Abstract
The article is devoted to preparation of engineering skills, ensuring flexibility and quality of educational process. The analysis of Germany’s experience indicates the necessity of forming the themes of graduation papers and theses on the basis of demands for scientific researches of the profile enterprises. The important role of training and practices in the course of training engineers is noted. The article shows that the key to success in the realization of the "education through science" principle is expansion and updating of university work directions with the enterprises. Special attention is paid to the analysis of Israel experience in questions of creation of the technologies transfer centers which stimulate innovative activity of the enterprises and universities.

Abstract
The article studies the theoretical foundations of phonostylistic researches in professional dialects. It is also noted that there is some fixed presence of integration and interdisciplinary communication of phonostylistics and linguodidactics in the context of mastering a foreign language professional pedagogical discourse by future foreign language teachers studying at a baccalaureate. The results of this scientific research are the basis for determining the linguistic features of oral phonostylistic implementation of professional pedagogical discourse.

Abstract
The article analyses the sources and the process of forming of the modern student’s autonomy principle with the object of defining its significance and its interpretation for Higher Linguistic Education. The analysis of the Russian scientists’ works on «autonomous personality» formation as one of the educational objectives is given. The author shows the difference between the principle of self-independence and the autonomy principle, differentiating the ranges of their activity. The updating of the essence of the autonomy principle makes possible to interpret it both as a didactic and as a methodic principle, which is particularly important in mastering a foreign language.

Abstract
The article actualizes the problem of defining the concept “block-diagram” through the context of the methodology of teaching computer science. The definition of this concept was considered in various fields of knowledge: mathematics, computer science, methods of teaching these subjects and others. The author compiled three comparative tables of the following concepts: “block”, “scheme” and “block-diagram” in chronological order of their development. The concrete examples of using block-diagrams in teaching mathematics and computer science are given. The author used published sources - dictionaries, encyclopedias, manuals, textbooks, printed publications, and Internet sources. The author’s evaluation of the concepts considered is given.

Abstract
The article analyzes the management training program of school education at Russian universities in order to identify the changes that occur in the educational practice. The author presents an attempt to determine something general and particular in these programs, as well as the factors influencing their goals, objectives and content. Approaches to designing strategies of training leaders of education in Russia are highlighted. It is stated that the implemented programs do not represent the general methodology of training school managers with regard to the current social order.

Abstract
The article discloses the role of the cultural environment of a family as means of a child’s productive upbringing in the conditions of modern cultural paradigm of education. The novelty of the research consists in specification of concepts (productive education in a family, cultural environment of a family), in the characteristics of structural components of the cultural environment of a family, its importance for the implementation of productive upbringing in a family. The revealed features of productive upbringing, the factors caused by educational opportunities and educational activities of parents, the presented characteristics of a pro-social family, the maintenance of components of the cultural environment of a family (the confidential relations, joint work and creativity, the spiritual and moral atmosphere, the democratic forms of control, the comfortable material and subject sphere, the symbolical sphere of a family, family traditions) open possibilities of effective social and spiritual and moral development of a child.

Abstract
The article determines the structure of pedagogical mastership development process of a master of vocational training in vocational colleges. Pedagogical mastership development process of a master of vocational training in vocational colleges is presented as a conceptual model. The article contains extended features of main modules of this model: target-oriented, process-oriented and results-oriented. The purpose of qualification improvement based on the analysis of needs of society and masters of vocational training is a systemically important element of a target-oriented module. The process-oriented module reflects the succession of fulfillment of didactic tasks in the course of professional development. The results oriented module integrates criteria and rates of pedagogical mastership efficiency; the description of this professional quality; the methods of defining the level of efficiency of the andragogic process.

Abstract
In this article the problem of the development of arithmetic textbooks in the second half of the XIX century is closely examined. The main tendencies that determine this process are highlighted. The first one is the growth of types of educational literature. The second tendency deals with the internal improvement of textbooks. The third tendency is gradual refusal from strict connection between a textbook and a type of secondary school. The analysis has been carried out on the basis of a large variety of educational literature; besides, the author analyses not only textbooks, but also books of arithmetical problems. As a result, the classification of textbooks on the basis of the methodological guidelines has been developed.

