Abstract
The article considers the main factors of the fourth industrial revolution as a multi-level organizational and technical system, for which appropriate training of personnel is required, primarily of a technical profile. Each industrial revolution has its own stages and requires special training of personnel for its implementation. The new professional competencies that modern graduates of technical universities should possess are studied. The conclusion is made about the need for a qualitative change in the technical education content. Based on the analysis of the recent years’admission campaigns a conclusion has been made about new trends in the growth of technical education attractiveness for modern entrants.

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of effective motivation and stimulation of the personnel of educational institutions. The analysis of a human resourse capital is substantiated on the example of one of the structural departments of Moscow Region State University (the Faculty of Technology and Entrepreneurship). The practical experience of specific motivating of the personnel is given on the example of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Technology and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Region State University. The analysis of the practical experience proved the present system of motivation to be effective as it takes into consideration the social-economic realia od this educational institution’s development and functioning, as well as its peronell’s professional characteristics.

In this article the author analyzes the issues of forming the moral-spiritual culture of senior schoolchildren in the educational process at the modern school. The model of forming the moral-spiritual culture of senior schoolchildren is givn. It includes target, methodological, tehnological components, as well as the stages, criteria of assessing and the indicators of the levels of the moral- spiritual culture of the senior students’ personality. Attention is focused on the characterization of the three levels of the moral-spiritual culture development.

Abstract
In this article the concept of gaming and its role in the educational discourse is discussed, in particular in a studying of bachelor graduate's competence model, who study at the direction of education 45.03.01 «Philology». The specificity of gaming is developed within the gaming interactive technologies, the forms of realization of gaming instrumentation are concretized (the system of points, the implementation of mission, ratings, currency, sources etc.), the possible ways of gaming technology in the educational process are studied. The consideration of the concept of gaming in the educational discourse allows to specify the methods of competencies' integration.

In the article the idea of pedagogical axicreativity is put forth based on socio-historical and psychological-pedagogical theories and concepts of preschool upbringing. The idea manifests itself in creation, reconstitution and reevaluation of social and moral values in the youth. Abstract
In this article the historical and cultural process of development of the scientific and pedagogical direction in the domestic educational system of the XIX century is considered. The cultural and educational background of the epoch, the dominant pedagogical ideas are shown, the theoretical and methodological sources of the national pedagogical science are defined in a retrospective context, historical characteristics of the main representatives of the scientific and pedagogical direction are given. The conclusion is made about the progressive significance of the fundamental principles of scientific pedagogy for the subsequent development of the modern Russian education system.

Abstract
Absract. The article analyzes the results of the studies carried out by the author in 2009-2017 in CentralRussia, Ural, Volga, Far Eastern, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets regions, as well as in Belarus, Ukraine and Kirghizia on the problem of understanding by teachers of "Orthodox culture" the essence and main features of the aesthetic ideal of the Orthodox tradition. Attention is drawn to the dissociation of the declared confessional self-identification and the perception of the value-semantic foundations of this ideal. The author believes that the solution to the problem will be a change in the nature of teacher training for the integration of Orthodox culture into the educational and upbringing space of a modern school.

Abstract
Inceasing the quality of education at a higher educational institution is a current problem in modern educational system. It is connected with the innovative processes taking place in the society. The author of the article focuses attention on the problem of developing students’ professional competences within the competence-based approach. Pedagogical conditions for forming professional competences of future teachers in the conditions of educational process at a higher educational institution within the competence-based approach are disclosed. The conclusions demonstrating that the introduction of these pedagogical conditions promotes more effective development of students’ professional competences are drawn. This will promote the quality of education at a higher educational institution.

In this article the variants of the organization of the health-supporting activities of schoolchildren’s parents are proposed. These activities are connected with their interaction with the computer.The author considers in detail the main stages of the parents’actions on preventing their children’s computer addiction, as well as on protecting the child from the negative content and ensuring self-control when their child is working on the computer.Prevention of the visual and static strain of the computer user is also scrutinized together with the prevention of cyberbullying.

