Abstract
The article dwells upon the problem of «pupils’ ICT competence» as it is related to the demands of the new Federal State Educational Standards in the field of «Foreign Language». The article presents the analysis of the results of testing senior pupils. The test was to check their knowledge of computer science and basic programs, as well as to define the level of mastering the virtual language. The results make us conclude that it’s necessary to put into practice the elective course devoted to teaching the electronic communication basics and thus making the education process more effective.

Abstract
The article analyses the situation of developing pupils’ primary and secondary communicative activity at the lessons of Russian. The article highlights the problem of the quality of pupils’ progress in conditions of the FSES implementation. The author correlates the term “linguistic personality” with the levels of senior pupils’ linguistic development. The criteria of developing a linguistic ability to form an utterance are described, as well as the ability to understand an interlocutor’s speech. On the basis of pupils’ works the author showed the way different types of speech activity are being taught.

Abstract
The article presents an attempt to comprehend the process of adapting the methods of teaching Russian to the conditions of actual linguistic existence and to establish the concrete cross points of the content of the subject “the Russian language” and modern pupils’ universal educational competence. The ability to assess linguistic phenomena, to understand language functioning in a particular communicative situation, to interpret text information in accordance with the communicative task are the essence of the universal educational competence, formed by means of the content of a subject.

Abstract
The author considers the variability of defining the themes of students’ final qualifying papers as a reflection of students’ personal and professional qualities, using the Department of Costume Design at the faculty of Fine Arts and Crafts of Moscow State Regional University as an example. The article names systematization of the priority directions and compliance with the concept of modern higher education during as a stage of forming students-designers’ professional competences while performing the final qualifying papers. The author refers to the parameters of self-selection, creative work criteria and trends of modern and historic costume design. On the experience of the Department of Costume Design the author analyzes the economic justification of students’ project activities during the qualifying papers preparation, as well as the main problems and the ways of creative ideas realization.

Abstract
In this article the author tries to show the new vision of the way the theme «Problem solving exercises in elementary Math’s course» is studied at schools. The author demonstrates the synergistic model of studying, representing it in a corresponding scheme. The classification is based on the models of problem solving exercises with parameters, in the internal structure of which there are several schemes-statements. They help construct either text problems with parameters or “ordinary” text problems. The author considers it to be the most important proof of organic continuity and integrity of structural components both within a single model and within each of the modules (number, percentage, movement, work).

Abstract
This article examines the importance of role-playing for effective development of linguistic and socio-cultural competence in the context of preparation for a successful professional work. The author analyses a number of works related to the theory and practice of role-playing. The work contains the research results of using role-playing in teaching English at a non-linguistic university (specializing in “Banking”). The novelty of the research is to perform cycles of role-playing with students, as only after completing the cycle of role-playing the level of comprehension in the group becomes high enough and necessary personal and social skills are formed.

Abstract
In article the author raises the problem of modern moral education of young people as one of the most complicated areas of pedagogical activity. The author evaluates artistic and educational opportunities for the iconography in the educational process of educational institutions of Moscow region. The author proposes to introduce the systematic approach into the system of the spiritual-moral education of youth, based on a joint creative and spiritual education at graphic arts faculties of Universities and educational institutions of additional education. This process should be performed by conducting students’ extra-curricular and optional activity. In conclusion, the author points to the promising developments in the sphere of moral and artistic education in the educational institutions of Moscow region.

Abstract
The article reveals the features of the author’s approach to the reconstruction of continuity in training programs of instrumental graphic cycle. First of all, this is a «formal» approach to the compositional structure of painting and graphics based on the masterpieces of the past and the classic examples of modern art. The author verified the “classification of conventionalities” in the classical fine arts in relation to the curriculum for students studying design. The author examines the cause of amateurism in graphic design and highlights its conceptual formula for the solution of this problem.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the critical analysis of the methods for estimation of students-pilots’ process of professional preparation to conduct air fight. It is shown that, as of today, the majority of the researches cannot give full-fledged solution of the problem of preparing future pilots of fighting aircraft in the conditions of higher military educational institutions. The conclusion is made that the rational use of the presented evaluating methods of teaching students-pilots to conduct air fight will determine the level of their knowledge, as well as to adjust the process of teaching in proper time.

Abstract
This article explains the idea of interconnection of probabilistic and causality approaches when studying physics in a secondary school. The author examines the peculiarities of the main categories: “causality” and “contingency”, the idea of a hierarchy at different levels of organization of matter, as well as the reflection of this idea within a school course of physics. The analysis of scientific sources on the topic allows the author to conclude that there is a necessity to make amendments to the existing method of studying physics, and, in particular, the use of surveillance schemes and analysis of physical phenomena in accordance with the principle of causality and the probabilistic approach.

