Abstract
The article presents an attempt to prove through practical experience of an orphanage the theoretical proposition that there's a necessity to form a united social and integration environment in the region in order to ensure the interaction among various state institutions, local authorities, public organizations and business structures representatives, engaged in the process of social protection of orphans. The article describes the main components of a program on interagency interaction in the sphere of forming an orphanage-leaver's auspicious social environment.

Abstract
The article summarizes the experience in developing ethnic and cultural competence of future teachers in the course of studying at a university. The articles analyses the concepts of competence, a person's ethnic and cultural competence, as well as the model of ethnic and cultural competence development of future teachers. The paper considers educational, practical, social and instructional activities of higher educational institutions and the way they influence the students' ethnic and cultural knowledge. Scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the contents, structure and methods of a person's competency development are also provided in the paper. The results obtained prove the efficiency of the forms and methods defined in the process of improving the professional training process of future teachers. The necessity of applying a creative approach when developing students' ethnic and cultural competence is stressed.

Abstract
The article discloses the concepts of "identity", "socialization" and "social and personal development" which is closely connected with them. The author examines the attitudes to the definition of the concept of a number of researchers, representatives of scientific schools in philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, psychology.
The author comes to the conclusion that communication with parents plays the most important role in social and personal development of preschool children. Moreover, their cardinal socialization happens inside the family. Educational institutions reflect the connections with the whole social environment at the same extent as the family does. That is why the process of social education provides steady interrelations between schoolchildren and the environment.

Abstract
Training of teachers is an independent kind of a teacher's professional education, the result of which is knowledge and skills acquired by students. The author states that this knowledge and skills serve as a basis for the formation of professional awareness and behavior which allow professionals to carry out their functions constructively. One of the conditions for the modernization of teachers' professional training is the enhancement of the introduction of non-linear learning. The adaptive system of teachers' training is a professionally and personally depending integrity of interacting subjects of the educational process on the basis of cooperation. Besides, it is personal, cultural and professional development of students which provides the forming of a future teacher's basic competences.

Abstract
The article focuses on a new approach to the system of homework assignment for undergraduates. The author considers the notion of homework assignment and its specifics due to the participation of Russia in the Bologna Process of creation the United European Higher Education Area. Using the theory of self-determinati on by E. Deci and R. Ryan, the author concludes that homework assignment, which implies the combination of various methodologically adjusted ways and forms of fulfilling work in new conditions, is becoming a crosscultural communication form, which fosters forming professional competences

Abstract
The article compares two concepts of schoolchildren's education within the recent 20 years of Russia's modern history. One of them appeared in the 90s and became known as "humanistic pedagogy." According to this approach the aim of education is to develop a free self-determination of a person. That should provide all the necessary support to students by special educational support services. In the 2000s the education was to be based on the national values. This change indicates a partial renunciation of humanistic and democratic values in the upbringing of children. The author shows the main advantages and disadvantages of both of the concepts mentioned. Abstract
During different historical periods Japan experienced several periods of internationalization, each of them resulted in transformations of political, cultural and social spheres of life. Another internationalization process started at the end of the XXth century. This article describes the specificity of the modern processes of internationalization in Japan in such spheres as immigration policy, education, marital relations and social life. The author singles out and characterizes the country's success achieved in the result of internationalization. The article observes the internationalization policy in the sphere of higher education and clears up the aim of the ''Global 30'' project.

Abstract
Changes in the social and economic sphere of life transform the requirements to the graduates of a higher school. The concept of professional competence includes social, communicative and organizing skills as well as future specialist's personal qualities. The institutions of higher education are still basing their teaching system on traditional techniques which do not correspond with the present-day demands. The active use of extracurricular activities in education can help narrow the gap. Extracurricular activities entirely increase the quality of vocational training through enhancing motivational, professional and reflective components of the educational process.

The article highlights the issues of students' health-saving in the context of the contemporary demographic situation. Considering the development challenges of the demographic policy of Russia, the author identifies new educational priorities, which may serve as a solution to these problems. The author suggests a model of the educational system of forming the foundations of a secondary school students' life safety. The author pays special attention to the creation of health-saving educational environment at school and states that it is formed by both a teacher and the students' families.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of social stability of personality. The author describes the nature of social stability from the pedagogical point of view and outlines its components. The author highlights the basic groups of methods and techniques meant to develop the social stability of personality in institutions of higher education: methods of developing a stable emotional-volitional sphere, methods of developing a stable system of social beliefs, values, cues and goals of a personality, methods of developing social practical skills. The article contains the results of the experiment on applying the recommended methods.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of teenagers' re-socializing as one of the acute issues of modern Russian society and the subject of the closest attention of specialists in various branches of modern scientific knowledge, including rehabilitation pedagogics. In this regard the author offers to use the maximum of potential of social assistance institutions - centers of social assistance to family and children. The author also offers to reorganize their work in order to form the effective system of juvenile delinquents' re-socializing and of their return in society. The article discusses the question of the efficiency of teenagers' re-socializing process. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the problem the author singles out the main objectives and directions of social and psychological and pedagogical work with teenagers, defines the direction of psychological and pedagogical support of teenagers' re-socializing in centers of social assistance to family and children.

