Abstract
The given article describes the developments in the field of university-enterprise cooperation as a factor of ensuring quality of curricula and university graduates’ competences in line with the labour market demand. Issues of cooperation between all stakeholders are a priority for the Tempus Programme in all types of its projects. Besides, under the Programme there have been undertaken research efforts to analyze this cooperation and its efficiency, as well as international events were organized to address this theme. Enhancement of university-enterprise cooperation largely owns itself to the overhaul of the role of universities in the postindustrial world that is knowledge-based and requires new channels for the transfer of innovations emerging outside universities to the content of curricula.

Abstract
The article deals with the general trends of ensuring quality of education in European countries and the peculiarities of their implementation in national education systems with regard to their potential use in the development and improvement of the quality of higher education in Russia. This article is based on a study conducted by the authors in the framework of the Tempus project “Independent Model of Ensuring Quality of Curricula in Russia.” According to the results of the study the authors have developed a methodology for curricula assessment, have formulated conclusions and have provided recommendations for improving the model of ensuring quality of education at universities through the development of a branch version of the ISO 9001 standard for educational institutions with regard to their specificity.

Abstract
The article analyses the participation of Lobachevski State University of Nizhni Novgorod (UNN) in the Tempus “Tuning Russia” international project. It is shown that the project aims are realized in the UNN academic process. It is pointed out that the use of the Tuning methodology allows to improve curricula according to the requirements of the third generation of the Federal State Education Standards. The article stresses upon the need of organizing teaching and academic staff upskilling programs in the field of implementation of competence-oriented methods and technologies, as well as planning of personal teaching activities. It is described how these challenges are met at UNN in the framework of the development of programs for the academic staff upskilling based on the Tuning methodology.

Abstract
The paper presents the algorithm of designing a module in “Special Translation Studies” on the basis of “Tuning” competence-based methodology developed within the project TEMPUS “Tuning Russia”. Main attention is paid to forming the competences which are designated by the module. The article gives grounds for the importance of student-centered approach aimed at achieving learning outcomes/competences on the completion by a student of a certain module of the curriculum. Inside the educational program as a whole the author studies the role of a module as a means of forming a student’s individual learning trajectory.

Abstract
TEMPUS project of the CENEAST aims at developing an innovative virtual interuniversity networked educational center. In addition the CENEAST center will enable and promote lifelong learning at large within the society by making learning materials accessible outside the traditional classroom environment to various parties within the society from students and teachers to practitioners and policy-makers. The CENEAST center will ensure not only the feedforward but also feedback (from beneficiaries to the center). It is expected that a spiral effect will be created to ensure a continuous improvement of the center.

Abstract
The article describes the status and basic problems of the development of tourism education in Russia. The relationship of the training system for the tourism industry with the modernization of the entire education sector in the country under the influence of the Bologna process and other external factors is described. The article shows the influence of the European TACIS and TEMPUS projects on the development of tourism education in Russia. The author identifies the relation between low quality of domestic tourism services, which is largely determined by the quality of the staff of the tourist enterprises, and the level of their training at higher and secondary educational institutions, which brings to small volume of tourist arrivals. Proposals to modernize the Russian tourism education in accordance with international requirements of society, market and employers’ demands are formulated.

Abstract
The article considers the features of labor and educational migration to Russia in the context of issues relating to the adaptation and integration of immigrants into the accepting society. The article describes the role of the process of recognition of foreign citizens’ diplomas as a factor of their adaptation to the Russian labor market. The author presents a detailed analysis of the dynamics of the foreign education recognition in Russia for the period from 2010 to 2014. Recommendations are made for the Russian migration policy in the area of adaptation and integration relating to the recognition of diplomas of foreign citizens.

Abstract
The article reflects the questions connected with the reforming of Russian education system, as well as with the organization of safety conditions and support for students of universities in Russia and abroad in the conditions of globalization and internationalization. The author analyzes the reasons for an enhanced interest to the research of international practices in this sphere and for the development of Russia’s own models of students’ social protection. Criteria for increasing safety and attractiveness of universities as a priority and as a factor of students’ academic mobility are identified, as well as criteria of formation of a common European area of higher education. Special attention is given to the support of female students in European Universities.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the experience of designing educational standards and curricula with the use of the Tuning methodology in the North Caucasus Federal University. The article also focuses on the stages and results of the working groups’ activities. It presents the analysis of the main challenges in the design of the educational standards and new curricula. The article describes the features of using the Tuning methodology. It also presents the results of the external expert examination. Finally, this article considers the prospects for further use of the Tuning methodology.

