Abstract
The article deals with the moral education of the student in the modern multicultural environment of the educational organization. Pedagogical problems are revealed, among them: variability of methodological approaches to the implementation of moral education, the complexity of psychological mechanisms of moral education, age-related features of the formation of moral qualities of the teenager. The concept of multicultural educational environment of school is opened and ways of actualization of its pedagogical potential in moral education of the teenager are shown. The characteristic features of the multicultural educational environment contributing to the formation of moral qualities of the person are analyzed. The importance of the factor of multicultural environment in moral education for modern secondary school is emphasized.

Abstract
The article deals with the study results of the internal education quality evaluation system in comprehensive schools. The correspondent competence was introduced by «The Law of the Russian Federation on Education». The status of competence gives full independence to educational organizations in the modeling of activities and internal assessment procedures. The study puts forward the idea of the evaluation collective subject, in which each individual official fulfills its obligations affecting the total integrated effect of internal education quality evaluation system. The novelty of the research results is in the substantiation of organizational conditions of functioning of the collective distributed subject of the internal education quality evaluation system.

Abstract
This article reflects the study of pedagogical micro-flow of publications on the environmental education of children of preschool age for the 2018th and 2019th years on the basis of the information-analytical database «Scientific Electronic Library». The relevance of studying the problem of environmental education of children in line with the modern state educational policy is reflected. Poly-spherical character of this direction is noted in the context of the meta-subject development of personality in the new conditions. A brief review of modern domestic literature on the problem is given. The methods of research are described - the method of bibliometrics and the method of webometry, with the help of which the scientometric analysis was carried out. The results of the study are disclosed and the conclusion is presented, that reflects the innovative vectors of the development of greening children in new socio-cultural informational conditions.

Abstract
Importance and complexity of schoolchildren’s radiation literacy formation are discussed. Two examples of problem-based approach in studying the phenomenon of natural radioactivity are given: the solution of arithmetic problems for simple nuclear reactions at the lesson of mathematics in grade 6; performance of an experimental task on measuring the background radiation at the lesson Fundamentals of Health and Safety in grade 8. The results of the pedagogical experiment are analyzed: progress in understanding the bases of the substance structure by the 6 graders, stimulation of project activities and change of annual physics marks of the 8 graders.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is studying the pedagogical maintenance process for students and formulation of the basic principles of its organization in the Olympiad movement on Chemistry. The procedure and methods of the research consist in carrying out the theoretical analysis of scientific pedagogical literature on the organization of pedagogical maintenance for students and also assessment of efficiency of its realization in educational process. Formulation of the main components, stages, methods, principles and pedagogical conditions of implementation of pedagogical maintenance for students in the Olympiad movement on Chemistry determining the successful solving of educational and personal tasks by students and teachers in the chemical Olympiad movement became the result of the conducted research. The practical importance of the article consists in defining the main conditions of efficiency of the organization of the pedagogical maintenance for students in the Olympiad movement on Chemistry allowing us to individualize the directed personal development of students in individual competitive process.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to reveal and identify the types of pedagogical communication, as well as to analyze the role of communication not only as a way of transmitting educational information, but also as a way of influencing students. The work reveals the process of personal and social impact of the teacher and students, based on the use of communication skills and skills of the teacher as the organizer of the educational process. Proposals have been formulated on the selection of speech tools for positive influence on students, allowing the teacher to enrich and diversify his communication capabilities and improve the skills of pedagogical communication.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to update the features of the organization of individual and group activities of students at different stages of the formation of communicative multipurpose learning activities. The author observes the changes in the level of formation of communicative multipurpose learning activities of schoolchildren while working in permanent groups at different stages of the organization of group work. According to the results of the study the author concludes that the systematic use of individual-group form of education in biology lessons gives a positive result in the process of mastering the educational program on the subject.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to find out the effectiveness of module technology in teaching Russian to foreign military men at Elementary level. The development work was performed with two groups of foreign cadets. One of the groups studied the Russian language with the use of e-textbook based on the module technology. Due to the testing method and the statistical method the results were received that prove the use of module technology to develop foreign military men’s speech thinking (especially in listening comprehension and speaking) more effectively and forms the basis for developing the secondary cultural-linguistic personality at the Elementary level stage. The experience of using this educational technology described in the article can be of use for teachers of Russian as a foreign language, for developing teaching aids and in practical work at the lessons for foreign students as well.

