Abstract
This article reveals the notion of pedocentrism – the approach,appearedinpedagogicsat the beginning of the XXth century thanks to outstanding American pedagogue, psychologist and philosopher John Dewey; provides a view on the main ideas of pedagogical trends, proclaiming the free character of child’s development (theories of free education, new education), and the reforms in the educational sphere held to solve the problem of children’s rights’ protection, that were stimulated by the idea of pedocentrism.

Abstract
Using the results of the analysis of the causes, which determine the genesis and hardiness of unregulated personal relations in some units of the Russian Armed Forces the author comes to conclusion that our social problems cause the infringements in the field of the military men personal relations, as they are the part of the society. The knowledge of the grounds of this phenomenon enable the commanders to make a correct choice of the kinds and forms of the preventive measures.

Abstract
Since the end of the 19th century the juvenile delinquency problem is treated by Russian scholars as the one, which needs a systematic approach. 1990s–2000s was the period, characterized by a significant shift in the understanding of the essence of approaches to the problem and their scientific basis, alongside with the emergence of new approaches and methods of investigation. The peculiarity of this period is the predominance of anthropological and culture approach, which a slight decline in the amount of researches, conducted in the context of sociological approach.

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of publications by native and foreign scientists, sociopsychological characteristics of children brought upoutside the family in orphanage are reviewed. The children left without parental care, are in need of systemic social services assistance. Specialists allocate three basic stages of such work: diagnostics, rehabilitation and postrehabilitation protection of the child. Each child requires an individual rehabilitation program, based on the examination of his personality and analysis of all accessible information, not only about him, but also the characteristics of his former family environment. To ensure adequate socialization formation of positive social experience, skills of interaction with world around are essential; psychological and pedagogical support, therapy and the correction, liquidating a crisis condition of the child are necessary.

Abstract
The problem of resocialization of juvenile delinquents is rather actual for the psychological and pedagogical theory and preventive practice as in the USA and England, so in Russia. Its solution represents a significant amount of the foreign theoretical development executed in a vein of «grouppedagogics» and «groupdynamics». They carry out original ideological function for substantiation of programs and definitions of the basic directions, forms, methods and means of preventive work (prophylaxis) and resocialization of juvenile offenders.

Abstract
The experience of inculcation and using of subsidiary courses is generalized in this article. The courses aim at the forming informational culture of the student. The conclusions are offered from this experience, which was carried on in the period of 2001–2004. The examined courses of information technology favour the forming informational culture of the student and train the future engineer for the professional activity of using the automatic design system. The main problems of the professional formation of a specialist are connected with the creation pedagogical conditions of the integral forming informational culture of the student. In this article is made to the consideration of these conditions.

Abstract
This article presents the collection of jewelry masterpieces of Russia of the XIXth century made by goldsmiths and silversmiths of the famous jewelry firm of the Sazikovs. The collection is stored in the State Fond of the Russian Federation (the Gokhran of Russia) in Moscow. It is the first time the items of this collection are introduced to the scientific public. The author makes thorough analysis of these items and characterizes the artistic and technical methods used only by the masters of the Sazikov’ jewelry firm. As this firm was one of the founders Russian style in the artistic arrangement of the items the author pays special attention to this theme.

Analysis of the teaching process in Telecommunication Institutes and Universities shows that electric schemes represent one of the major elements that insure the integrity and continuity in technical specialist training. The article gives a detailed examination of the connections that the section ‘Electric Schemes in the course of Engineering and Computer Graphics has with other subjects in the syllabus. A systematic approach to forming students’ professional literacy in drawing up and reading electric schemes is suggested.
