Abstract
The Federal State Education Standards have changed the requirements to the level of training and quality of instruction. However, the process of learning in a new light can be hindered or remain just an intention if teachers do not take into consideration the potential complexities, common for implementing activities demanding systemic knowledge and thinking. The article is an attempt to bridge the gap between the Standards and a teacher’s effectiveness aimed at new level of educating. Inspired by psychological science, certain methods of classroom practice are offered.

Abstract
The article deals with actual issues to helping children with speech disorders in the transition to inclusive forms of education. The author analyses traditional and modern forms of speech assistance and notes there is a need of creation of a regional model of correctional and pedagogical support for people with problems in speech development. The article reasonably proves that for complete rehabilitation and integration into society children with limited speech capabilities, for ensuring a decent standard of living and their harmonious development it is necessary to use various forms of speech therapy assistance focused on the child’s age and the structure of his/her disorder.

Abstract
The article discusses the possibility and the need to incorporate the cross-cultural aspects into the lessons of English for students of non-linguistic universities. This necessity is due to the students’ interest to cross-cultural communication with their peers competently. The author singles out such notions of cross-cultural communication as: values, habits, stereotypes, prejudice and others, which are necessary for deeper understanding of the representatives of other cultures offers the system of tasks and exercises which provide students with cognitive and communicative skills for cross-cultural communication.

Abstract
Training interpreters specializing in specific translation at a university implies the improvement of foreign language skills and competencies. Since the interpreting can be done in such spheres as: medicine, law, education, etc., the interpreters-to-be should know and learn special features of the sphere of knowledge they are assumed to interpret. This paper focuses on the importance of the content and language integrated approach in training court interpreters at a non-linguistic higher education institution. The results of the experiment training held at the Foreign Languages Department of Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia are given together with the experiment conclusions.

Abstract
The article presents the problems of distant learning technologies application in educational work of a primary school teacher. The attention is focused on the interaction of a teacher and primary school pupils’ parents through the use of the site "My Favourite Class". The perspective of such interaction is to motivate parents and pupils to take part in the educational process by means of the presented resource. Its primary role is to be an instrument of realization of educational problems.

Abstract
This article analyzes the concepts of "communicative activity", "self-actualization", "oral exercises". The main lines of the organization of oral work at the lessons of geometry, aimed at developing students’ need of self-realization in the process of communicative activities are considered. The classification of oral exercises is given which takes into account such factors as the teaching profile, the level (basic or advanced) of studying the subject, the type of teaching (independent work in a group or teacher and students collaboration) etc.

Abstract
The results of monitoring the knowledge of the state language of the Russian Federation, conducted in several subjects, show the need to improve high school students’ communicative competence in monologue and dialogue speech. The article offers various kinds of discussions ("Cross" and "Corners"), the use of which contributes to developing the skills of analysis, synthesis, evaluation, ability to communicate constructively, make better decisions, to articulate (orally and in writing) the standpoint and give arguments for it. The stages of each of the discussion forms and some specific features of a teacher’s activity are considered in detail.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the actual problem of “linguistic support” for inofon-children. The author focuses on the lessons of where inofon-children learn Russian with the teacher’s assistance. At these classes they learn the names of objects, learn to distinguish and to use words denoting features and functioning of objects; learn to make sentences and participate in a dialogue. The more inofon-children are immersed in the lesson of art, the more interested they are in the activities, the easier they overcome the facts of interference and automate their speech skills.

Abstract
This article analyzes the problems of vocabulary development of preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment. The questions of vocabulary accumulation are considered in comparison in their ontogenesis and disontogenesis. The problems arising from preschoolers’ speech under development are described. The principles of children’s sensory development are characterized. The possibility of using sensorial education as a part of correctional work necessary for developing complete vocabulary of preschool children with general underdevelopment is substantiated.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the description the linguistic and methodological system of teaching Russian culture-specific vocabulary to foreign students-philologists of Russian universities.russian national fairytales were used as educational text resources. The educational value of Russian fairytales for foreign philological students, who study Russian as a foreign language, is given. The system offered is aimed at broadening the vocabulary of students-philologists of the II certification level of knowing Russian as a foreign language (I and II courses of a university), the objective of teaching being the preparation of students for listening to the lectures on professional subjects and for successful communication

Abstract
The article considers the basic linguistic and cultural aspects of the Chinese hieroglyphic writing. The analysis is performed in the systemic-semiotic aspect: the basic levels of the system, as well as their components are defined and studied. The main classes of the Chinese hieroglyphic signs 一 logograms are analyzed. Hieroglyphic signs are considered as a specific reflection of the Chinese culture. The importance of the multivariate perception of the hieroglyphic material is stressed. It is stated that it is the basis of successful mastering the Chinese hieroglyphic writing.

Abstract
The article presents the means and methods of improving learners’ motivation at the lessons of Russian as a foreign language. The importance of motivation is indicated, as well as the concrete methods of its improvement. Among the existing present-day methodologies of teaching Russian to foreign students the most effective ones turned out to be: playing games in Russian, listening to music, reading poems and fairy tales, and watching films. On the example of the lesson from a Chinese textbook of Russian the practical use of the described means and methods of improving learners’ motivation in class are visually showed.

Abstract
The question of perception of the training material of the theoretical section of the subject "Physical Culture" not in a traditional audio form, but on the basis of visual perception with use of the innovative forms of education, in particular multimedia technologies is considered. Visual multimedia information is based on visual feelings by means of which the received information is perceived by students. The multimedia technology ensures students with great emotional charge and actively involves them into educational and practical activities, helps to receive various theoretical material of educational information.

