Abstract
In this article the questions of acmeology of vocational
education and the education as the stage on the way
of vocational improvement are considered. The mission of vocational-
pedagogical educational institution is characterized
and it is considered to be socially significant, global aim of a
university. It is stated that it reveals the sense of its existence
and shows the difference of this particular educational institution
from the others situated in the same inhabited locality.
The idea of transcendental educational mission is admitted.
The authors think that a number of acmeological problems
are solved in well-organized conditions of integration of education
and production. The vain task of vocational education
in conditions of integration of education and production
is creation of conditions for mobilization individual abilities
which define trajectory and speed of its social vocational
development. The example is the experiment of joint activities
of SEI PVE vocational Verkhnesaldinski lyceum n. a. A.
A. Yevstigneyev in Sverdlovsk region and OJSC Corporation
VSMPO - AVISMA.

Abstract
Article is devoted to the intellectual heritage of
the outstanding Spanish humanist, the teacher and philosopher
of Renaissance. The author payed much attention to the
works connected with Vivess pedagogical activity. The main
treatises are systematized and analyzed in the article. The
author considers the most valuable Vivess idea about the
organization of education, schools, special educational institutions,
schools for poor children, orphanages and foundling
hospitals. The article is based on the literature which is not yet
known to domestic pedagogics.

Abstract
The article reveals the impact of social interaction
types - cooperation and competition - on the level of motivation
of students. Using the theory of self-determination by
E. Deci and R. Ryan, the author concludes that employing the
strategies of cooperative solidarity and constructive cooperation
in the educational process, individuals satisfy their basic
psychological needs for competence, autonomy and community
feeling. This enhances intrinsic motivation, whereas
extrinsic motivation is becoming more self-determined, which
stimulates research work and students creativity and intensifies
the educational effect.

Abstract
The article analyzes the literature on school consulting
in the USA and Europe, particularly in Germany. The
issues of school consulting in the present system of education
in Russia are also considered. Special attention is given
to the consulting system of parents who have children with
problems in learning. The definition and explanation of the
concept consulting is given. The author analyzes the influence
of students maladjustment to studying on their progress
in studies and their relations with students of the same age.
The ways of solving such problems in the educational systems
of the USA, Germany and Russia are analyzed.

Abstract
The article highlights the issues of preparation
teachers for modern school. Looking into the problem,
the authors stress that it is necessary to specify the following
traits a teacher should have: subject knowledge, mastery of
teaching the subject. Besides, among the necessary teaching
skills there is a skill to encourage to learn, i.e. to keep high
level of students motivation, to be just, demanding, able to
get on well with students, to have a good sense of humor.
Having analyzed some pedagogical sources, the authors
came to conclusion that creativity and artistry, which can initiate
students creativity, play an important role in forming an
individual professional style of a future teacher. Artistry and
mastery of a teacher include his ability to switch over to new
situations quickly, easily transform from one image to a new
one. Besides, it is an ability to be full of ideas that a teacher
inspires his students with both at the lesson and after it.

Abstract
Modern systems of education in many developed
industrial countries are exposed to the changes connected
with global requirements to the quality of educational activity.
The article considers the competence-based approach to the
problem of training bachelors in the sphere of technologies
and the organization of safety in tourism industry. Such approach
assumes the acquisition of all knowledge and skills
necessary for successful activity of a future specialist in tourism.
The realization of the competence-based approach in
training bachelors at universities supposes the formation of
professionally significant qualities, such as: cognitive, diagnostic,
designing, creative, communicative, organizing and
reflective. Such approach promotes the development of students
independence, creativity and responsibility.

Abstract
The author examines the foster care over orphan
children in the second half of the nineteenth century, its further
development in the twentieth century and the modern idea of
patronage by the example of the № 19 orphanage of Moscow.
Types of patronage are also considered. Attention is paid to
the difference of concepts patronage and regular home visits.
The development of a civilized society depends not only on
its economic and socio-cultural level, but the ratio of orphans
and children left without parental care. The reason of the authors
interest to this issue is the present increase of attention
to education and upbringing of orphans. Unfortunately the
historical experience in this field often remains out of demand.
Nevertheless, there had been a lot of forms of placement of
orphan children our country before, including patronage.

Abstract
The article describes the Age of Enlightenment
as an ideological tendency of the XVII - XIX centuries, based
on the view that sense and science play the decisive role in
societys development and progress. The prerequisites and
conditions of appearance of the reformative pedagogical tendency
Philanthropy are disclosed in the article. This tendency
was founded by I. Bazedov under the influence of J. Locke
and J.-J. Rousseaus ideas in Germany at the end of the XIII
century. The article reveals the basic principles of pedagogics
of philanthropy, presents its most prominent representatives
and its role in establishing pedagogics as a science. The concept
of creating new educational institutions is given.

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept
of civil and patriotic education. It is stated that in modern
conditions such education is especially topical. The authors
mention different approaches to its organization and define
essential characteristics of the concept ethno-cultural educational
technologies. It is a fairly new phenomenon in Russian
pedagogy and the main mechanism of implementation of
ethno-cultural education in educational institutions of different
levels and profiles. The importance of using such educational
technologies in civil and patriotic education of future teachers
is given proof experimentally.

