Abstract
The article studies the problems connected with pupil’s creative abilities development at the lessons of Geometry through project activity. The author offers a solution of an acute methodological problem: investigating and disclosing of some possible ways of using the project method while studying theme “Motion”. The article shows how to realize the problem of applied and practical orientation of the course of Geometry while studying this theme. In this article the author gives much attention to the organization of pupils’ activity, composing some tasks (projects) for pupils that provide for a conscious studying of Geometry as well as to pupils’ cognitive activity.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of using an ethnographic material in inter-subject ties at native history lessons, lessons of composition and the history of arts in the course of training students of arts and crafts faculty of Moscow Humanitarian Institute. The author advanced and proved the hypothesis that the ethnographic component in the course of students-artists’ preparation is important. The use of intersubject ties helps make the lessons diverse and enrich the students’ understanding of the phenomenon studied; besides, it rises their interest to the studied subject.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the development of structure and content of a modern textbook for teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistic specialty, on the example of railway profile. The structure of such textbook is based on the simultaneous development of all four kinds of students’ speech activities: listening, speaking, writing and reading professionally-oriented texts. The use of the proposed content will optimize the learning process and will increase the students’ level of foreign language oral and written speech on the profile of the specialty.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of using folk music for personality formation of preschool children with mental retardation. The specifics of correction and educational work in engaging this category of children to the traditional folk culture in preschool education is described. The main directions of the formation of the personality of preschool children with mental retardation are based on folk traditions. The examples of the interaction of all participants of educational and educational process of this problem - children, teachers and parents - are examined.

Abstract
The article studies the questions of methodological innovative planning at municipal schools through the context of the ideas of modern education policy. Besides, the author analyses the didactic tools from the point of view of the formation of innovative activity of senior students of the Lyceum. Educational innovation is considered as a means of personal development schoolchildren. Since the formation and development of innovative activity among high school students is possible only in a specially organized educational environment in a modern municipal high school, the author studies the senior pupils’ satisfaction with the activity of high school educational institution, confirming the efficiency of the suggested forms and methods of work.

Abstract
In line with the provisions of the Federal State Educational Standards the article presents the content components of modern training system focused on training teachers to implement the fundamental task of modern education - personal development of students. The article describes the requirements to a modern teacher’s level of training, his main professional competences; some technological solutions for the organization of teachers’ training of are offered. It is stated that within this process the teacher does not simply gets ready-made guidelines in methodology, but “grows” his abilities to self-activities.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the establishment of the musical education in terms of cultural options used in medieval Russia. The attention is focused on the conception and evaluation of the musical culture and education over a period of three: Kievsky, Moscovsky and the XVII century, which form the epoch of the medieval Russia in all. The features is in the formation of the traditions in professional musical development and musical and educational treatment and its transformation in the context of the basis in Russian culture: the traditions and the openings.

Abstract
The notion of interactive learning tools is viewed in this article. Interactive learning tools can be understood as tools which cause dialogue. The examples of such tools are interactive whiteboards, boards, systems of testing, the projection kits, manuals and others. The author considers the interaction of a person and interactive technical tools to be interactive learning. The author also marks out some advantages of using interactive technical learning tools over traditional ones. The article gives as an example the interactive learning with the use of interactive presentations in the course of «Linguistic and cultural studies» of students at the department of German Philology.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of managing the system of training gifted children. Five main directions of municipal educational systems are identified and studied. They include: their activity on searching, detection, training, development and support of gifted children. The author is analyzes the experience of the municipal educational systems of Moscow region on each of these directions. Some directions (the search of gifted children, forming of their social competence and others) are considered to be insufficiently introduced into the system of work with such children and deserve more ample treatment.

Abstract
The article deals with the comparative analysis of the Russian secondary mathematical education (second half of the XIX and early XXI centuries). The author studies the course duration and content as well as educational process aims. The author takes into account differences between various types of secondary educational institutions and process of their development. On the basis of that comparative analysis the author has come to certain conclusions, which allow to identify priorities in the process of current modernization of Russian secondary mathematical education. Historical parallels provide an opportunity to adjust modern approaches to secondary mathematical education, to define more precisely the duration of mathematical course.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of teacher’s motivational readiness to innovative activities. It is stated that teacher’s motivation influences the success of the realization of innovations in modern schools. For qualitative analysis of the teacher’s motivational readiness for using the innovative technologies the article presents the results of questioning of 250 teachers working in various educational establishments of Moscow region. The author presents the comparative analysis of teacher’s motivational readiness depending on teaching experience and qualification category.

The modern educational system is in search of new models of education, which are stated in the documents covering the organization of the system of education and the standardization of educational content. Abstract
The article discloses the views of the Russian teachers of a turn of the XIX-XX centuries within the solution of the problem of formation of spiritual culture of the Russian society. The views in question concern aesthetic education, and musical education at an elementary school. The author analyses the teachers’ thoughts about the importance of aesthetic education, the need of formation children’s aesthetic necessities and feelings, the development of interest to musical art along with intellectual and moral education. The article states the significant role of music and choral singing in this process.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the research studying the social well-being of the population of northern territories (the aspect of the inhabitants’ subjective estimate of the importance of the stress-producing environment, the inhabitants being of different educational levels and social and professional groups). It is determined that the perception of difficult environments depends on the educational level and a certain professional group belonging. The work is addressed to the region and its cities governing body, heads of the enterprises, and to the experts studying the problems of interaction of the environment and the person.

Abstract
This paper reveals the initial diagnostics of students’ readiness for their professional activity in the sphere of social protection. The author singles out the criteria of such readiness which were determined by certain indicators in order to characterize the levels of readiness. The article gives the components of future social teachers’ readiness for professional activity in children social protection organizations. The research performed showed that the students’ level of readiness is insufficient and that certain work should be done to improve it.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of modern innovative technologies introduced in the educational process, reviews the results of senior students’ questioning on the subject “Attitude toward the family and marriage”. On the basis of the analysis the author draws conclusions on whether it is necessary to study at school the questions of family and marriage in the system of additional education. The author notes the importance of enhancing the innovation processes in the senior schoolchildren’s education which promote spiritual and moral qualities necessary for family life.
