Abstract
This paper analyzes the methods of using the legal aspects of major environmental factors affecting human health. Legislative sources of precautions and prevention of environmental pollution on the example of Moscow region are indicated. The environmental map of the overall pollution of the districts of Moscow region and ways of improvement through the effective use of environmental standards and regulations are presented. The total statistics of morbidity related to environmental degradation prevailing in the region is shown. The authors conducted the surveys of students residing Moscow region and conducted the analysis of the obtained results. The legal and socio-environmental recommendations for the improvement of the health status of the students who took part in the experiment and improvement of the environment are given. The recommendations are to be implemented when environmental and conservation legislation is observed.

Abstract
The article considers the technology of management by results through the analysis of financial and economic activities, which plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of the educational organization. The definition of management’s results as a purposeful, source-based interaction between the managing and managed subsystems to achieve the predicted results is given. The principles of effective management are mentioned. The expected results in the educational organization are characterized. The organizational structure of resource management is described. The ways of improving the management of financial and economic activities based on the results of the work of the managed team are justified.

Abstract
The paper presents the opportunities of junior schoolchildren’s research skills development with the use of ethnoart material. On the basis of the ideas and opinions of domestic scientists the analysis of essential characteristics of such concepts as "skills", "research activities", "research skills" is given. Specificity of primary school pupils’ research skills development is disclosed. The importance and relevance of the use of ethnoart material is identified. Educational potential of such material allows to reach primary school children’s efficient-active research activities performance.

Abstract
In the article the author is sharing the experience of using gaming technologies in teaching mathematical analysis to students majoring in economic sciences. It is suggested organizing the lessons devoted to revising methods of taking limits and definite integrals in the form of competition of teams solving Sudoku puzzle with mathematical exercises instead of numbers. The description of such a competition is given in the article. The author submits two Sudoku puzzles (without answers): one with limits and another with definite integrals. Recommendations for constructing mathematical Sudoku puzzles are given. Besides, additional possibilities of using mathematical Sudoku puzzles in teaching process are indicated. In conclusion, cultural competences are mentioned which are developing when lessons are conducted as a competition of teams.

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of studying chemical industries from the standpoint of green chemistry in educational organizations providing chemical education. The author reveals the importance of the principles of green chemistry in the development of chemical and technological knowledge. The educational opportunities for using them in the course of mastering the system of concepts "Basics of chemical production" are shown. The article suggests a technique for studying chemical production. Some tasks are given that allow the integration of special chemical and technological knowledge and skills and concepts of green chemistry.

Abstract
One of the priorities of modern education is the acquisition of research experience by each student. Today schoolchildren must learn to acquire new knowledge independently and apply it in practice. In this regard, the problem is the selection of the educational content, the search for tools and methods for organizing the educational and research activities of students in the educational process. Abstract
The article focuses on the issue of mobile application use as one of the means of introducing game activities into the process of language teaching. The article studies the concept of “gamification”, various classifications of learning games are examined. Certain mobile applications contributing to the development of linguistic, discourse and sociocultural elements of learners’ communicative competence are given and analyzed. The results of the analysis enable the author to state that the mobile technologies can be used with the aim of forming the language, speech and social-cultural components of communicative competence.

Abstract
In the article the authors reveal the features of designing a model of retraining teachers without specialized pedagogical education. The leading requirements for selecting its structural components are highlighted. The developed model of retraining should ensure for every teacher of technology the conditions for entering the pedagogical and technological culture, for self-development and self-realization in pedagogical activities. The authors of the article propose a program based on the requirements of the GSES which is aimed at retraining and enhancing the professional competence of technology teachers. The program is supposed to ensure the continuity of vocational training and scientific, theoretical, methodological and informational support for pedagogical staff of educational institutions for solving urgent problems of innovative socio-economic development in Moscow region.

Abstract
The article studies the nature of artistic perception: artistic “vision”. The author’s understanding of the concept “see” is given. The author offers the narrow interpretation of the term: when the perception and the assessment of colour shades are meant; and the wide meaning: “vision” as the composition perception. The article presents the author’s point of view on the specificity of artistic perception development during artistic activities. On the basis of domestic scientists’ research, as well as on the data of her own scientific work and teaching practice, the author singles out the stages of artistic “vision” formation. The stages mentioned are scrutinized in correlation with the levels of colour perception described by the author before.

