Abstract
The article considers the integrative conception
of forming social responsibility of students. It describes both
the approaches (philosophical and anthropological, axiological,
historical and ontological, culturological, personally active

Abstract
The article presents itself a short survey of
Mikhail Vasilievich Lomonosovs biographic data. It also
characterizes the main pedagogical ideas of the scientist, primarily
the concept of narodnost. The article also considers
the key directions, main principles, scientific and methodical
bases of Lomonosovs educational views. The author reveals
the scientists attitude towards the principle directions in upbringing
and educational processes, such as moral, labor,
physical, intellectual and esthetic; their correlation and interference.
The paper goes into social and pedagogical views
of the scientist, namely: the influence of social and political
system on education, the Russian traditions of building a new
family, the family influence on young generation upbringing,
etc. The article characterizes the innovators attitude towards
the organization and content of education in grammar schools
and universities in Russia. The conclusion is made that M.V.
Lomonosov launched the scientific basis of Russian national
pedagogics.

Abstract
This paper presents the result of an experimental
study to identify the conditions of forming university
students identity and professional responsibility. The author
highlights the urgency of this issue during the period of modernization
of Russian education. The author proposes the
most appropriate criteria of forming students self-awareness
and professional responsibility: cognitive, need-motivational,
and activity-based practical. The level of forming students
self-awareness and professional responsibility has been determined
experimentally and a model of organizing work on
this problem has been suggested. The study resulted in identifying
the conditions necessary to form university students
self-awareness and professional responsibility.

Abstract
The article aims at considering and assessing
the quality criteria of teachers training. Providing high quality
education is the main task of educational policy, which is
based on maintaining its fundamental nature, compliance
with current and future needs of the individual, society and
state. In these circumstances the problem of quality management
education is of particular importance. The integral components
of teachers training are subjects, processes, content
and educational environment. Each of these components is a
separate field of study, measuring and evaluating the quality
of teachers training. The criteria suggested in this paper are
based on the basic characteristics of the quality of education.

this work is on John Ruskins views on art education and its
matter in the social reformation, on defects of academic education

Abstract
Physical Education is one of the branches of
culture. It plays a significant role in social development. It is
a means of preventing teenagers negative social behaviour.
In PE one can see the elements of management system and
development of human activity, interaction with nature, interpersonal
communication, cognition and spiritual creation. In
this connection it is necessary to solve the problems of health
caring and strengthening of younger generation by attracting
them to regular systematic sports and physical activity. The
approach required should be systematic and complex.
The present research is concerned with the theoretical
aspects of preventing teenagers anti-social behaviour by
means of Physical Education and is based on understanding
a person as an integrity and the priority of spiritual values in
forming mans physical condition.

Abstract
The paper is concerned with the problem of
studying opportunity and methods of forming students communicative
culture by doing optional courses within the framework
of experimental innovative program Irish Cultural Club
(ICC). The main purpose of this article is to analyze the results
of ICC work on forming students communicative culture,
the experimental program being considered from methodical,
pedagogical and educational points of view. ICC is a unique
program of optional education using its own technique based
on domestic and foreign teaching experience. The conclusion
is made that ICC is an innovative experimental program in
optional education providing effective formation of students
communicative culture.

The article aims at disclosing the specific character
of organizing communication in the occupational environment
of teachers as a stimulus for their professional and
personal development. The author suggests the system of
activities which integrate individual and group subjectiveness
of teachers in stationary advanced training courses. The assessment

teamwork in educational group are proved with the research
data.

The article suggests a definition for secondary

system formations and substantiates the necessity of working

describes the structure of the model and pedagogical conditions

The article substantiates the importance of using
modern educational technologies in higher educational institutions
and considers the theoretical aspects of their introduction
into educational practice. The author reveals the essence

modern educational technologies are identified. The basic directions
of introducing modern educational techniques at federal
university are determined including the use of personnel,

This article considers the concept « social
educators emotional culture» within interdisciplinary and
pedagogical knowledge. The analysis of the relationship of
this concept with the related concepts: «personalitys basic
culture», «socio-pedagogical culture of the human» and « social
educators professional culture». Based on the identified
hierarchical relationships the location of the concept « social
educators emotional culture» has been defined in the conceptual
and terminological apparatus of social pedagogy.

Abstract
The article deals with the establishment of
church parish schools in the province of Tver, which was in
line with the nationwide trends and government policy on education
as an important factor to preserve Russian peoples
traditional values and principles. Particular attention is paid to
material provision and staffing of schools, institutional mechanisms,
governance and public attitude. In human history we
can find no other school which is comparable in its moral and
spiritual potential with a church parish school in Russia.