Abstract
The authors of this article raise a problem of minimization of adolescents’ Internet addiction in the context of the changing theory of education. Besides, the authors characterize the problem. The article conceptually identifies and describes positive and negative sides of adolescents’ network socialization, of the Internet educational potential, of the actuality of a systemic interdisciplinary collaboration of teachers, doctors and psychologists in educational institutions for preventing pathological way of life caused by the pedagogical neglect of adolescents in the network. The impact of the information environment on the systemic changes in the theory of education is noted. The ways to optimize the professionals’ efforts in addressing this scientific problem are suggested.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of children with speech underdevelopment. The analysis of the research data allowed to identify qualitative and quantitative differences in the vocabulary of this group of preschoolers. While describing of the insufficiency of the vocabulary of preschool children with speech underdevelopment great differences between passive and active vocabulary are mentioned. Preschoolers with general underdevelopment of speech have functional specific features of the word semantic structure. They are expressed in insufficient forming of syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations between words and imperfection of the process of word searching.

Abstract
The article introduces the concept of an integrated introductory course of Physics “Mathematics and Mechanics” aimed at primary school students’ conceptual thinking development on the propaedeutic phase of teaching Physics as a means of preparing them for the systematic study of the course of Physics. The author examines the history of the ideas of a two-stage school physical education that formed the basis of this course, analyzes the current situation in teaching Physics, justifies the need to create an introductory course in Physics, its structure and content, and gives the criteria for selecting tasks, goals complex tasks, their orientation and shows the effectiveness of a pedagogical experiment.

Abstract
The article deals with the role of webinars in the educational process of studying natural sciences in educational institutions (schools, technical colleges in the system of distance education), as well as in the development of teaching methods at a university. The authors identify pedagogical conditions improving the effectiveness of this form of distance education implementation, as well as their role in the development of the fundamental basics of the natural sciences. The meta-principle of education is disclosed on the specific examples. The article presents experience in organizing and conducting webinars in technical colleges, in the project «School - Institute of Higher Education» in teachers’ retraining and advanced training at various levels.

Abstract
The article focuses on the reference function of precedent names, their ability to act as a symbol of a phenomenon or situation. A reference is an essence of measuring features and qualities of the objects and phenomena; it has the ability to reflect national vision and understanding of the world. Precedent names, as well as a reference, possess such qualities as uniqueness and singleness. The study of the reference function of precedent names is a key not only in the theoretical aspect, but also in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

Abstract
Based on a systemic approach, the content of the course of Physics can be expressed through its components, among which there are the following ones: scientific knowledge and methods of learning; questions for self-testing; exercises; assignments; examples of problem solving aimed at forming knowledge and experience of cognitive methods application in familiar situations; creative tasks for the development of the experience of theoretical and experimental research; means of motivating by the content and by the process of learning. Each type of contents implements the relationship of scientific knowledge and methods of cognition of objects at different levels of theoretical generalizations.

Abstract
A growing demand on the market of built-up environment creates new requirements to bachelor, master, specialist and graduate student training programs. It is shown that uniting universities which have different systems of teaching, research experiences and management capacities inside the TEMPUS project gives an opportunity to develop joint programs, interdisciplinary modules and other resources (an intelligent library) for their future implementation. This would save resources and improve the quality of education at universities of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, and bring them in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna process. The list of modules in the built-up environment that are being prepared by the participants of the project is given. An approach to the preparation of modules is shown on the example of the module “Renewable energy”.

Abstract
In this article the authors consider the use of lexical and thematic cards in the process of teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistic school. The use of lexical and thematic cards helps successful mastering learning lexical units, particularly specialized vocabulary. If lexical and thematic cards are differentiated according to the themes of speaking, it allows students to memorize the use of a definite number of lexical units, depending on the sphere of their application in some professional activity. The lexical and thematic cards are made by the teacher with the introduction of a new theme to help when learning new vocabulary and prevent psychological difficulties caused by insufficient level of linguistic lexical competence.

This article examines the problems and prospects of vocational education connected with the modernization of professional education in Russia. As a basis of modernization the authors consider the introduction of preparation curricula in the applied baccalaureate. The article reveals competence tendencies in pedagogic support to potentially gifted students of secondary vocational institutions. The enrichment of curriculum content with an elective course of «Imageology» is studied on the example of directions of preparation «Tourism» and «Hotel service».

