Abstract
The article deals with the experience of implementing the basic educational programme in foreign languages at a non-linguistic university at the bachelor degree level. The organization of the educational process at the Philological Faculty of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia is described. Key statistical data are given, as well as the results of the educational process connected with the changes in the educational programs. The programs are meant for the non-linguistic specialities, such as: Journalism, Philology, Public Relations, Psychology, and Television. The author points out an ever increasing number of students preferring to study English, which is proved by the growing number of groups choosing it, and by the increase of their numerical strength. The data cited in the article were obtained by means of the observation method and the method of mathematical processing of statistics, which cover the period of 2011-2016. Conclusions on the way the changes in the educational programs influence the educational process were made on the basis of processing the excerpts. The latter covered the academic performance of the most successful students with B2 level of competence.

Abstract
The article covers the issues of activating the creative competences of law students in the process of discussing the acute global problems, which are in line with the demand for the university education to teach future specialists to think creatively and independently while solving the problems of jurisprudence, defending the interests of both certain citizens and the society in the whole. The article presents the analysis of such didactic concept as “the process of sense-creation”. Its stages are characterized in detail. The "Metaplan" technology, used in the webinar on the study of a topical theme “International terrorism” with the use of the IT, optimizes the process, enhances the students' motivation for studying Law English.

Abstract
The article concentrates on the attempt to interpret the conceptual notions "spirituality" and "morality". The question of their ratio within the process of educating the identity of a schoolchild is raised. The tendencies of modern socialization influencing the content and forms of spiritual and moral education of a teenager are considered. The author substantiates in this regard the role of the culturological and subject-personal approaches to education. The problem of actualizing such important component of spiritual and moral education as personal moral liability of a pupil and a teacher is put forward.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of using stories as a pedagogical technology. Its aim is to form the feelings and values of national identity. The author considers it necessary to analyze the phenomenon of fairy tales as the way of transformation of ethnicity historical experience into the energy culture. The tale is an important means of preserving historical and cultural experience and technology that provides socio-psychological adaptation of the personality of a child to moral and spiritual values of society. Conclusions regarding the role of the essence of the fairy tale as a universal pedagogical technology of education and training of pupils in the system of inclusive educational space are made.

Abstract
This paper considers the multi-cultural education as a means of moral education of the modern adolescent which has become particularly important in the epoch of globalization and informatization. The concepts, making the essence of multi-cultural education, are analyzed. Among them are: multiculturalism, multi-cultural education environment, multi-cultural education space. The comparative analysis of teaching phenomena, referred to the concepts of «multi-cultural education environment», «multi-cultural education space » is presented.

Abstract
Some advantages of the use of authentic video materials at the lessons of foreign language are considered. Their role in forming socio cultural competence based on the innovative approach to foreign language teaching is given. This approach comprises the dialogue of cultures, as well as the comparative analysis of languages and cultures. The author studies Russian and foreign teaching methods and techniques, the forms of work with video materials and their influence on the development of auditive abilities, business communication skills and professional competence of a modern specialist in different spheres.

Abstract
This article is related to the use of electronic methodological manuals in the modern educational systen as one of the means of stimulating students to gain professional education. This implicates the use of modern approaches and methods of educational process organization. This theme is topical due to the following important factors: lack of teaching aids, and the transition from one paradigm to another. Consequently, there should be a fundamentally new approach to the teaching aids, for them to answer all modern realia.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of using case-technology for organizing pupils’ authentic oral speech interaction/intercourse at the lessons of foreign language at a comprehensive school. The author clarifies the notion “technology of case study”, considers the essential characteristics and linguistic and didactic capacity of this technology, describes the model of organization of the foreign language lessons on the base of the case study technology at a comprehensive school. Benefits and some problems of using the case- technology in the course of foreign language training are noted. Besides, possible methods to solve them are offered. The article contains the conclusion that the implementation of the case-technology at the lessons of foreign language helps to organize authentic interaction, form and develop the whole complex of different skills which pupils will use in their future professional and private life.

Abstract
In the article, the terms "pedagogical technology" and "teaching methods" are considered from the point of view of applicability within the framework of pedagogical discourse, concerning the National Education Standards for secondary and high school. Using a number of sources, the authors show that the concepts "pedagogical technology" and "teaching methodology" suggest different predictability of the teaching and learning results in the use of teaching and learning methods. Taking into account the statements of the Federal State Educational Standards for secondary and high school, it is more correct to use the term "teaching methods".

Abstract
Methodical recommendations about forming students’ ability to use the basics of natural science and socio-humanistic knowledge for formation of the scientific outlook and for the orientation in the modern information space are provided in the submitted article. On the concrete examples the features of natural sciences at the present stage of scientific knowledge development are revealed. The paths and the directions of its development are shown. Besides, the value of natural sciences in the development of the society is located. That promotes the transition from anthropocentric outlook to the biospherecentric one, recognizing the interrelation and unity of the person, the biosphere and space. The teaching material is recommended to be organized with the use of the systemic approach that provides the wholeness of the course and promotes successful formation of the required competences.

Abstract
In the article the methodical model of technological training of bachelors on the basis of using graphic skills in solving technical and technological, technical and pedagogical, creative tasks in the process of studying special technological disciplines is considered. The implementation of this model at the Faculty of Technology and Entrepreneurship of MGOU allows to improve the quality of technological training of bachelors, manifested in the integrity and interrelatedness of the application of technical, technological and graphic skills in the successful solution of professional problems of technological education.

Abstract
Аbstract. The authors have identified the need to increase future specialists’ level of self-development and self-education. The authors developed a methodology for conducting laboratory work on physics using the research method of instruction to increase the level of ability to self-development of students and first-year cadets. An example of a pedagogical experiment on the introduction of the research method of instruction into a laboratory practical work on physics is given in the work. It is shown that the introduction of the research method of teaching led to a positive result.

Abstract
This article discusses the use of innovative technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The author describes the forms and ways of using ICT technologies in the formation of communicative competence. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the e-learning aids for teachers which are to be specific about the professional information-communicative competence of the corresponding audience. The analysis of the moderne-technologies showed that the methodologically correct use of the ICT in teaching Russian as a foreign language promotes accelerated development of inner speech. Without the latter, neither active external oral speech, nor thinking in a foreign language, nor full-fledged mastering written Russian are possible.

Abstract
The article discusses the matter of forming professional competences of future speech therapists in the field of pedagogical correction and diagnostic-counseling activities with the use of IT-technologies. As one of the methods of training the authors offer their personal e-learning program to construct an individual route of developing the child with speech disorders. At the heart of the construction of such route there are not only individual characteristics of the child (age, psycho-physiology) but also modern possibilities of correction-developing environment, which take into account the interaction of specialists in different branches (pedagogy, psychology, medicine, and others.)
