Abstract
In the article the issues of the resource component of vocational training organizations activities are considered. The necessity of developing the didactic foundations of educational services resource supply certification is highlighted. Besides, the classification of resources is suggested. The main contradictions preventing successful functioning of vocational training are presented. The author offers the following definitions: “resource supply of an educational service”, “the mechanism of resource supply”, “management of resource supply development”. Necessary properties, parameters and characteristics of conditions with rationing and regulation for their implementation are theoretically proved.

Abstract
The article relates what specificities have appeared in the educational system development in the Republic of Azerbaijan with the use of interactive and traditional methods. The author comes to the conclusion that the combined use of these methods of teaching increases pupils’ interest and cognitive activity thus stimulating successful skills formation. In this regard the relation the younger generation’s all-round development with formation of their personality is shown in the article. The possibilities of interactive and traditional methods usage are noted.

Abstract
The article is a scientific and methodical development of an unconventional lesson - polylogue of research groups, aimed at understanding the style of the writer through lexical and stylistic analysis of a literary epic short story genre. The work allows high school students to improve the skills of the comparative analysis of the works, as well as of the methods and techniques of literary characters characterizing. The students comprehend the idea of the story through its architectonic features. The lesson is aimed at forming the graduates’ active life position, at upbringing respectful attitude to the personality of each person, as well as at understanding the necessity of active love to other people.

Abstract
This article provides a brief description of the history of the issue of scientific and educational films classification. It also shows how important the issue is at present. The new and more objective (in the authors’ opinion) classification, which includes educational, scientific and non-fiction films is identified and described. It is determined by the tasks assigned and the purpose of the film use in science and education. The classification refers to educational, scientific and popular science films. The necessity to include into this classification the category of scientific-educational films which combine both scientific novelty and explanations necessary for the educational process.

Abstract
The article covers the peculiarities of the communal interior as an object of the design-course “Garden Design Projection”. The stages of designing environmental interior are described; its content is disclosed through designation of its invariant and variant parts. On the basis of the performed analysis it is concluded that each design-project doesn’t only fulfill the educational tasks but also has individual transformations of object- spatial environment. It is stated that there are different goals and tasks, as well as requirements to complexity and volume of the design-project, at each stage of educational communal interior designing.

Abstract
The article considers a new direction in foreign language teaching based upon the intercultural approach. The challenge for teachers today is to develop student's intercultural competence, which is one of the essential conditions for the realization of such task of modern language policy as the establishment of mutual understanding between different cultures. The author defines the notion of “intercultural communication” and mentions the problems that may arise during the process of its realization. Accent is given to the necessity of developing intercultural competence which is seen as an indispensable condition of mutual understanding between nations in the modern world.

The question of integrative organization of educational process of the subject "Physical Culture" based on the application of innovative educational technologies is considered. The technologies mentioned integrate in their content the training process and monitoring the students’ theoretical and practical readiness. The article raises the problem of key educational competences formation of high school students, which has great importance in modern education. The model of forming the above competencies by means of the Internet resources in a comprehensive school is given. The approaches, methods, and forms of formation of senior schoolchildren’s key educational competences are studied. Abstract
The problematic issues, connected with training the personnel of the highest qualification, as well as with understanding the concept "fund of assessment tools" in modern pedagogical literature, are discussed in this article. It offers basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the fund assessment tools for postgraduate training. Aims, functions and stages of the fund assessment tools creation are described. The problems of assessing the level of graduate students’ competence in the conditions of realization of the Federal State Educational Standards of new generation are analyzed. The approaches to designing assessment tools corresponding to the competence model of higher education are suggested. The list of evaluated objects is defined, the system of criteria and indicators of the educational quality at all stages of education are offered.

Abstract
The features of formation of the content of modern design education, associated with the change of methodological approaches to its layout are considered. The complexity of the transitional phase is introduced by the variety of views and, consequently, the requirements for the content of design education are presented by those who are interested in the results of training. Based on the analysis of the way the concept of education is understood by students and teachers of profile educational institutions the authors put forward four concepts of design education.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of training teachers, speech therapists for the system of special and inclusive education of children with disabilities at the present stage of education modernization in the Russian Federation. Problematic aspects of its content formation are considered in the context of the competence approach ideology and in the framework of the existing Federal State Educational Standards. Raising such kind of problems in this paper, it is proposed to take into account the mentioned aspects of training teachers-speech pathologists in future development of the Federal State Educational Standards, curricula, and their content.

Abstract
The article analyses the inclusion of Russian word formation metadata in the array of instructional resources for foreign students which is being implemented according to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education for the Basic Undergraduate Programmes. Using the authors’ textbook as an example, the paper considers word-formation exercises which facilitate lexical, grammatical, and syntactical difficulties in text comprehension and form the skills of morphological derivation and systematization of the derivatives, alleviating the development of speech and language proficiency for effective adaptation to a professional environment.

Abstract
The article studies the two-parametrical model of pedagogical prognostics using a combination of marks of success assessment and accounting time during the remote training. The hypothesis of the research is the assumption that when performing the corresponding procedure of a choice of associative model of forecasting on the basis of a neural network the tutor will possess possibility of obtaining the authentic individual pedagogical forecast of success of pupils’ training in the system of distance learning both by key parameter - total point, and by time criterion. Thereby the distance learning process is diagnosed in its dynamics. The tutor, defining risk and success zones in two-parametrical charts, is capable to differentiate the set of those who just started training remotely into subsets, thereby estimating both the success of the group in general, and the degree of its uniformity by assessing the degree of dispersion of points on the chart.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of pedagogical support of the process of students’ competitive personality formation within training at a secondary vocational institution, preparing future technologists for the fishing industry. The author examines the essence of pedagogical support from different scientific positions and concludes that the process of pedagogical support is one of teacher’s activities, including support, assistance, cooperation, collaboration, and communication, necessary for successful formation of a competitive personality. The author presents the analysis of the content of pedagogical support of forming a student’s competitive personality.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the program-methodical maintenance of spiritual and moral upbringing of a future teacher. Theoretical-technological basis and definition of pedagogical concept of spiritual and moral culture "love for children" is given in accordance with the norms of professional ethics. The article presents pedagogical conditions for forming spiritual and moral culture of teachers. They are: the development of program and content support, i.e. educational-methodical complexes «Practical Pedagogic Ethics» and «Spiritual and Moral Culture», personality-oriented approach to developing content blocks "Children's World", the development of the moral self-assessment standard.

Abstract
The article deals with the methodical aspects of organization of students’ independent work in a foreign language within the integrated course "History and German". Its goal is to form student's professional competence by means of foreign language and to create conditions for increasing student's motivation to foreign language learning. The paper presents the stages of work with the original manuscript's text at the lessons of German: training in the classroom, student's independent work, individual consultation with the teacher, presentation of a project. It is shown that students’ independent work has a high professional relevance contributes to acquiring a professional competence.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of inclusive education at all levels as one of the most effective mechanisms of rehabilitation help to disabled children. Relevance of the problem is substantiated in the context of a difficult demographic situation and increase of children's disability. The structure of the reasons of children's disability is presented in the article. The orientation of social policy of the state regarding disabled children is revealed. Special attention is paid to the rehabilitation as a form of social protection of disabled children. The article proves the contradictive character of the departmental approach which is a limiting factor in formation of an innovative solution of problems of children with activity restrictions. It is concluded that the general concept of the rehabilitology, which is mainly accentuates the medico biological essence of the person, is insufficiently developed.
