Abstract
The article describes the motivational aspect of a teacher’s professional self-development at a preschool educational organization (PEO). Motives inducing a teacher to self-development, as well as the methods and techniques of activating such motives are defined. The conditions for teachers’ self-development at a preschool educational organization are singled out. It is the organization which should ensure proper quality of preschool education in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Pre-School Education. Main factors both stimulating and impeding professional self-development are also defined. The results of the research are given. They represent the quantitative assessment of a teacher’s professional self-development at a PEO on the basis of the interpretation of the discovered and substantiated indices.

Abstract
The article presents a model of educational work with the use of information and communication technologies as components of health care environment at a kindergarten. The model of educational process is the theoretical justification of a holistic educational system consisting of heterogeneous components and modern technologies that are actively used in the educational process. The study performed at Orekhovo-Zuevo kindergarten No. 26, Moscow region, enables the authors to conclude that current pre-school educational organizations need a system of children’s rehabilitation. This system should have a scientific justification and be organized in accordance with modern requirements and regulations of preschool education.

Abstract
The article describes children’s peculiarities of perception and “realization” of distinctive properties of similar shades of colour. The author considers the features of the use of colour by children while working at depicting landscape. The author compares his own experience in teaching pictorial arts at school with the materials obtained by a French researcher Bruno Duborgel. The classification of methods the children use in picturing the colours of sky is given. The problem of colour cliches in children’s drawings is discussed. Some examples of the ways to overcome them are offered. The author gives examples from his own experience of teaching

Abstract
The article touches upon the problem of teaching schoolchildren to work witch information (in particular, with contradictory and incomplete information). In this connection, the author gives grounds for the expediency of studying geometric problems where the figure described is missing or may be not the only one. Methods of work with such problems are described. The problem of mathematical objects existence and its special case: the existence of geometric figures is scrutinized. The classification of geometric problems related to the issue of geometric figures is given.

Abstract
The problem of using modeling techniques in teaching physics is scrutinized. The techniques are aimed at forming a steady interest to the subject. The method of full-scale simulation of the experimental installation for the study of Boyle's law is offered. The main idea of the method is to use a grading scale of a measuring device (manometer) to construct an adequate model. The model described is constructed by students and promotes the formation of universal educational actions.

Abstract
This article contains the results of the analisis of educational standards requirements (Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and Moscow State University Educational Standard) on speciality of “Linguistics” (bachelor degree) concerning the requirements for phonetic skills in verbal communication. The emphasized in the educational standards significance of ‘effective verbal’ communication justifies the increased importance of teaching phonetics of a foreign language as the basic ‘tool’ of forming university students’ phonetically correct speech at present.

Abstract
At present teaching the Chinese hieroglyphic writing is the first-priority object of research in the sphere of methods of teaching Chineese. The article analyses key issues of of the methods of forming skills of the Chinese hieroglyphic writing at the initial stage of learning. Various modern approaches to studying are scrutinized. Some general and particular recommendations are given. Optimal conditions for permanent memorizing of hieroglyphs are given.

Abstract
The article describes the specific features of students as a valuable social and manpower resource of modern Russia in terms of its potential as a key component of the review of the major manufacturing industries. In addition, this article provides the key features of the phenomenological youth, its basic personal and professional needs. The proportion of young staff in the professional sectors of the Russian economy is estimated. The article dwells on the phenomenon of students’ patriotism in their attitude to economy. It is disclosed through the idea of import substitution and the involvement of young staff in the professional sector.

Abstract
The article presents the results of psycho-pedagogical study of the condition of neuropsychological components of writing of pupils from 1-4 grades of comprehensive school. Their interrelation with various types of mistakes in pupils’ written works is defined. Main mechanisms of dysgraphia (verbal and nonverbal) of schoolchildren from different years of learning are singled out. Considering the obtained data the content of psycho-pedagogical support of younger students with dysgraphia is concretized. Tasks of a speech therapist’s job, as well as of a psychologist and a teacher are specified. The prior areas of work are defined. These recommendations can be used in the practice of pedagogical support of younger students with dysgraphia.

Abstract
The article deals with the subject-matter foreign language competence of international law students, which, along with linguistic, discursive, information, mediation, sociocultural, strategic and motivational competences, constitutes the model of professionally focused foreign language communicative competence of the above-mentioned specialists. The author proves that forming the subject-matter foreign language competence in the process of teaching law students is a very important target, as it makes possible effective professional communication of lawyers representing different legal systems and speaking different native languages. The article analyzes consolidating, interdisciplinary and integrational functions of the abovementioned competence and emphasizes its decisive role in selecting topics for professionally focused foreign language teaching of law bachelors.

Abstract
Teaching students the types and forms of speech in Russian in the professional field is carried out on the basis of texts for special disciplines. To teach medical students to communicate in Russian on professional issues it is necessary to select professionally-oreiented texts. While selecting them it is important to focus on text characteristics as a unit of communication and communication component of vocational training content. Besides, the multidisciplinary representation of the speech product in its meaning and content unity should be considered.

Abstract
The article focuses on the peculiarities of senior schoolchildren’s professional selfdetermination in the conditions of profile training. The organization of senior schoolchildren’s professional self-determination in specialized classes ensures the integrity of the pedagogical process. Besides, it allows to unify students’ training, development and education. Moreover, it helps to create a positive motivation for further vocational choice and self-education. It also facilitates revealing schoolchildren’s professional abilities. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of the research disclosing the relationship between the profile class speciality and senior schoolchildren’s professional orientation, as well as between the motives for vocational choice and a person’s orientation.