Abstract
According to modern standards a big place in the educational process is devoted to independent work of students of technical specialties, the organization of individual work has to be developed and controlled by the teacher carefully. Special attention is paid to the problem of developing the critical thinking skills in order to train creative and active experts for the labor market. The authors consider B. Blum's taxonomy and its updated version successfully applied at present in the European and Russian education. The authors correlated the types of individual tasks with Bloom's taxonomy and selected for each cognitive activity the types of tasks,that can be recommended for bachelor-students, that study the programme "Engineering Safety of the Environment".

Abstract
This article describes the structure and methodology of the realization of the pedagogical experiment in the classrooms of fine art and decorative art, taking into account that the pupils are heterogeneous by age, training, social experience. The procedure of the experiment consists of the analysis of activity of control and experimental groups. It is structured on the basis of the three stages of assessing the received knowledge, abilities and skills. The comparative data of the final results of children's education in groups testify the effectiveness of the chosen method of improving the quality of education of students at the lessons of fine art and decorative art. The method is based on the individual personality-significant component of the pupils.

Abstract
The article is devoted to teaching Russian language in business to the Poles-philologists. The author sets forth his own methodology for teaching some issues of the Russian business civilization. Special attention is given to the students’problems with mastering factual and linguistic material. The author offers his own classification of the most frequent mistakes made by Polish students studying the Russian business lexis. Abstract
The problem of improving the organization and content of the educational program as a factor of improving the quality of education is considered. The analysis of curricula for training specialists at a university is carried out. Time reserves for formation of students' competences due to out-of-class independent work are revealed. A technique for interactive non-auditory independent work of students in physics has been developed. An array of data was developed to perform individual tasks on certain sections of physics and control the results. A pedagogical experiment was conducted to assess the implementation of the methodology. It is stated that the introduction of the methodology led to a positive result.

Abstract
The article substantiates the status of the subject"Special drawing" in the structure of the educational program of higher education as an independent discipline. The author considers the main approaches to teaching special drawing, which are used in modern pedagogical practice. "Special drawing" is defined as the search-analytical form of the educational drawing. In the context of fundamental changes in the modern Russian art education, the objective degree of compatibility of academic and design (search-analytical) drawing within the same discipline are determined.

Abstract
The presented article examines the main criteria for the work of the teacher and students in the art workshop of the Russian doll from the standpoint of reviving the traditional craft, as well as the formation of professional competencies for further artistic activities of students of baccalaureate. The author considers it possible to provide general information on functioning of the workshop for the period from 2008 to 2018 and to determine the main parameters for the success of the practical training. the characteristic features of the author's methodology aimed at creating students full-fledged creative objects and the integration of disciplines in the work of the Department of Folk and Art Crafts are identified and described. Conclusions are made about the qualitative and quantitative data of the results of the workshop.

The article considers the problem of improving the preparation of the artist of decorative and applied art. The role of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Folk Crafts of Moscow Region State University in the system of training specialists is specified. The article also discusses the need for production practice at the Zhostovo factory of decorative painting with the detailed study of the work of creative workshops and production, communication with artists is also cinsudered to be important. Getting acquainted with traditional styles, directions of the Zhostovo craft in the museum, searching for new ideas for improving their skills in this field of arts and crafts is is the aim of the practice. Production practice is an indispensable stage in the system of training highly skilled artists of arts and crafts.

Abstract
The article considers the problems of forming a graphic image at the lessons on educational discipline "Projecting in Graphic Design" for students-designers. The article also considers the systematization of works of scientists in the field of psychology, physiology and pedagogy on the current problem. The leading method of the study is the pedagogical experiment conducted in control and experimental groups of design students within 5 years from 2013 to 2018. In the course of the conducted research, the author has deduced the aspects making up the basis for a graphic image formation in the system of projecting in graphic design at a higher educational institution. The tasks of the educational discipline "Projecting in graphic design" are considered and analyzed, some stages of the graphic image formation are shown. Since 2016 and up to now the process of approbation of a comprehensive methodology for teaching the design of the graphic image of undergraduate students at design and art departments has been under way.
