Abstract
The article discusses the peculiarities of foreign language teaching in non-linguistic universities in terms of development of the Internet, electronic means of data processing and availability, internationalization and specificity of research activity .Within the structure of main types of monologue professional statement, the role of nonverbal notional elements is specified and analyzed. The conclusion is made on the possibility of their verbal support on the basis of a c о mparatively small amount of universal speech patterns irrespective of the content of the nonverbal notional element, and peculiarities of teaching foreign monologue statements on professional subjects using universal speech patterns are formulated.

The article deals with the methodological guide for teaching future teachers of English to write professionally oriented scientific articles and conference abstracts. The following teaching parameters are examined: a study stage, teaching hours, approaches, content and principles of teaching, material selection, exercise sets, teaching and control organization forms, forms of reporting. Restrictions and perspectives of further research are suggested.

Abstract
The article focuses on the necessity to revise the nomenclature apparatus of the “Training Tools” system. The author substantiates the introduction of some new Russian terms. The term “инновационные средства обучения” (ИСО) (“Innovative Training Tools”) is suggested to be used for denoting all kinds of training tools involving the usage of technical devices. The notion “ИСО” (“Innovative Training Tools”) is understood as a more general concept (hypero-nym) in relation to “teaching equipment”. The author describes the following components of the Innovative Training Tools, they are: Media Aids, Technical Training Tools, and Computer-based Training Tools.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to defining the place of a “Foreign Language” as a subject in educational creative process at the faculty of design and advertising,. One of the main purposes of the educational process, which is regarded to be an interference of two “flows of creativity”, professional and linguistic, is to build a creative environment in the course of studying a foreign language. Creative environment is understood as the interaction of its basic elements: teaching materials, educational creative process and its participants - teachers and students united by this activity. Based on the analysis of the developed creative professionally-oriented tasks the main principles of the organization of the educational process are formulated.

Abstract
Abstract The article considers the conditions associated with learning to read in a foreign language at the University of Economics. Learning to read in a non-linguistic university involves a differentiated approach: the division into groups depending on the level of language and the use of professional and elective programs on reading. It is emphasized that a specialist’s training in foreign languages should be based on an interdisciplinary basis in order to fill the gap between educational situations of foreign language communication and real professional tasks in the framework of professional activity.

The author presents the results of experimental work on the verification of the efficiency of developing professional competences of students of secondary vocational education of trade and economics profile while realizing competent approach. The author considers the professional activity methodology through construction and analysis of mathematical models and the developed criteria and indicators system in the process of assessing the results of students’ professional competence development can be widely used in the system of secondary professional education, but not only for training specialists of trade and economics profile.

Abstract
The article studies the problem of enhancing the efficiency of teaching foreign languages in the conditions of education reform in the Russian Federation when the role of the competence approach, as well as of the personalization of education is increasing. The article shows the importance of information technologies (ranging from specialized portals for studying foreign languages to the use of e-mail) for developing the communicative competences of students studying at non-linguistic universities. The author describes resources of main portals and websites for studying Spanish.

Abstract
The article considers the problems of teaching mathematics and the use of a technique of definition of key (significant) examples and exercises of mathematical problems systems. As such exercises have substantial overlaps with other tasks they should be paid special attention while studying theory and developing practical skills of solving problems. Even being constrained by certain time-shortage it is necessary to develop such scheme of teaching. It is beneficial, as it qualitatively improves training facts in general, and ensures the success of further training activities.

This article is devoted to the problem of using modern information technologies in teaching students a foreign language at non-linguistic universities. The use of information technologies has become a compulsory component of studying. The latest achievements in the sphere of information technologies offer a unique opportunity to obtain more extensive informative databases on the subject, as well as to provide an opportunity to realize students’ creative potential, which makes the process of foreign languages teaching more interactive, entertaining and productive. Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the role and functions of a university teacher in the organization of students’ independent work in the course of foreign language teaching in order to develop their subject knowledge, skills, abilities and professional competence. The author studies the specificity of activities organization with the aim of using the resulting knowledge in formulating tasks for students’ independent work. The author comes to the conclusion that the organization of students’ independent work is based on the principles of human self-reflection and a combination of linguistic, professional, moral and ethical components of the educational process.

A modern lesson of Literature on a literature lesson raises new demands for organizing the process of reading. Therefore, reading in modern school should become not only the source of getting information but also the method of moral and ethic education. Nowadays the focus has shifted form the process of transmitting information to the development of skills enabling the reader to find information. It makes a teacher reconsider the traditional methods of work, make them complete and combine capabilities of verbal and visual training aids.

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of essential features of ecological and professional education of students at a university; shows the interrelation of the methodology of developing ecological culture and of the formation of a professional competence of a specialist. The author proves the fact that ecological and professional competence is the manifestation of ecological culture of a person in his professional activities. The reasons for the integration of ecological content and professional education of students at the faculties of humanities are disclosed. The author substantiates the idea that the formation of the optimal strategy of interaction between a man and the environment is the most important task of education as a purposeful development of moral and spiritual realm of a person.

Abstract
It is shown that the organization of educational research with preschool children should be based on their previously formed ordinary notions, gradually transforming them into scientific ones. While teaching it is necessary to prevent the development of preschool children’s distorted perceptions, as well as their belief in “supernatural”. It can be done with the help of teaching them to try to understand the effectiveness of a scientific style of thinking, and with the use of empirical methods of scientific knowledge, allowing not only to comprehend phenomenologically the essence of a process or a phenomenon, but enabling them to “perform” them visually. As a research methodology the author used J. Kelly’s theory of personal constructs, as well as Karl Popper’s ‘principle of falsification’. The experience introduced was tested in the laboratory of enriching the content of education in pre-school educational institutions SEI school № 587 in Moscow.

Abstract
The article accentuates on the latest trends in forming professional skills of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Aspects of professional training of future teachers are considered. Particular of the elements of professional competences of teaching Russian as a foreign language are presented, which may be reflected in a teacher’s portfolio. The author analyzed speech as a component of professional training. It was noted that for professional teachers’ speech practice there are key principles: pithiness and communicative significance; focus on speech training in the process of interconnected teaching different kinds of speech activity; focus on communication with foreign students.

Abstract
The article characterizes form-master’s competence as a kind of professional pedagogic competence. In case being inadequate it is a cause of professional pedagogic mistakes. The characteristics of form-master’s competence content component structure are presented. Form-master’s mistakes are considered as a dangerous pedagogic phenomenon that makes the necessity of forming such competence actual. The idea of pedagogic errorlogy integration into higher education is considered to be a reflexive competence strategy of innovation development.

Abstract
In the article the authors raise the problem of determining the nature of professional training of students specializing in «A Painter of Decorative and Applied Arts». Substantiating the position of combining educational process with the resources of regional production of decorative articles, the authors disclose some difficulties associated with the practical implementation of students’ initial professional skills. The authors determine the criteria for selection of enterprises for conducting academic, industrial and pre-degree professional training of students in the field of decorative arts at the modern stage of development of decorative arts and higher professional art education.