Abstract
The article analyses the implementation of competency approach to professionally-focused foreign language teaching of international law students in the context of the new Russian Federal Educational Standards of Higher Professional Training. The article specifies the contents of general cultural and professional competencies and justifies the necessity of classifying foreign communicative competency of international law students as their professional competency. The article also provides structural analysis of professionally-focused communicative competency, which has considerable practical importance in language teaching as it ensures more accurate definition of teaching objectives, more precise assessment of learners’ language level and more objective control over educational results within the framework of competency and intercultural approaches.

Abstract
The article discusses the tendency to the lack of understanding within the communication process between a designer and a consumer or a customer. As a rule, a designer’s attempt to explain himself to the client is not quite successful, as most of the terms he uses derived from the English language. Nowadays it is important to pay special attention to the communication between deferent social groups and designers from servicing departments. Design as an instrument of environment perfection should be adapted to the level of interpersonal and business communication.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the memory of one of the flag officers of domestic social-pedagogical science and practice - Igor Adamovich Lipskiy. His contribution to the development of the theory and methodology of social pedagogy is analyzed. The authors examine the productive ideas and the results of studies of the scientist, which concerned the perspectives of social pedagogy development uniting its three spheres: as a sphere of knowledge, sphere of practice and sphere of vocational education. Special attention in this case is paid to the publications, which forecast the future of social pedagogy from the point of view of the so-called “methodological risks” - contradictions and difficulties accompanying the process of its formation and assertion in this trinity.

The aspects of informational interaction are defined, as well as promising benefits for each party. The authors show the functional-targeted orientation of the projected unified informational environment of the system of interaction between vocational education and the labour market in the city of Moscow. The task of job placement for all the graduates demands uniting the activities of all the participants of the process into a unified informational system of interaction between vocational education and labour market.

Abstract
This paper describes the regional system of identification and development of young talents on the basis of integration of the activities of comprehensive and vocational educational institutions. This system is to ensure the development of different kinds of endowments and to enhance the forms of work with gifted children. The author offers a model of professional community of teachers working with gifted children as a variant of the model of advanced training on the basis of poly-subject communication. The community activities are aimed at systematization, dissemination and enrichment of its members’ subject experience, and promote teachers’ self-education, their personal and professional development.

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of pedagogical theory and school practice connected with mastering the competence approach and its interpretation through the light of the new generation of standards of secondary education. Special attention is paid to the inter-subject and above-subject nature of competence approach in the context of making natural-science knowledge more humanitarian. This process in secondary schools suggests enriching the school subjects with common to mankind problems and values. The ideas expressed can serve as a basis of solving the problem of competence approach to making natural-science knowledge more humanitarian in secondary schools to revise the content of academic disciplines and formulation of general requirements for graduates of schools on the language of competences.

Abstract
The article raises the problem of ambiguity of understanding the matter of pedagogical process and its main components of education and upbringing, as well as their direct ties with the stage-by-stage development of a personality. Structural organization of the subject “Physical Training” is studied in the article. Abstract
The article reveals the matter of a personality’s competitiveness as a systemic phenomenon. The author studies the category of «competitiveness» from different scientific perspectives. Making use of various scientific approaches: philosophical, economic, psychological, and pedagogical the author analyses the concept and the essence of competitiveness. On the basis of this analysis the conclusion is made that competitiveness of a personality is based on the active inner position of a person, which is formed through his self-reflection, as well as in the process of his interaction with the surrounding reality.

Abstract
The article studies some aspects of psychological readiness to studying at school, such as: emotional-volitional, motivational, communicative, and intellectual. Special attention is paid to psychological readiness to school of children with stuttering problems. The author discovers the interconnection between the phenomenon of fixing attention on a defect and the development of different personal features and communicative troubles of stuttering children. These aspects have an influence on the children’s relations with coevals and adaptation to new conditions of the environment. There are also creative techniques and methods to be used to assist social integration of stuttering children who study at a comprehensive school.

Abstract
The article covers an important for modern pedagogy and psychology problem of health-saving and health-enrichment of a child with speech development problems. The author mentions that stuttering is one of the most complex disorders of speech affecting the whole process of a child’s socialization. The research conducted shows that the work on correcting children’s stuttering becomes most effective only when it has a therapeutic health-improving and corrective- educational nature. The author convincingly proves that the process of preschoolers’ stuttering correction, as well as the process of speech development and upbringing should be performed in interaction among all preschool specialists, parents, and a child using health-saving technologies.