Abstract
The article focuses on some possible ways of adjusting the discipline of Translation Studies to new educational standards, providing the rationale for reviewing its content, volume and teaching methods. A brief outline of educational modifications as carried out at the Humanities Faculty and the Philological Faculty of PFUR (RUDN University, Moscow) in the course of the last 15 years is provided. A sample of a final test worked out by the author to check both theoretical knowledge and practical translation skills is analyzed to illustrate possible adjustment to new requirements. The author’s experience has found expression in various international publications. The concluding part points out the relevance of the proposed syllabi adjustments to meet the new educational standards.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the method of calculating the individual rating of a technical university student in the case of using the educational technology of group project training. The importance of taking into account the individual rating in the effectiveness of the project method in the educational process is indicated. The paper presents the results of the development of a multi-criteria, objective and easy-to-use methodology for assessing the individual contribution of each student in the implementation of an interdisciplinary project in mathematical disciplines in the group. The study used tools of mathematical modeling in education. The following methods were used to evaluate the results: survey, questionnaire. As a result of the study, the analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of the article is performed. Criteria related to the evaluation of the course project submitted by various groups of experts are developed, including the criteria of intragroup mutual evaluation and self-evaluation; besides, the variants of calculation of cumulative indices for evaluation of individual contribution of each group member to the solution of the task are presented. This technique has been successfully tested in the implementation of interdisciplinary projects by students in the disciplines of the probabilistic cycle at MSTU. N. E. Bauman.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to present a historical-pedagogical reconstruction of the math teachers’ community formation: from the first groups to the first all-Russian Congresses of the early XXth century. Two main directions, through which the math teachers’ community was formed, are disclosed. The influence on this process of the features of the post-reform Russian schools staffing is shown. The conclusion is drawn about the importance of the teachers’ personal initiative in the unification process. The concrete example of reconstruction of the math teachers’ community formation widens the sphere of modern historical-pedagogical knowledge about the processes of domestic school modernization. Qualitative novelty is disclosed which appeared in the process of development and crystallized out as a new unique phenomenon.

Abstract
The article is devoted to identifying the impact of the research teaching method when conducting laboratory work on the quality of education. The authors introduced a research method when conducting laboratory work in various disciplines. The authors used a methodology for assessing changes in student motivation in the learning process. The authors noted a positive trend in the desire of students to acquire knowledge and master the profession. The authors give specific examples of the research method capabilities in conducting laboratory work. It is concluded that the introduction of the research method has a positive effect on the quality of education.

Abstract
In the article one method of creating an electronic training simulator for the topic “Statistical Hypotheses Testing” is suggested on the base of Embedded Answers (Cloze) questions of the Quiz acivity module of the MOODLE learning management system. Recommendations for developing the simulators are given. The detailed description of the solution of a word problem on the topic “One Population Test” in MOODLE is demonstrated. The author uses these MOODLE-based training simulators for student self-training work and for interim assessments in the course “Theory of probability and mathematical statistics” in Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. High efficiency of application of the tests both for the process of learning this topic of mathematical statistics, and for the analysis of the most common mistakes made in solutions by students is indicated.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to study the pedagogical orientation and the problem of creating conditions for the effective formation of professional competencies of foreign students of pedagogical specialties. The authors formulate an urgent task, first of all, for a university teacher: to identify and create conditions for the initial perception by foreign students of pedagogical knowledge and skills and to strengthen the motivation of pedagogical orientation in further educational activities. The authors conducted a study of the motives for educational activity and the attractiveness of teaching profession among foreign students. The results of a survey on the study of the motivational component of the professional orientation of a future teacher are presented. Based on a synthesis of research results and practical experience, methodological recommendations have been developed that contribute to the formation of professional competence of foreign students.

Abstract
The article analyzes the interaction of interpretation and translation in the process of working with a literary text in teaching Russian to foreigners. The authors consider translation not as an end in itself, but as an additional opportunity to teach students to read. In order to adjust the traditional method an experiment was conducted with the use of English fairy tales in the process of foreign students’ work with the texts in Boris Zakhoder’s literary translation/retelling. In the experiment the readers-volunteer worked through the tutorials created by the authors of this article. As a result of the generalization of practical experience, it is concluded that when teaching foreigners to read, the translation allows them to make self-tests to identify errors in the course of independent work, makes it possible to compare the educational translation with a professional one, helps to reveal some of the features and difficulties of translation from English into Russian.

Abstract
The aim of the research was to understand university students’ attitude towards group monitors’ activities. The results of an opinion survey, focused on group monitors’ duty fulfillment, personal and leadership qualities, constitute the basic content of the article. According to the obtained results, combination of individual academic workload and certain extracurricular activities related to the university educational process has a positive impact on the development of group monitors’ leadership qualities. Students highly appreciate the quality of monitors’ duty fulfillment, note their responsibility, excellent performance, and organizational skills. Nonetheless, the necessity for developing interpersonal skills is noticed in certain cases considering their new social role. In conclusion, group monitor’s communicative competence is noted as it is of high value for developing leadership qualities, which is currently viewed as a fundamental component of modern leader’s personality.