Abstract
The resources of bilingualism for the adaptive teaching the natural-science subjects to students at Universities in national republics have been studied on the basis of the experience of the education nationalizing in the 1930s. Pedagogic elements of the adaptive education have been revealed, namely, the factors of physiological amenity, motivation, and self-organization; modular and thesaurus approach; specific maxims of the incoming test, semantization of information, comfortable emotional educational climate, as well as the combination of forms, techniques, and methods of teaching.

Abstract
This work reflects the modern approach to the construction of the advanced training system of teachers at the municipal level within the intercourse period. The article presents the experience of a pedagogical workshop, which is engaged in generalization and disseminating of the best educational experience in the field of innovative technologies by the winners of the contest of the best teachers in the framework of the priority national project "Education" on the basis of the municipal pedagogical workshop. Abstract
The article is a brief summary of the research results in the field of professional training methodology. The author uses the socio-linguistic approach to the analysis of the phenomenon of pedagogical support of Russian students' language internship at China universities. The author concludes that the system of pedagogical support should mainly be directed to the full involvement of authentic linguistic and cultural environment in order to develop effective socio-linguistic competence among future specialists in the Chinese language. That helps students to be more successful in studying a foreign language.
The article describes in detail the authorial technology of pedagogical support of language internship aimed at formation of Russian students' socio-linguistic competence. The author also gives the outcomes of the experimental work done on the implementation of this technology.

Abstract
The article is devoted to some features of the process of forming the foundations of ethnic culture at a preschool age. The most important condition for the formation of the ethnic culture the author considers the familiarizing of children with traditional cultural values through practical mastering of musical folklore. The author states it is based on the integration of the two components of ethnic culture: ethno-aesthetic and ethno-educational, which closely interact with each other. Such approach enables to develop pre-school children's love to a person, to their people and to the folk culture as well as to develop their respect to native history and the ability to express their positive affective attitude to folk art.

Abstract
The article presents the methods of experimental pedagogics which can be applied in the changed circumstances of the modern high school. As the changed circumstances required the use of new estimations of educational experiments it is proposed to use the theory of statistical hypotheses verification with the purpose of discovering the influence of new pedagogical impacts on the process of studying. It is proved that the results of the offered system of stratified sampling are more substantial. Besides, the system is easily adaptive to the changing conditions of the educational environment.

Abstract
The article reveals the importance of knowledge awareness at chemistry classes in a secondary school. The author treats the knowledge awareness as an important factor in obtaining solid knowledge of chemistry. In the basis of the research lies the analysis of the possible options of the strategy creation for the understanding of the basic principles of the chemical material taught, taking into account the specific characteristics of each student. The article also characterizes the main factors, which the strategy creation fully depends on. The author suggests the chemistry course structure (based on the example of the «Saturated hydrocarbons (alkanes)» topic) and actualizes the question of the necessity for the methodology creation to identify the level of knowledge awareness to enhance the material learning.

The updating of education-methodical complexes for the higher education institutions is aimed at formation competences, necessary for the multinational Russian society. Abstract
The article describes the structure of a theoretical research which includes the process of creative activities, the logics of cognition and the skill in handling the common principles of doing the sums. The research activity ensures the students with the methods of scientific cognition, the methods of mathematical creative activities, arouses their interest to the subject. Besides it, stimulates them to study the methods and modes of the scientific activities without which it is impossible to get knowledge independently. The article defines the teacher's and student's order of functioning in the research activity. The methods of experimentation are shown on the concrete example of a research work on algebra and the principles of mathematic analysis. The article considers some philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of the educational environment formation for the purpose of the pupil's personality self-determination in the process of choosing a profession. Abstract
The article examines the process of formation and development of the systemic approach in philosophy, physics, psychology, methods of teaching physics which is called by the educationalists "systemic-activity approach". It serves as a basis for designing a training kit for studying physics, consisting of: a physics textbook, workbooks, teacher's work program and a teacher's guide-book. The objects of physics are presented as systemic classifications which help single out of the subject content the subsystems and their components. Abstract
The article presents the results of a questionnaire poll done at art schools of Moscow region. The aim of it was to state the level of interdependence between the teenagers' creative activities at the lessons of art and their cognitive processes development and the increase of their self-appraisal and general level of their aesthetic development (the age-related features of their psychic development were taken into consideration). The results of the questionnaire poll showed that art has positive influence on children's development. Besides, the questionnaire poll helped disclose shortcomings in teaching of some subjects on the theory of art.

Practical application of students' creative abilities plays an important role in mastering decorative and applied arts, which is determined by an approach to teaching the brush painting techniques.