The article considers some aspects of adolescents
unlawful behavior and reveals the reasons and conditions
of the formation and development of such behavior. The
author indicates the nature and specific features of unlawful
behavior of adolescents. The author adjusts terminological
and content comprehension of such definitions as: delinquent
behavior, anti-social behavior, behavioral problems which
in some way relate to the problem of adolescents maladjustment.
The article singles out and gives proofs of interrelation
of adolescents unlawful behavior and maladaptive symptoms
in their behavior in todays society.

Abstract
The article reveals the integrative approach in
the development of linguistic competence of future teachers
in multicultural educational space. The author analyses the
theoretical aspect of the education of the children of Mari and
Russian literacy and experimentally justifies the importance of
using an integrated approach in training future specialists as it
promotes their full-fledged linguistic competence in teaching
literacy in conditions of bilingualism.

Abstract
The article reveals the specific aspect of teaching
language for specific purposes in the system of profession-
oriented education of high comprehensive schools.
The author dwells upon the features of arranging the elective
course aimed at teaching the basics of electronic communication
in the profession-oriented classes. The analysis
of various Internet resources shows that the formation of the
information culture of an individual has become a priority goal
of contemporary media education and profession-oriented
teaching. It involves acquiring the virtual language characterized
by some specific features, especially in writing practice,
as part of «IT English» elective courses in profession-oriented
classes at a high comprehensive school.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of organization
of educational space which is able to have an emotional
influence on a child. This work is topical as there is a
tendency of improvement closer relations between aesthetics
and pedagogic. The appearance of design which provides
new possibilities for the combination of education and aesthetics,
allows using the forming potential of aesthetics influence
as a fundamental base of the upbringing process. Phytodesign
was selected as one of the leading kinds of design
for creation educational space at school. This work analyses
the experience of organization educational school space
in foreign countries including the teaching project in junior
school Ormondale.

Abstract
The article discloses the main purposes and
methods of joint scientific work of a teacher, pupils of school
№ 5 and professors of MGOU theoretical physics sub-department.
Scientific activity is shown on the example of a project
on studying liquid crystals performed in 2012. The project
successfully took part in a scientific contest. This kind of pedagogic
activity is useful for education and enables getting new
quality of education in secondary schools. The school project
activity is mentioned in the educational standard and must
become not only a successful experiment of few enthusiasts
but an important and popular stage of studying at school and
university for the whole pedagogic community.

The article discusses and analyzes the basic
aspects of pedagogical problems (efficiency and simplicity of
teaching, degree and quality of students learning the basic
instructional material) arising at intensive multilevel teaching
higher mathematics at modern technical and classical
universities. The article defines and gives proofs of the ways
of solving the most important of these problems. The basic
directions of didactic influences for the successful solution of
the arising problems are singled out inside the concept of intensification

The article presents a method of teaching descriptive
geometry at the department of technology and business.
The method is based on the use of distant teaching
principles. The article examines the basic principles of using
multimedia components in teaching engineering subjects and
forming students competence in these sciences. The article

teaching Engineering Geometry. The article offers programmatically-

This article focuses on the problem of didactic
competence development of a university lecturer. The article
presents a model of didactic competence development on
the basis of the Advisory remote centre regarding the didactics
problems of higher education. The author develops and
reveals the aims, objectives and ways of working with this

development of university lecturers including the main stages
of work: analytical, generating and reflective. The model can
be used by a wide circle of teachers of higher and vocational
schools.

Abstract
The article gives reasons for the necessity of
projecting innovative methods based on the reflexive method
and promoting professional development of specialists. It is
stated that teachers themselves and adult students should
become the subjects of projecting. The article presents the
principles of projecting, defines the reflexive methodology
which takes into account three major criteria of the didactic
method. The article describes the conditions of its practical
application determined by the specific character of adult education.

Abstract
There is a necessity of comprehending the ways
of special education further development (including the competency
building approach) in the light of modern innovative
approaches. This article presents the concept of natural science
competence of students with intellect disorders. The
article presents a brief summary of assessment-diagnostic
aspect of the formation of the mentioned competence components
(motivational, operational and cognitive). The authors
determine the qualitative characteristics of the levels on which
this competence is formed. Students with cognitive development
disorders were the participants of the experiment, the
results of which are given in the article. It was proved that the
organization of special corrective-developing work with students
of special VIII type school would develop their natural
science competence.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of using nonspecialized
multimedia programs in the process of coaching
junior schoolchildren having speech difficulties. An experimental
program Learning together for coaching junior
school students has been developed within the research.
The results of the experiment are represented in this work;
the aim of the experiment was to determine the efficiency of
using multimedia training programs for the development of
connected speech. The results of this experiment indicate the
possibility of using multimedia training programs not only for
the purpose of solving specific speech problems, but also the
problems of forming communication skills.

Abstract
The article presents the method of presentation
of the results of testing students educational achievements
by polytomic matrices. Particular attention is paid to binary
matrices as the most common ones. The article describes
the analysis of binary matrices test results for criteria-based
and regulatory-based tests. The review is conducted within
the framework of Guttman and Rush models. The author offers
some recommendations for the incomplete binary matrix
analysis for computer-based testing with generating of test
versions.

The article reveals the essence and teaching
opportunities of interactive methods and criteria evaluation
system. The author states that the usage of interactive methods
and criteria evaluation system in educational process is
due to the change of the function of evaluation in general and
particularly, due to the change of students learning activity.
Both interactive methods and criteria evaluation system contribute
to manifestation, constant development and improvement
of professional competence as an integrative (system)
characteristic of a future teacher of vocational training.