Abstract
The article considers the problems of competitiveness of art universities in Moscow region. The article deals with the influence of modern educational technology, webinars and courses on the development of art education. The author analyzes the data array based on professional experience in motivating students of junior and senior age to enter art faculties in the context of modern continuing education. The analysis showed that the increase of interest in vocational arts education is the result of joint planned activities of institutions of additional education, specialized departments of universities and the Ministry of Education.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of structural features of Alumni Associations at engineering universities on the example of the universities included into the Interfax rating of engineering universities- 2016. Structural and functional features of Alumni Associations at engineering universities are defined. The analyzed data of the organizations mentioned contributes to deeper understanding of the matter of this phenomenon and its role in modern university development. In conclusion the authors make the conclusion about the advantages the university receives if creates such non-profit organizations as Alumni Associations.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of teaching the Russian language specialty (module-business) foreign students of Polish Philology at the Institute of Russian Studies of the University of Lodz; the reasons of the introduction of the course, due to the need of students in the enhancement of the professional competence for employment in a modern professional market. The author developed the program - Russian language in business for students of undergraduate and graduate programs. The themes of the studies forming the various competencies identified forms of control are analyzed. The proposed method brings good results.

Abstract
In this paper, the principle of creating and continuously improving the intellectual and developing environment of profile and pre-professional engineering and technical education for young people is considered in the BMSTU. The main goals of preprofessional and profile education of engineering orientation, obtained as a result of the annual monitoring of students and teachers of profile educational organizations of the BMSTU, are given. The criteria for the expert evaluation of the quality of profile engineering and technical training are described. The types and forms of training that form the system of vector interaction between the BMSTU and educational organizations are described, which forms an intellectual developmental environment for profile education.

In the given article the author considers the problem of creation of favorable conditions for preserving and increasing the historical and cultural potential of Moscow region at universities. As priority tasks of modern education at all levels the author considers the revival of spirituality by available means and methods, the appeal to national moral and spiritual roots. Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the main aspects of forming students-future navigators’ readiness to communicate in a foreign language. An active of cross-cultural approach to developing skills of a foreign language communication in oral and written form for solving problems in the course of the professional activities is proposed. The proposed forms of training are assumed to improve the level of communicative skills obtained by future navigators. The authors come to the conclusion that the analysis of communicative situations promotes mastering the communicative skills.

Abstract
The article discusses the ways of solving the urgent problem of improving the methodology of foreign language teaching at Russian higher educational institutions. The concepts of foreign language competencies and a secondary foreign language personality as part of a new vision of the goals and results of teaching a foreign language are introduced. Independent work of students is seen as the key to solving the problem of mastering large volumes of information and acquiring the foreign language competencies. The concept of an educational language portfolio is presented as a technology for organizing independent work of students learning a foreign language. An electronic version of the educational language portfolio is positioned as its up-to-date form. The basic structure of an educational foreign language portfolio is described; its main advantages and possibilities are given. An original structure of an electronic educational foreign language portfolio is suggested.

Abstract
In the article the urgency of training qualified specialists for tourism in the system of secondary professional education is discussed. The results of empirical research studying the causes of graduates’ refusal from employment according to the qualification received are presented. One of the main causes is their professional interest not being formed. The article reveals the stages, forms and methods of students’ professional interest development at a secondary professional educational institution during extracurricular activities. The possibilities of career guidance at schools are considered. The aim of such work is to form students’ professional interest to the specialty "tourism". Besides, the ways to stimulate professional interest of specialists in the system of advanced training are given.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of lack of proper professional motives among students studying for a bachelor’s degree in "Translation and Translation Studies". In order to determine the dynamics of future translators’ motivational sphere there was conducted an experiment based on T.I. Ilyina’s diagnostic technique "Motivation for higher school training". The authors developed and tested the training course "Information Technologies in Translation" and grounded its potential in enhancing students’ professional motivation.

Abstract
The article scrutinizes the possibility of using the socio-cultural developmental environment for teachers’ professional development. Core traits of a teacher’s personality, important for work, are singled out. They are directed at psychological-pedagogic support of schoolchildren in the conditions of the developmental environment of the educational organization. The issue of developing initiative, activity, creativity empathy, reflection and communicativeness, which form new professional competences, is rather acute for the professional development of a teacher. The model of educational organization developmental environment, which takes into account the barriers, difficulties, and contradictions of teachers’ professional development, is offered. The model of continuous improvement of processes, which got the name of Shuhkart-Deming’s cycle or PDCA cycle, is applied for the professional development of a teacher in the developmental environment of the educational organization. Its components are defined; their content is disclosed, as well as the importance for the professional development.

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the readiness of a social pedagogue to support a family raising a disabled child in the context of the inclusive educational environment of school. From the point of view of the structure, the readiness of a social pedagogue to support the family of a special child includes the value-motivational, cognitive-informational and effective-practical components, the formation of which begins at university, but the most effective development occurs in the professional activities of the specialist at the advanced training courses. The article shows the possibilities of forming and all the components of the readiness of a social teacher to support a family raising a disabled child in the system of additional professional education.

Abstract
The article stresses the importance of linguocultural aspect for the future professional activities of students studying linguistics. The author attracts attention to the fact that the linguocultural aspect is one of the key aspects as it forms the basis of professional qualification. In this connection, its integration into teaching main subjects is specially noted. The possibilities of applying new information and communication technologies are proposed to optimize the educational process. The author gives examples from her personal experience and offers to create a special data base for keeping students work results with aim of using them in their future professional activity.