Abstract
The article considers issues, emerging in a regional Russian university, starting to design curricula in accordance with the European “Tuning” recommendation, European EUR-ACE framework standards, principles of Worldwide CDIO Initiative approach. The reasons for Russian Federal State Educational Standard failure to meet international level requirements are identified. The complex approach is described. It promotes development of competencies on the basis of scientific, as well as innovative and practical component of university activities. All that permits enhancing the potential and quality of knowledge, acquired by the students.

Abstract
The article presents the results of an experimental-searching work on assessing communicative competences of students of a pedagogical speciality. The study identified the following composition of communicative competences: willingness to create students’ own communicative and purposeful interpretation of a text; willingness to dialogic interaction; willingness to constructively interact with the rest of the group; willingness to create their own communicative and purposeful written text. As a diagnostic tool the author mentions the technology of assessing communicative competences which help determine the level of mastery of these competencies. The technology has been tested for compliance with the holistic diagnostic tools.

Abstract
The article reveals the issue of post-graduate training of a head of an educational organization through humanitarization of education. The author analyzes the scientific literature and regulatory-legal basis on the issues of postgraduate education of the heads of educational organizations. In the article the author examines the existing problems associated with postgraduate training of school directors and offers a system that facilitate their productive training. The author comes to the conclusion that, to prepare school directors for modernization processes in Russia, it is necessary to develop an appropriate system of postgraduate education of the heads of educational institutions, based on humanitarian management strategy.

Abstract
This article examines the interdisciplinary relation of school pedagogy and theatre pedagogy in the process of training professionally competent students-future teachers. It is emphasized that this interaction is possible on the basis of the realization of the interdisciplinary meaningful connection between them through the pedagogy of the educational potential of the means of theatrical pedagogy. At the same time the article draws a parallel between the results of studying professional cycles, determined by OOP for the directions of preparation “Pedagogical Education” and “Actor's Skill” for the purpose of establishing the contingency of knowledge, skills and habits of a teacher and an actor.

Abstract
The article carries an analysis of higher education internationalization processes and of the contribution of the Tempus Programme to these processes as viewed through the prism of the implementation of all types of Tempus projects. Special attention is given to the dynamic character of the internationalization processes under the impact of society’s developmental factors, as well as to new challenges, problems and risks inherent in the further progress of internationalization as a factor of sustainable development. Contradictions between the humanistic value of internationalization and the growing tendency towards commercializing its mechanisms are underlined, which calls for the re-thinking of the entire internationalization paradigm so that it would meet the interests of all target groups participating in higher education.

Abstract
At present the process of destroying old stereotypes is going on in pedagogical studies and at the same time the new paradigm of education is being formed. Due to that it is necessary to look for a new educational system which will make possible training a teacher, capable of working successfully at school in compliance with the requirements of the national educational standard. The article scrutinizes the ideas which would contribute to the solution of this problem. In particular, they are: strengthening of practical orientation of a future teacher, enhancing the prestige of teaching, holding a teacher in school. A model of training a teacher, based on general baccalaureate is offered in the article.

The article considers the IT potential of supplementary education system at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. This potential is based on the principles of development and modernization in the direction of improvement and applying modern data and communication technologies, interactive multimedia materials, and audiovisual media. All of them ensure diversity and richness of educational programs. The enhancement of the IT potential makes the university professional education more effective due to the optimized skill acquisition process and improvement of the intellectual abilities of students.

Abstract
Joint programmes are being actively developed all over the world and become a popular instrument of interuniversity cooperation. The paper relies on the results of the study, conducted upon the request of the European Union Delegation to Russia and dedicated to identifying joint programmes between European and Russian universities and mapping their activities. The first part reviews the variety of definitions of a joint programme and offers the one, used in the study. The second part conveys a working typology developed in the course of the study and describing the diversity of arrangements within the joint programmes between Russian and European universities. The concluding part emphasises the need to adjust the programme arrangements to the strategies of both partners.

Abstract
The article carries an attempt to describe several effective models of scientific cooperation within the framework of internationalization of higher professional education. It describes experience of the Centre of Linguistic Research and Educational Programs “Language Existentiality of the 21st century: Diachronic and Synchronic Aspects”. The paper reviews several international research projects implemented by the Centre. They are focused on developing social, communicative and informational competences of a contemporary Russian-speaking language personality. Besides, these projects are aimed at ensuring the continuity of Russian scientists’ generations while integrating successful international scientific experience relevant for the globalizing world of the 21st century.
