Abstract
The actual problem of the civiс and patriotic education of young generation is covered in this article. A model of civiс and patriotic education of youth by means of cultural and historical heritage of the country is given. The model includes: target, methodological, informative, technological, and other components. The authors give characteristics to the levels of modern young people’s civiс and patriotic qualities (high, medium, low) and ensure their short descriptions.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of youth socialization - the school-leavers, who live in the conditions of a small city. On the basis of theoretical analysis and an example of concrete sociocultural environment (town of Sarov in Nizhniy-Novgorod region) it is proved that the creation of urban educational environment proves to be an effective method of using the sociocultural potential of a small city in the realization of the tasks of general education school is medium. Attention is accentuated on the system of cultural and additional training establishments, as well as on the content and trends in their activities.

Abstract
This article describes the characteristic features of the current Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Vocational Education FSES HE 3+ in the direction of preparation "Pedagogical Education". The transformations in the structure of the basic requirements (competencies) on quality of learning outcomes of baccalaureate programs, as well as the requirements (competences) given in its predecessor, the FSES HVE of third generation, are contrasted. It is proved that at the moment the current Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (FSES HE 3+) for baccalaureate programs is a basic guarantee of quality standards of domestic higher pedagogical education, which characterizes the qualification of bachelor from the position of academic load, competences and qualification directions of the baccalaureate program "academic bachelor" and "applied bachelor".3

Abstract
The article deals with one of the crucial problems of pedagogy -school nonproficiency. Under the conditions of implementing the FSES of school education this problem acquires new sides of its study, including the context of trying to understand the past century ideas and experience. The period which is the most interesting is early XXth century, which was characterized by the lively discussions that found the brightest embodiment in the pedagogical journalism. The value of domestic pedagogical journalism for the progressive development of domestic school, for the renovation of pedagogical science and practice in the subsequent periods of Russian formation is revealed on the basis of the analysis of the periodic pedagogical publications of those years.

Abstract
Absract. The article offers a method of defining the amount of the indiolect vocabulary sufficient for reading and comprehending a foreign text without a dictionary. The corresponding situation is modeled by presenting a text in the native language where some words are substituted with quasiwords. This makes everyone tested equal and level the possible difference in the starting amount of the indiolect vocabulary. Besides, it enables, when it is necessary, to vary the amount of the unknown words in the text.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is the analysis of the 'text competence' notion in scientific literature. The article is devoted to the problems of this term development and formation. Particular attention is paid to the disclosure of the concepts of communicative and language competences and their interaction with the text competence. As the result of the analysis of text competence research it is possible to introduce a textual skills activities complex developed for stimulating the improvement the level of the text competence, as well as for developing knowledge and improving the linguistic and communicative competence skills. It is proposed to use intertextuality as a methodical technique to develop and strengthen school textual activity skills.

Abstract
The article describes linguoculturological content components of a new course of teaching Russian as a Foreign Language - the course of intensive communicative adaptation, which responds to the needs of people who live and work in Russia. The article describes the main characteristics of the course, as well as the difficulties in certain situations of cross-cultural communication. There are some examples of exercises which develop the cross-cultural competence. The methodological experiment, confirming the effectiveness of the teaching model, is descibed.