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of realizing
special pedagogical conditions which form students
subject competence. By the concept «pedagogical conditions
the author means the combination of objective possibilities,
circumstances that accompany the educational process and
which in some way are structured and aimed at achieving of
the best results. Four pedagogical conditions contributing to
the formation of students subject competence were identified:
creation of the environment stimulating constant creative
search and personal development of students; integration of
educational activities into various forms of organizing the educational
process; selection of subject content and teaching
techniques according to the level of students subject competence;
study of dynamics of the formed subject competence.
Thus, arranging the identified pedagogical conditions in practice
will stimulate the rise of subject competence.

The article considers the techniques of forming
communicative competence while teaching Russian. It
reveals specific features of a modern lesson based on communicative-
pragmatic type. The author goes into teachers
activity before and during the class as a moderator of schoolchildrens
learning in some depth. The reading techniques
and ways of linguistic term forming are described.
The theoretical concepts are illustrated by the example
of a lesson on Homogeneous parts of the sentence which
is focused on methodical issues of schoolchildrens speech
skills development.

The paper presents the experience of designing and introducing into learning process the interactive system of
problem-solving tasks, which is an effective tool for teaching the theory of probability and statistics, and a means of developing
mental activity of students in engineering and humanities training. The interactive learning system includes an expandable
bank of teaching, educational and research objectives presented in the form of a classification matrix based on gradation of
problem complexity and depth. Such classification allows of monitoring and controlling the whole thinking process and establishing
cross-disciplinary, inter-cycle and integrative conceptual relations in particular.

The article summarizes the research into peculiarities
of forming phonemic writing skills in successful
learners and those who have difficulties. The higher psychical
functions of the learners of both groups have been analyzed
with special attention to programming and control function,
which is of great importance in primary education. The conclusion
is made that this function is underdeveloped in learners
who have difficulties.

The article summarizes the continuous experimental
research into dysgraphia progredient dynamics signs
in primary school learners. The study of dysgraphia progredient
dynamics has enabled the authors to find out its main
characteristics: gradual increase of motor errors in writing, delayed

processes behavior enabling to develop theoretically based
areas of correctional work for this group of schoolchildren.

The article is devoted to students language
training modern state and trends. The discrepancy has been
revealed between the present practice of this training and
contemporary labor market requirements, the latter being
specified. The author suggests scientific approaches and
principles on the basis of which language training could be

The author of this paper continues to explore
the notion of students independence work while mastering
the course of «Techniques and Methods of Teaching Chemistry
». She expands on the problem of bringing up independence
as the main feature of students personalities that helps
to realize their professional skills in the future. The necessity
is substantiated to choose those forms and methods of teaching
that stimulate students aspiration to self-study. As a result
both the level of independent work and the general level
of students competence is raised. The basic competence

This article is devoted to studying the characteristics
of social functioning of deaf and hard of hearing
adolescents. It explores the views of teenagers, teachers
and psychologists on students needs of educational and
psychological support in social functioning. The author determines
the range of problems that hearing-impaired students
face communicating with their classmates, normally hearing
people, parents and teachers highlighting the peculiarities
of interpersonal relationships and their perception by hard
of hearing adolescents. The features of professional cooperation
of teachers and psychologists in a special school are
presented.

The article examines the influence of corporate
foreign language learning on the process of overcoming
language barrier between Russian and foreign specialists.
The main drawbacks of traditional foreign language teaching
in Russian technical universities are revealed. A set of

The article raises one of the urgent problems
of modern special pedagogy. The main purpose of special
(correctional) schools of the 8th type is to prepare students
for independent life, i.e. their social adaptation. One of the
conditions for successful social reintegration of this category
of children into society is to organize a collaborative schoolfamily
work aimed at creating the foundations of childrens
moral behavior. Hence the issues of setting school and parents
common goals and tasks, searching for best practices

worlds as results of the information society development
leading to computer addiction. Particular importance of roleplaying

The aim of this paper is to investigate the main
stages of landscape formation as a genre in Western European
painting. The paper examines the origin and development
of landscape painting, schools and trends in which this genre
improved and perfected itself as well as the works of great
artists. The paper describes how the outlook of the humanity
changes the notion of art, how art, once being handicraft,
became the esthetic delight, and how landscape evolved from
the element of ornamental composition into independent subject.

students specializing in painting to study historical material.
The author suggests his own program according to which a
new term (beginning with the 5th one) is devoted to a certain
topic, special attention being paid to military historical reconstruction
capable of raising students interest in the subject
and as a result the quality of painting and drawing in plain air
and easel composition.