Abstract
The article presents the methodological guidelines for organizing professionally-oriented language games while teaching English. The present-day topicality of this technology is explained, the types of professionally-oriented language games are given. The basic rules of organizing such games with the example of negotiating techniques training are considered. The recommendations are supplied with the linguistic and sociocultural information on the subject. The main problem the article focuses on is the methodology of teaching Russian students to use English effectively in their future working activities. The article demonstrates the new technology in teaching English for special purposes by modeling the professional activity. Such technology will help students in adapting to the new conditions of the modern society.

Abstract
The article presents the theoretical foundations of social habilitation of schoolchildren with disabilities. The notion of social habilitation is disclosed in a dialectical relationship with the concepts of rehabilitation, adaptation, integration and socialization of children and teenagers. The conditions of social habilitation of schoolchildren with disabilities are given: inclusive education, the use of modern information technologies, distance learning, research work, vocational guidance work in schools. The features of information culture of schoolchildren with disabilities and ways of its formation are studied.

Abstract
The article presents the model of professionally-focused foreign language competency of international law students who study English as a foreign language. The model comprises the following components: linguistic competence, subject-matter competence, discursive competence, informational competence, mediational competence, sociocultural and strategic competences, integrated by means of motivational competence. With the introduction of the competence approach into the professionally-focused foreign language teaching at universities, the above mentioned competencies start to determine particular teaching objectives and serve as a “road map” in the process of developing teaching curricula and manuals.

Abstract
The article discusses the methodological framework of constructive drawing, which is positioned in the teaching of drawing as a primary analytical method for representing reality for students of artistic and pedagogical faculties. In teaching drawing the systematics of modeling a form and the creation of an illusory depth is a fairly well-developed theme. The author offers a different view on the systemic foundations of constructive drawing. The article contains a comprehensive definition of an illusory depth created by an artist on plane. The author identifies 6 methods of modeling a form in constructive drawing. In conclusion, the author speaks about the necessity of a competent combination of different methods of constructive modeling of a form.

Abstract
The content of “English for Academic Purposes” concept in the field of professionally-oriented approach to teaching foreign languages at non-linguistic faculties of universities is explored in this article. The paper makes comparisons of the existing interpretations; its basic varieties are given (English for General and for Specific Academic Purposes) as the theoretical basis for the research in this field. The article emphasizes the key aspects of the existing definitions of the concept in terms of practical application of “English for Academic Purposes” in the context of professionally-oriented approach to teaching English in the system of higher education.

Abstract
The article presents the information and communication environment for teaching foreign languages as a part of the information and educational environment of a pedagogical university. The ICTs give language teachers a borderless selection of multimedia, software, applications and devices for developing more exciting, interactive lessons. The authors conclude that the use of the computer functionality is rational in the educational process of a pedagogical university. A number of e-teaching technologies that are widely used in MordSPI - iTRAINIUM, Hot Potatoes, Netquiz Pro 4, databases - are considered.

Abstract
The given paper is devoted to the possibility of combining the traditional auditorium of foreign language teaching with modern multimedia means. Distance learning allows to use the methods of self-study training optimally, as well as to form speech habits and skills, general cultural and professional competences. Besides, it enlarges students’ motivation. The advantages of Skype for foreign language teaching are described in this paper. The use Skype is proposed to combine with the use of electronic tutorial as it will help in realization of personal-oriented approach in the most efficient way. Besides, it will provide individual and differentiated learning which takes into account students’ potential and level of knowledge.

Abstract
This article analyzes the problem of developing law competence of university students. Empirical studies conducted in “Moscow State Regional Institute of Humanities” show low level of law competence development. The article offers theoretical and methodological solutions aimed at improving the quality of law training of teachers at non-law faculties. General model is substantiated, a structural component and the algorithm of formation and development of law competence of a teacher are given.

Abstract
Various teaching means and strategies of developing cross-cultural competence are analyzed in the article. The author studies both traditional teaching practices and innovative technologies and comes to the conclusion that their integration significantly improves the development of cross-cultural competence formation. The process of developing cross-cultural competence based on the innovative approach to foreign language teaching comprising comparative analysis of languages and cultures, variety of teaching means, technologies and strategies is thoroughly described in the article.

Abstract
This article considers the concept of a complex of automatic systems of managing a university. The basics of the complex of automatic systems of managing the university’s financial activity and educational process is formulated, as well as the object of the complex of automatic systems. The processes at which the implementation of the complex of automatic systems is aimed are described. On the basis of the studied normative documents the main priorities of the above mentioned complex are mentioned. The example of the introduction of such complex of automatic systems of managing the financial activity and educational process in one of the leading regional universities is considered.

An innovative educational project "Technopark" in the system of additional vocational training MSTU named after N.E. Bauman is considered. The relevance of the project is caused by the need to solve the problem of young generation’s self-determination in life, by socioeconomic conditions, and specific development of technical education orientation. Educational activities of the project "Technopark" is aimed at mastering by students modern scientific knowledge, methods of scientific and technical creativity, design and research activities in the rapid progress of high technology. The project was created to improve the quality of vocational training within the framework of the education modernization in Russia.

Abstract
The article presents the results of future teachers’ spiritual and moral education based on the university educational and methodical complex “Spiritual and Moral Culture”. The conditions for continuity of spiritual and moral education at different levels of the education system are provided: a conceptual framework, the cultural nature of the content. The analysis of the substantive basis of spiritual and moral education at a university on the level of educational and methodical complex “Spiritual and Moral Culture” is given. The promising possibilities for its use in the system of higher education are shown.

Abstract
The critical comprehension of the basic provisions of the philosophical content of a gender approach in comparison with the traditional one is given in the article. Besides, the area of potential practical application of gender approach in social and pedagogical rehabilitation of orphan children is presented, provided this approach being reconsidered, and the settled representations of domestic pedagogics taken into account. To develop orphan children’s adequate gender identity the author offers the use of various games having educational importance.
