
that there are some examples of the acts of
vandalism referred to the objects of Russian
cultural heritage for the last several years. Furthermore,
the strategies taken up for reduction
of vandalism are analyzed and different ways of
the problem solving are suggested. Then some
conclusions are made about methods that must
be developed and applied in order to abolish
vandalism.

The article considers the origin
of waltz and its existing in cultural life of
Europe and Russia. The waltz finds the heartfelt
image in works of literary artists, and the
waltzes created by the composers are means of
the emotional response to literary works. The
correlation between waltz music and verbal
images of the writers is an effective means of
schoolchildrens comprehension of an ideologically
artful originality of the work. The article
consistently compares the fairy tale Cinderella
of S. Perro and the ballet with the same name
of S. Prokofiev, the drama Masquerade of M.
Lermontov and the music of A. Hachaturjan,
the novel War and peace of L. Tolstoy and the
opera of S. Prokofiev; and it analyses a role of
interrelation, interaction between a word and
a piece of music in school analysis of literary
works.

The author of the article considers
in methodical researches up to date there are
no wholistic list of demands to primary texts
for transposition. The traditional demands are
oriented to ideological and esthetic aspects of
these texts. In the article the new demands are

of working out the rating scales which allow

criteria of oral speech assessment and