Abstract
The article deals with modern means of information and communication technologies (ICT), such as Multimedia, Internet resources, and various kinds of software in the context of supplementing and improving traditional methods, as well as adjusting the innovative teaching methods. Main categories of ICT regarding their application at various stages of teaching Chinese hieroglyphic writing at a secondary school are highlighted. It is stated that the correct use of these means sufficiently stimulates the enhancing of the educational process.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical problem of the modern theory and methodology of teaching mathematics - the formation of self-regulation in the process of independent activity of students. The cognitive universal educational actions are the means of implementation of the regulatory processes. The theory is illustrated by examples of organization of independent work of pupils in learning mathematics. Abstract
The article is devoted to methodological preparation of teachers of mathematics concerning the implementation of practice-based learning at high school. Applied problems are considered by the authors as a component of methodological training of schoolchildren. Their features and the classification of the tasks by level of difficulty are given. Abstract
This article deals with an important issue of pupils’ preparation in Mathematics at school. Main provisions of the proposed course of visual geometry are scrutinized. In particular, the principle of succession in teaching visual geometry is mentioned. The historical aspects of the origin and development of this section of school mathematics are given. The proposed course is fusional. In this case, it is joint teaching of the elements of plane geometry and spatial geometry. Besides, the course is aimed at the implementation of the FSES requirements of the basic general education. The theoretical propositions are illustrated with visual geometry tasks.

Abstract
The methods of organization of schoolchildren’s research activities in the context of teaching physics at a high school with the requirements of the FSE standard of basic general education and basic secondary education. It is shown that the use of research in educational activity increases the motivation for studying. Besides, creative, educational, and research abilities are developed. As a result of the tasks performed schoolchildren comprehend their own actions, analyze the results of measurements, evaluate the reliability and accuracy of measurement results, and define the limits of applicability. They also generalize and systemize theoretical knowledge. Schoolchildren acquire skills of experimental measurements, knowledge about physical devices, methods and techniques of measurement, terms of physical quantities in the International System of Units SI measurements, and the interrelationship and interdependence between physical quantities. They are able to compile presentations for presenting experimental research results. Everything mentioned above is a prerequisite for successful mastering Physics.

Abstract
Considering the historical, ecological, biological importance of the course of nuclear physics, as well as the statistical and dialectic essence of nuclear transformations, and the possibility of their mathematical modeling and special lexicon, these complex tasks are recommended to include into teaching other subjects. The block of tasks on Informatics, Fundamentals of Health and Safety and the Russian Language is offered which answers the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for these subjects and promote the formation of radiation literacy. Abstract
The major didactic problem connected with the integration of the issues of contemporary science into the school course of Physics is considered. The subject of contemporary physics and the period of its existence are defined. The relevance of including the materials from contemporary physics into the educational process, as well as the difficulties in its realization and possible ways of their solution are discussed. Methods, forms and means of teaching contemporary issues of Physics at school are given. It is shown that their explanation should bare a qualitative character and rely on the historical-physical approach.

Abstract
In this article it is shown that extracurricular activities is an integral part of the educational process, as well as one of the forms of organization of students’ free time. Some features of students’ extracurricular activities, aimed at the development of their individual abilities, specific skills, particularly research skills are reflected. It is shown that the key competencies can be effectively formed while creating the necessary conditions. Examples of tasks are given, the fulfillment of which contributes to the formation of research competence of students.

Abstract
In the article the system-activity approach in studying Physics at a secondary school is theoretically proved. This approach is represented by the interconnection of the system of knowledge in courses of Physics and methods of cognition. The structure of the workshop in Physics is given as a kind of systemic approach, including a set of elements which are stable and interdependent to each other. The characteristic functions of the elements of the structure are given. The features according to which the workshop in Physics for specialized schools can be attributed are shown. An example of a workshop in Physics for a specialized school is discussed, namely, the study of the design and action of a semiconductor device - the transistor.

Abstract
In the article the propaedeutic phase of teaching Physics is scrutinized, the results of scientific research on this problem are analyzed. The basic types of the content elements of the course of Physics at primary and basic schools are revealed. The author considers that it is advisable to organize students’ learning activities on mastering the elements of physics on the basis of the activity approach. The content model of the propaedeutic phase of training is described. The conclusion about the possible forms of propaedeutic training students is given.

Abstract
This article discusses some of the features of constructing works of the physical workshops at a specialized school. It is based on: the goals of school education, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of General Secondary Education, as well as on the working programs in Physics, and the didactic concept of secondary education. An approximate structure of the tasks of the workshop is given. The interconnection of information technology and traditional physical equipment is shown on the example of the research work "Modeling of the Stern experiment".