Abstract
The article considers specific features and content of military vocational training of internal troop’s officers through the unified pedagogical concept. The concept mentioned understands future officers’ communicative competence as a base and and means of formation of their professional competences. The content of communicative competence is defined, as well as its main components. Pedagogical conditions, ways and means of its formation are outlined. It is shown that the communicative competence is a key indicator of military experts’ professional competence. Therefore, its formation is one of the main objectives of the higher military professional education.

Abstract
In this scientific article modern methods and information technologies of teaching the English language at a higher educational institution are analyzed. Nowadays university teachers use a range of interactive technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages in order to make practical lessons more interesting and informative, as well as to increase the motivation of students to study foreign languages. Such technologies include: podcasts, academic blogs, TED Talks, mobile apps and so on. The article notes both advantages and disadvantages of applying modern technologies in teaching students foreign languages.

The article is devoted to the professional training of bachelors of technological and economic education on the basics of “Arts and Crafts” subject. This training is the process of professional knowledge formation, as well as of the ability to create artistic images and to implement creative projects. Abstract
The article is devoted to practical implementation of e-learning tools into the educational process at the Faculty of Technology and Business. The developed e-learning tool is an electronic guide "Woodworking Power Tools" for the discipline "Modern Technologies of Wood Processing". The author gives the analysis of e-learning tools in order to check its correspondence with psychological-pedagogical principles. The procedure of their application in the educational process is also presented. This article describes the features of e-learning in the educational process and analyses its impact on the level of competencies development.

Abstract
According to the Professional Standards pre-school teachers should master the ICT competencies. This article explains why some problems arise with studying ICT in retraining preschool teachers at the courses of advanced training and professional retraining in Primorskiy Krai. The sudy showed that in the near future the implementation of ICT in pre-school education would be suppressed by a personnel factor, as well as by lack of funds and equipment.

Abstract
The problem of objective evaluation of students' knowledge as one of the most important in pedagogical theory and practice has a long history. But, in fact, no effective solutions have been worked out yet. This is an objective explanation of the existence of a number of factors influencing the evaluation process, only a few of which being deterministic. To reveal the fact of teachers’ subjectivity in the evaluation of students' knowledge is in many cases difficult. The basic approach, as a rule, is the use of mathematical statistics methods. At the same time, there are more effective methods built on the use of associative (neural network) forecasting models and diagnostic of educational process indicators. The hypothesis of research is put forward: teachers’ individual characteristics objectively exist in the educational process. They are reflected in their professiogram that simultaneously are projected on the methodology of presenting the teaching material and assessing students' knowledge. The study has found that these subjective features are manifested in the form of systemic (one sign) deviations from the prognostic values of the pedagogical prognostication associative model. The model was formed on the basis of a representative sample of teachers of the department and the data of the score-rating system of students. The results of systemic deviations found show that it is necessary to work out the corrective actions on methods of teaching and these teachers’ assessment

Abstract
The article gives a systemic description of the concept of creating an interactive tutorial of the Chinese Language Military Translation Practical Course with the aim of disclosing its thematic content and methodic structure correspondence to modern requirements of effective training of military linguists. The author analyzes the results of “The Chinese Language Military Translation Practical Course (part one)” textbook introduction into the educational process at the Military University. The paper also contains systematized experience of developing an interactive tutorial with a set of exercises most part of which takes into account the factor of Chinese colloquial syntax.

The research and educational employees’ competitiveness is the vital factor of increasing the competitiveness and prestige of the Russian universities both in internal and in the world markets. Consequently, one of the most acute goals of reforming the system of education in Russia should become the working out of a harmonious and consistent system of management which would ensure constant increase of university professors’ competitiveness. Thereby, the article scrutinizes the requirements for the list of competences necessary for achieving the competitive advantages.

Abstract
The article raises the problem of forming an educational environment at pedagogical faculties. The author analyzes the experience of creative studios at Fine Arts and Folk Crafts Faculty of Moscow State Regional University. The article introduces the concept of a "supporting educational environment" that, according to the author, emphasizes the importance of the workshop educational environment in the system of vocational education. Workshop is considered as a supporting educational environment with optimum opportunities for developing professional competencies at an art-pedagogical university. The author analyzes the educational environment of an art studio and indicates a number of important conditions for its formation. In conclusion the importance of a workshop productivity as the main factor determining the quality of education is emphasized.

Abstract
The change in requirements for learning outcomes, identified by Federal State Educational Standard, involves significant reorganization of the educational process, as well as orienting towards mastering not only subject knowledge and modes of action, but metasubject competencies. Of particular relevance is the problem of teachers’ readiness for designing the educational process with the aim of achieving the goals set. In this regard, new model of advanced training is being developed to prepare teachers for working in new conditions.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the realization of the objectives of spiritually-moral education of preschoolers at the stage of introducing the Federal Standard of Pre-School Education based on the invariant model of spiritually-moral education of preschool children. Its characteristics are presented in the article; the methodological conditions for its implementation are singled out. The developed model is based on the analysis of the theory and practice of the domestic policy environment for modern programs, methodical recommendations and manuals of spiritually-moral education at preschool educational organizations of the Russian Federation. These materials can be used in pre-school education in different regions of the Russian Federation to distribute them through the Municipal Department of Education, including the development of educational programs for pre-school education.

Abstract
The article focuses on the necessity and possibility of practical implementation of complementarity through the task approach which can be applied to the students’ educational cognitive activity. The term “educational task with complementary content” is defined, its content and scope being disclosed. The structural specificity and didactic potential of the three types of educational tasks with complementary content is described as one of the innovative methods in the field of pedagogical education.