Abstract
The article reveals the features of the author’s approach to the improvement of teaching students of art faculties, basing on the mechanism of making the work on formal elements of graphic, pictorial and design composition more active. The author examines the cause of the fragmentariness of knowledge in the sphere of applying a formal method to teaching pictorial and graphical composition. The resolution of the problem is proposed in a form of a universal and integrative technique which is aimed at studying formal experience and creating the mechanism of implementing knowledge into the process of practical and creative work.

Abstract
The article deals with the use of modern health improving and fitness systems in the process of teaching students of special medical department. The purpose of the research is to identify the advantages and difficulties of implementation, as well as to assess the prospects for application of modern systems of fitness classes for students of special medical groups. The work is based on the results of the authors’ analytical and experimental research. The survey was conducted among students and PT teachers, who work with the students of specialized medical departments in ten higher educational institutions of Moscow and Ivanovo.

The subject of the article is the method of forming future teachers’ lexical competence in English by means of authentic poetic texts. The development of methodological sources, which could reflect the country-studying approach to teaching languages, has become an acute problem for Methods. For the first time the method of forming future teachers’ competence in the English lexis is researched and validated. The method is based on the use of authentic poetic texts. The author gives proofs of its efficiency. The theory and practice of teaching students the English language has got further development.

Abstract
The article offers one of the possible options of teaching schoolchildren to such genre of expressing opinion as a detailed answer to a question. In the process of understanding the function of an artistic detail «a hare sheepskin coat» in A.S. Pushkin’s story «Captain's daughter» students get an idea of the interconnection of a part and a whole of an artwork. Problematic and research methods of training, taken as a basis for the methodology used, are aimed at the development of communicative abilities, and skills of attentive reading and analysis of the text.

Abstract
The article states that the use of acmeological approach to professional training of future mining engineers lies in systematic method of teaching future specialists to be professionals in planning, construction and partial approbation of the system elements. The process of archeological perception is directed both on itself and on its activity, so the diagnostics in acmeology focuses on finding the way a person becomes a subject of control of his/her own behavior in personal, professional, creative and spiritual spheres. In practice, the construction of theoretical and experimental models of student’s future professional activity is based on comparative observation, analysis and evaluation of mining engineers’ activities, as well as of students performing the role of mining engineers in the process of imitative learning.

Abstract
The paper discusses the pedagogical ideas Célestin Freinet, aimed at the development of students’ communication skills, namely: making by children a free text, or a creative project, as well as the creation of school newspaper, or organizing work together with school printing-office and educational planning. The analysis of foreign and domestic sources is performed. Célestin Freinet’s major methodological techniques are disclosed. The levels of schoolchildren communicative culture formation are described. The analysis of the possibility of using Célestin Freinet’s pedagogical ideas in the light of modern educational concept is fulfilled.

Abstract
The article shows the necessity of children and teenagers’ value orientation formation in the educational process at school. The author reveals the peculiarities of interpreting the concepts: «value», «personal value orientation system» on the levels of philosophy, sociology and social-psychological knowledge. Systemic understanding of internal and external factors is given, as well as of the psychological mechanisms of a schoolchild’s personal value orientation development. On the basis of the theoretical research done the methods of their actualization in the educational process are identified. The results of the theoretical study show that the educational process at school has a large arsenal of tools for the development of children and teenagers’ value orientations development.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of decision-making model based on monitoring students’ individual educational achievements. The authors study it through the form of an independent evaluation of students’ success at municipal educational organizations of the subjects of the Russian Federation. This model presents options and decision-making actors: students, parents (legal representatives), teachers of educational organizations, educational organization, the municipal education authorities, regional education board. It is stated that the model is based on the monitoring of individual educational achievements of students in the form of an independent evaluation.
