Abstract
The article examines the process and the result of the formation of values and their hierarchy. Basing on the analysis of strategic and conceptual documents the task for students’ teaching practice is made. The article presents results of the assessment of the schoolchildren’s national value hierarchy which was performed by the students of the Faculty of the Russian Philology of Moscow State Regional University in schools of Moscow and Moscow region. Certain priorities of schoolchildren’s value preferences are identified. The functional possibilities of the assignments of this kind given for the teaching practice are enumerated.

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations for distance learning. The problematic aspects of the study of distance education in the national educational space are considered. The distinction between the concepts «distance education» and «distance learning» is substantiated. The specific characteristics of distance learning, which are fixed in its difference from traditional forms of learning, are defined. It is concluded that distance learning is a modern way of organizing the educational process based on the principle of independent learning and wide use of modern pedagogical and information technologies.

Abstract
The problem of the axiological approach realization in teaching mathematics is considered in the article. The urgency of the stated problem is justified through the context of trends in the development of a humanistic paradigm in education and modern requirements for the quality of education. The following features of mathematics as a science are analyzed: abstractedness, manipulation by idealized objects, the deductive method of proof, and the breadth of application. On the basis of the theoretical study the areas of main streaming axiological potential of "Mathematics" as a subject are identified. Results of the study performed show that mathematics as a subject has a rich arsenal of means to ensure the development of valuable orientations of children and adolescents.

Abstract
The article is an analysis of scientific research aimed at the search of the areas of designing applied mathematic education at school. The original authors’ approach to designing a complex of applied mathematical problems is given. The basis for their typology is the operational substructures of mathematical thinking. They are: metric, topological, ordinal, algebraic, and projective substructures. For different levels of school education certain examples of applied mathematical problems specific to each substructure of thinking are given.

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of teaching children of another culture literary pronunciation in accordance with the norms of the modern Russian language, which promotes positive socialization, spiritual and moral formation of a multicultural identity. Theoretical and practical approaches to developing listening and pronunciation skills of children of other cultures are given. The skills mentioned are the basis of all kinds of speech activity. Attention is drawn to the phenomena of the phonetic system of the Russian language which are considered to be the most difficult for those who study the state language of the Russian Federation. They are: the correlation of consonants according to them to be hard / soft, voiced / voiceless; as well as to a significant change of vowels in the unstressed positions. Besodes, the need of using some important aspects of articulation, and sounds-assistants is also scrutinized. The authors stress upon taking into consideration (if necessary) the specific features of the native language.

Abstract
The article considers specific features of the most important pedagogical conditions for formation of pupils’ perception of color in painting at children's art schools. Having carried out the analysis of special literature on this problem, the author came to conclusion that among the demanded pedagogical conditions in the course of color perception formation are as follows: the existence of samples necessary for transferring color in pictorial works of school students, the pupils’professional self-determination in fine arts, and formation of self-reliance.

Abstract
The article describes the experience of creating an educational methodical complex “The Russian Language and the Standard of Speech in the Professional Field", which was realized within the frames of the subsidy of the Department of Education of Moscow City. The team of authors of the Plekhanov Russian Economic University created the innovative educational methodical and electronic methodical complexes, addressed to those who wanted to upgrade their level of the Russian language in the professional field - to master the art of effective business communication, the skills of making and writing business correspondence. The authors in details analize the structure of the educational methodical complexes, which allows the users and readers of these complexes to upgrade their levels of oral and written business correspondence on their own. There are references to the Electronic Sources in the open access in the article which makes it possible to be convinced in the effectiveness of the individual work with the help of electronic educational methodical complex based on the own experience.

Abstract
The article clarifies the definition of concepts of “essay on a literary theme”, “literary reading”, “personal position”. An essay on a literary theme is scrutinized as a process of analytical-synthetic activities during the creative literary reading. The stages of literary reading are given through the perception and interpretation of a literary text. The interrelation between the processes of creative literary reading and creating a school essay is stated to be independent and creative work. The didactic principles of creative literary reading are defined.

Abstract
One of significant problems of teaching art at various levels of education is deviation from the educational content. Conceptually, it is associated with the current state of art. The author draws attention to the possibility of art to develop pupils’ personal qualities and states that it can happen only when the educational process is directed and solves various tasks in complex. Educational objectives are connected with scientific knowledge, which are the systematic basis of methods of teaching fine arts. The author reveals the basic systemic positions in methods of teaching fine arts. In conclusion, the author stresses that mastering the basics of academic drawing is an important professional component in the activities of teachers of fine art.

Abstract
This article is focused on the analysis of the way the engineering-technological education of schoolchildren is organized. The article describes the approaches of various regions and educational institutions to forming classes of engineering. The characteristics of the educational process organization in such classes are analysed. Special attention is paid to the organization of practicums. The experience of Bauman Moscow State Technical University and of Moscow State Regional University is presented in the article; the perspectives of the future cooperation are outlined.

Abstract
This article addresses the issues connected with the process of professional training of Master’s degree students on the educational speciality 44.04.01 - Pedagogical Education, “Foreign Language Education in the System of Specific Training”. In connection with this, the author pays much attention to the potential of the academic discipline “History of Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages in Russian and Foreign Schools”, within the framework of which Master’s degree students are trained to take part in the development and realization of new methods and techniques of teaching in the sphere of foreign language education. The theory of teaching foreign languages within a historical framework currently contains a lot of material to compare and correlate foreign and Russian methods of teaching for the corresponding period of time. The author points out that social and economic conditions, didactic principles and methods, advantages and disadvantages of well-known methodical schools are analyzed in the process of curricular and extracurricular work.

The article considers the problem of overcoming communicative failures which appear in the course of foreign language communication during the educational process that prevent productive formation of a foreign language communicative competence. The author specifies the effectiveness of foreign language teaching based on overcoming communicative failures within a foreign language communicative interaction concerning professionally oriented situations by observing specified conditions and realizing key educational approaches that promote the formation of new properties of students’ knowledge sphere, and the new level of a foreign language communicative competence.

Abstract
The article shows that the social-pedagogical support of a disabled child's family is a difficult aspect of the professional activity of a specialist working in the conditions of an inclusive educational organization. The analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of Psycho-Pedagogical Education in terms of preparing a bachelor for working with a family upbringing a child with disabilities. Preparation of a specialist for work with a disabled child's family is not limited to a period of training at the university, but it is prolonged throughout their career as they go through the system of continuous education. Special role is given to the system of professional development of pedagogical cadres, the possibilities of which in this regard are not explored in full for today.

The article considers the issues of using the resourses of net interaction of various educational institutions in preparing speech therapist bachelors for professional activities. The quality of education in the net is also intensified.

The article considers the principles of the sustainable development model in the methodical system of the "Human ecology" course. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the study of sustainable development indicators and the strategies of shaping sustainable lifestyles. The author of the article proves the necessity of forming students' environmental and personal competencies, which form the conceptual basis for each person’s sustainable lifestyles. The course is characterized by a reflexive-systematic approach which favors the formation of fundamental knowledge, skills and ethics required for everyone in the modern world.

Abstract
The scientific analysis of social experience of volunteerism in forming a civil society in Russia is carried out. The postulate is derived that “in civil society the declaration of will of both individual citizens and social groups, which are represented as community groups aimed at state development, is expressed free”. The requirements, inherent in the activities of social volunteers, are worked out. The mandatory quality and equity of volunteers is disclosed. The positive experience of social volunteering in educating youth (on the example of the Volunteer Association of Moscow region) is given. The impact of the volunteer movement on the development of civil society and the development of citizenship is given.
