Abstract
The article studies the specific features of the Russian educational system modernization connected with its participation the Bologna process. The interpretation of the concept “educational mobility” is given attention to, particularly, with regard of the participants of international educational programs. The indicators of assessing students’ readiness to take part in cross-cultural communication are revealed. The authors offer their own program of social and pedagogical support to the participants of international educational programs as one of the possible ways of forming such readiness. The results of experimental work on assessing the readiness to take part in cross-cultural communication are given.

Abstract
The article studies the problem of anesthetization variability of the space created on the design basis. The purposeful aesthetization of Russian schools educational space should be projected not only according to the type and profile of the educational institution but according to the specific regional conditions, i.e.: the landscape characteristics, flora peculiarities and creative basics of the regional folk art, which is the initial methodological basis of the project. The authors suggest using phyto-design as the main type of educational space design of schools. The aesthetization of educational space is believed to enable the educational institutions to organize the forming environment where a child’s emotional sphere will develop in the organic unity with the spiritual and moral values of society.

Abstract
The article considers the role of students’ unsupervised work within the educational process at a university. A thesis is proposed that in modern pedagogy the students’ unsupervised work is given too much attention, due to this fact the traditional classroom work suffers. The variety of approaches to improving the quality of unsupervised work, as well as numerous attempts to optimize it and make it more effective face an almost insuperable obstacle: the lack of motivation for learning. To solve the problem of motivation with purely technological means is impossible.

Abstract
The article presents the historical roots of developing pre-university propedeutics, as well as the basic principles of organizing a gymnasium at Moscow University. The aspects of modernizing the education in Russia and the changes caused by it in the pre-university preparation are defined. On the example of the Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technology named after MV Lomonosov the relevance of the problems arising in the work of the additional education faculty and their possible solutions are shown. The possibilities of psychological and pedagogical support to first-year students are described. Empirical material of studying the psychological climate in the university through the eyes of first-year students is given.

Abstract
In this article the essence of complementarity is shown as an invariant principle of building knowledge of educational activities, ensuring its full systemic completeness. The significance of complementarity approach to the content of pedagogical education in conditions of competence model in training of teachers is proved. Scientific novelty of the results shown in this article consists in substantiation of productivity of the idea of complementarity for solving the problems of adequate modernization of methodological basis of pedagogy.

Abstract
Communicative training technology and the domains of its use are considered. Methodological components of communicative training as a lingo-didactical technology are examined. The examples of communicative training tasks are provided. The practical experience of the communicative training usage in foreign language teaching at Law Institute of People’s Friendship University of Russia is focused on. The main issues of the pedagogical experiment aimed at the special foreign language communicative competences development are studied. The experiment results proved the efficiency of communicative training integration into the foreign language teaching practice in a nonlinguistic higher educational institution.

Abstract
The article presents the methodological approach to presenting the teaching material of the course of "Natural-science Picture of the World" based on the concepts and propositions of the general theory of systems for characterizing chemical objects. On concrete examples the principles of their organization, functioning and self-development are revealed. The author proves the community of their system properties with the properties of other objects of studying fundamental natural sciences that provides logical interrelation both between separate sections of the course, and between this discipline and the corresponding disciplines in the system of Professional Higher Education.

Abstract
The paper deals with the content of teaching foreign grammar in sociocultural foreign education. The article highlights the notion of grammatical competence as the goal of grammar acquisition. The author of the article examines key components of the content of teaching grammar at linguistic universities. The article states that all the components of the content are aimed at co-learning of language and culture. The article stresses the fact that the current content of teaching foreign grammar is aimed at the achievement of learning goals. The article also reveals the principles of selecting the content of teaching foreign grammar.

Abstract
The article studies the problem of suppression, that is: restrictions of written language scope, both at the stage of written texts creation and at the stage of their reading. It is shown that writing possesses weak expressive means at the stage of being mastered by the majority of users. Various processes of suppression of writing connected with the development of information and telecommunication technologies are observed. In particular, students avoid creating a hand-written text, preferring the use of mobile devices for photography or audio- and videos. The author comes to the conclusion about the need of developing methods of virtual teaching.

Abstract
The article describes the results of studying silent reading in the third grade. The study helped to identify schoolchildren with silent reading disabilities who had certain difficulties in speaking and/or visual perception. In addition, the study allowed to develop effective methods of special education for schoolchildren with persistent silent reading disabilities. The effective directions of this methodology make it possible to form not only schoolchildren’s oral speech, analysis and synthesis of the spoken utterances but also to develop the meaning aspect of silent reading.

Abstract
Nowadays modern technologies find widespread application in education. The article is devoted to the problem of developing listening skills by using films at practical English classes. Multimedia has been used to raise the effectiveness of such practical training. The classes were conducted both in experimental and control groups. The results in both groups enable the author to draw the corresponding conclusions. A tutor will get the same results in different level groups if he uses multimedia technology properly.

Abstract
This article examines one of the options for projecting expected training facts in natural science education via the implementation of the competence-based approach in secondary schools in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In terms of the structural analysis of the content of natural science school education the authors single out the approaches to project the expected training facts which become the basis for studying the dynamics of students’ progress. On the basis of these approaches, an integrated version of a system of the expected training facts was proposed in the form of competencies that reflect student’s personal qualities in the natural science educational area.

