Abstract
The article describes three groups of pedagogical conditions of forming senior pupils’ communicative culture: organizational, content, methodical. They all are realized in the out-of-school educational institutions. The use of telecommunication projects as an organizing form of the work with pupils is presented. Thanks to it they get knowledge about social cultural environment norms, form the emotionally-valued relation to them, develop the experience of socially normative behavior, and get motivation for self-knowledge and self-perfection.

Abstract
The article studies the contents and the procedure of testing the basic knowledge of electronic communication and the skill of its practical use in the educational system of secondary comprehensive schools. The analysis of test results shows that the comprehensive formation of the foreign communicative competence is necessary as it makes a priority goal of contemporary media education. In this connection the author emphasizes the practicability of arranging an elective course or giving optional subject devoted to the virtual written language having some specific features.

Abstract
The article reveals the importance of interscience connections as an important condition for studying History of Music. Based on the review of methodological interconnections of Pedagogy of Music Education with different humanities (Philosophy, Psychology, Theory of Music, etc.) the article identifies the opportunities and ways to implement interscience links in the content of musical-historical training of students; explains their importance in determining the forms and methods of teaching History of Music.

Abstract
The article represents the review of the collective monograph ‘Assessment of Quality of Physical Development and Actual Problems of Physical Training of Students’ issued in 2013 by teachers of the Tula state university. The monograph is devoted to scientific and methodical justification of the innovative approach to the physical training of students, i.e. to the formation of a quality assessment system which assesses a student’s individual physical development. The article is written in a scientific-journalistic genre ‘criticism and bibliography’.

Abstract
The article is an attempt to give a theoretical assessment of the role a professor in charge of a student group fulfills as a social producer. In this case his main function is to assist the students’ professional skills formation during their course of study at a university. The article presents the analysis of such concepts as: «educational reflection» and «social practice». Modern requirements to the personality of the professor in charge of a student group are defined. The complex of problems of such professors’ activity as a social producer is offered, as well as the tasks and functions of his activity. It is stated that the professor in charge of a student group should stimulate the students’ ability to develop educational reflection and their skills of gaining experience of social practice.

Abstract
The article represents the institutional and academic conditions for organizing the students’ e-learning research activities as one of the priority guidelines of an educational process at a university. The authors determine a student’s research competence formation as one of the main purposes of a contemporary specialist training. The authors describe their experience in applying blogs in foreign language teaching as an example of the internet technologies application in order to form the students’ research competences at a non-linguistic university.

Development of students’ research skills is one of the priorities for the teaching process at a university as they help students gain sufficient learning results as well as professional success. Due to the universal character of such kind of competences the process of their developing can be approachable within the framework of many subjects, including teaching a foreign language (English). While teaching English there is an opportunity to develop the following research competences: information processing, choice of tools for data processing, the use of computer technologies and etc.

Abstract
The article reveals the components and features of the universal communicative learning activities at a primary school and the implementation of the Federal State Education Standard at school. The article describes the basic theoretical and practical difficulties while forming the pupils’ universal communicative learning activities. The author describes the experimental results of diagnosing the pre-school and primary schoolchildren’s level of universal communicative learning activities, as well as brief recommendations for optimizing the process of such activities formation.

Abstract
The article reveals the specific character of Jewish children’s education in Volyn province. The author on the basis of the published works and archival materials analyzes the specific organization of educational work in Jewish schools of Volyn in the late XIX - early XX centuries. Having conducted a comparative analysis of the historical component of education, the author describes the essential principles of educational work: compliance with nature, compliance with culture, which were traditional for Jewish schooling during the period mentioned.

Abstract
It is shown that the most important tendency in integrating scientific knowledge is the process of Mathematics’ penetration into studying Sciences. Mathematics reveals itself in three aspects in the research activities. The first one enables to establish and generalize raw numeric data obtained within the course of an empirical research. The second one involves the construction and formal investigation of a mathematical model. The third aspect of Mathematics application in the process of studying and research activities at the lessons of Sciences is testing the adequacy of mathematical models.

Abstract
The analysis of communicative failures (CFs) regarding the pedagogical process of teaching foreign languages is introduced in the article. The author proposes to consider CFs as connected elements of educational training activity, where some breaches in pedagogical contacts determine some errors in the following communication of students in a foreign language. Therefore, CFs are divided into CFs of pedagogical contacts and personal CFs. Creating some particular psychological and pedagogical conditions in educational activity allows successfully to overcome CFs and achieve the higher level of foreign language communicative competence.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the question of forming an attitude to the family as a value as it was developed through the history of school and pedagogy. A number of modern attempts to open training courses for senior pupils’ preparation for forming a close-knit family are studied. It is concluded that maintaining the Russian traditional lifestyle of a young family is a highly important national task. Today additional education becomes a significant sphere of upbringing moral kinds of personality, developing spiritual needs and system of values.

Abstract
The article is aimed at identifying the main trends in the development of higher education quality assessment systems and searching its efficient mechanisms in foreign experience. The analysis of assessment theory and practice identified the following ambivalence areas forming the field of modalities: «accountability - quality improvement», «technocratic approach - quality culture approach», «standardization - diversification». The author has come to the conclusion that the current polymodality of education quality assessment is, firstly, a way to overcome the contradictions in this area, and secondly, a source of synergy in quality assurance systems at national and European levels.