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of correlation of schoolchildren’s success in visual arts activities with their progress in Russian and Maths. The algorithms and results of the author’s experiment are described. It is shown that children, who have capabilities both in Russian and in Maths, are equally able to have profound success in visual arts activities. The research was based on the following author’s methods “Light Rows” and “Flowery Meadows”. The statistical analysis was done with the use of rank correlation method.

Abstract
The article covers the features of teaching to play musical instruments, as well as the role of teachers and parents in introducing the music culture to children. The authors offer different kinds of activities, forms and methods of work with small children which proved to be the most effective in practice. The conclusion is made that playing musical instruments, violin as an example, does not only contribute to developing the child's music abilities but also improves his level of attention, memory, intelligence and thereby improve his learning motivation. That is why the described methods and forms of work with children are of great interest not only for music teachers but also for everyone who cares for development of their children.

Abstract
This article is devoted to a problem of the English language teaching of students at the department of engineering economics by means of Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence. The theory has become a part of the system of abilities development, suggested by N.S. Evstropova and E.V. Rakova. The article contains examples of exercises in English that can be applied within the theory under study. Results of a “stating” and "forming" experiment prove that application of these methodical developments at English classes will be effective not only for the development of linguistic abilities, but also for forming future specialists’ professional-significant qualities.

Abstract
In recent decades of the XX century there has been an increasing interest in studying everyday English speech. Findings from the researches performed by foreign scientists in corpus linguistics present massive data about the features of spoken language. Consequently, language teaching experts show their interest in the issue. This is due to the fact that communicative method of teaching aims at teaching students to communicate in English in various life situations. Bringing spoken grammar into the classroom enables students to become effective communicators. The article analyses the scientific approaches to the study of spoken grammar and outlines its core features. The author of the article presents some activities which would allow students to improve their awareness of spoken language and speak the English language more fluently.

The article deals with the problem of developing cross-cultural competence at the lessons of Russian as a foreign language for military men from foreign countries who study at higher institutions of the Russian Federation. As one of the means of forming the competence, and as a consequence of overcoming the cultural barrier the foreign learner inevitably has, the poetic text is scrutinized. The author gives as an example the experience of including the poetic text into the structure of classes at basic courses.

Abstract
The article describes the results of a study of the theories (philosophical, linguistic, psychological), on the basis of which the methodology of neuro-linguistic programming formed. Those theories are: the generative-transformational grammar by N. Chomsky, the linguistic philosophy by L. Wittgenstein, linguistic pragmatics by G. Grice. The aim of this research is to study the philosophic-methodological basics of neuro-linguistic programming as a pedagogic technology, i.e. through the context of its application in the educational process. This will enable to come to the content of this technology and the specificity of its use in the educational process.

Abstract
The role, place, purpose, objectives and functions of the practice of masters of pedagogical education in vocational training are examined. The structural model of practice is developed, the methodological basis of which is the competence, activity and practical approaches. This model allows to treat the practice as a continuous process that involves two phases, and which satisfies the allocated system organizational-methodical conditions. The presented approach to practice of masters creates conditions for increasing the efficiency of interaction between the actors of the educational activity, promotes optimal integration of theoretical training and professional activity of students during practice, ensuring the success of its implementation.

The paper deals with the initial application of information and communications technology (ICT) in education, in particular, the ICT used for teaching Geometry at 10-11 grades of a secondary school. Besides, the basics of using computers at Geometry lessons are studied. The aim of the present study is to theoretically develop an educational technology for the formation ofstudents’ health-saving behavior by means of physical education. The article analyzes the main components of the technology, such as the purpose, objectives, and principles, as well as psychological and pedagogical conditions, including the contents, forms, methods and means of formation of health-saving behavior of university students. The expected results, as well as the criteria for evaluating the efficiency of the test process are given.