Abstract
The article focuses on the issues of a teacher’s identity and role in a new educational sphere: massive open on-line courses (MOOC). The majority of MOOC used for training and academic research purposes in higher education treat the teacher as a facilitator, meanwhile the aspect of a teacher’s academic identity and methods of teaching tend to be disregarded. The article discusses two types of MOOC courses (xMOOC and cMOOC) which differ not only in targets and structure of teaching material presentation, but also in the degree of formal assessment of student’s performance, and consequently, in teacher’s involvement in the educational process as well as his\her role in it. Both types of the discussed MOOC courses have common problematic areas related to the teacher’s role: monitoring students’ educational activity by the teacher, feedback from the teacher and teacher’s knowledge of information technologies.

Abstract
The given article describes the establishment of the MA course in domestic and foreign educational institutions. Fragments of the normative-methodical base, connected with functioning of the MA course in the Russian Federation are examined. The article analyses the characteristics of the educational process organization, the entrance examinations and audits in the MA course on the basis of the analysis of data from different Russian universities. Examined publications in periodicals devoted to the issues of master's training, its features, its content and development prospects. Besides, the article draws conclusions about the feasibility of the experience of leading foreign universities, that have a vast experience of implementing multilevel training.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to understanding of core, basic, key and special competencies that constitute professional competence of English teachers. Special attention is devoted to these teachers’ key competencies, their criteria, parameters and levels of manifestation as a whole. The author also presents a detailed description of the criteria, parameters and levels of the following key competencies of a teacher of English: readiness to use different types of oral foreign-language speech during the lesson of English and ability to set a goal, oriented on teaching a foreign language, and choose optimal solutions for achieving it.

The article proves the necessity of foreign language teacher’s project competence formation in the light of modern demands outlined in the Educational Standards. The author defines the essence and components of the corresponding competence on the basis of analysis and synthesis of theoretical data and personal practical experience. Besides, the conditions for developing foreign language teacher’s project competence during the process of their professional training are also revealed.

Abstract
The article is aimed at formulating general theoretical grounds for using an innovative method of portfolio. The author formulates the definition of a portfolio, notes the effectiveness of students’ unsupervised work being organized with use of this method. The article presents the methodological aspects of this promising pedagogical technology and the structure of portfolio for students of the academy of architecture and arts. The author comes to the conclusion that the method of portfolio can become a form of assessing the students’ unsupervised work. Besides, it is one of the ways of ensuring subjects succession.

Abstract
One of the main tasks of quality management systems is to determine the degree of satisfaction of internal consumers. Such assessment is necessary to make changes in the management of the organization to improve its activities. The article presents the results of the research of students’ satisfaction as internal consumers of educational services provided by the university. Realization of all monitoring stages, focusing on the application of statistical methods at all stages of planning and implementation of students’ satisfaction studying is described in detail. The obtained results are the basis for managerial decisions.

Abstract
The article deals with the organization of patriotic youth education. Methodical and methodological problems of educational work at the present stage are singled out. The ways of organizing the patriotic education in Moscow are offered. The features of organizing the patriotic youth work in the area of Troparevo-Nikulino are taken as an example. It is concluded that without improving the quality of patriotic work with young people it is impossible to form the nation ready to defend its interests, including on the world stage.

Abstract
This paper discusses the need and importance of methodological work and methodological activities of university teachers in conditions of the new educational paradigm. The peculiarities of methodological work in technical colleges are described. The author analyzes the main definitions of methodological work and methodological activities at a university. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the concepts mentioned it is offered to consider the methodological activities as a job demanding special preparation and professionalism, as well as the introduction of methodologists in the staff of a university.

The article deals with the problem of organizing the practical application of active methods of learning in forming students’ creativity at philological faculties during their training at a university. The author emphasizes the use of active methods with the aim of forming and developing students’ creativity within the educational process. The author considers such methods as: project method, method of problem-based teaching, and practical workshops to be active teaching methods stimulating the development of creative abilities and skills. This article contains recommendations on the application of the given methods in the process of formation and development of students' creativity as a specific property of a person.

The article discusses the concept of distance learning technologies for teaching Russian. The prerequisites for the use of distance learning technologies for learning the Russian language are formulated. The principles of organizing the system of distance learning Russian are given. The goals and objectives of the use of distance learning technologies for teaching Russian are set. Based on the study of regulatory documents the main priorities for the use of distance learning technologies for teaching Russian are identified. The article presents a review of the Internet resources, implementing distance education technologies for learning Russian. Besides, the socio-economic efficiency of such technologies implementation is defined.

Abstract
Factors influencing the formation of the market of educational services and their relevance in the system of additional education are studied. The author presents some results of the analysis of professionalism and qualification of pedagogical personnel of the system of additional education. It is stated that a number of factors will contribute to the enhancement of the personnel’s resources. They are: the educational process oriented to the formation of a highly professional personality; the actualization of specialists’ motivation and needs for acquiring knowledge, abilities and skills aimed at developing teaching skills; attitude valuing their own work results.

Abstract
Correlation between successful fifth-formers’ adaptation and training quality and the level of parents’ social progress is considered in the article. The author studies the issues of pedagogical genetics and touches upon the problems of pedagogical and medical indications of children’s adaptation or deadaptation. The scheme of parents’ counseling in terms of comprehensive school with regard of genetic peculiarities of upbringing in family is suggested. The concept of parental identity formation on the basis of spiritually-moral and family traditional values is revealed.

Abstract
While studying the levels of readiness to use socionomic technologies in social teachers’ professional activities the author defines the structural components, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness that allow professionals to effectively perform their professional activities. Readiness to use socionomic technologies is presented at three levels: sufficient, medium, low. The study revealed the students’ insufficient readiness to use socionomic technologies in their professional activities. Besides, it helped to determine further work prospects.
