Abstract
The article is devoted to the authorial concept of creating cross-cultural educational environment at school. The authorial concept is determined by the modern paradigm of Russian poly-cultural society, which demands harmonic inter-individual and international relationships development as the basis for harmoniously developed personality. Educational school environment is one of the most favorable surroundings, owing to which highly harmonic inter-individual and international relationships are achieved. Creating cross-cultural educational environment at school will help to form individual’s cross-cultural competences. They include such notions as: humanistic attitude to foreign cultures, tolerance, respect to other nations and their culture, patriotism and love to their native language. The authors of the articles define the aim of the concept, its basic components. Cross-cultural educational school environment principles are also justified.

Abstract
The article presents the technology of formation of the competitive personality of the future technologist of the fishing industry in conditions of secondary vocational education and its pedagogical support. Relying on scientific literature, the author identifies conditionally four main stages in the presented technology. The author considers the realization of each stage to result in a certain level of the future technologist’s competitive personality development. The result of the theoretical substantiation of the process of the pedagogical support of the future technologist’s competitive personality development is the implementation of the author’s technology into the process of professional education.

Abstract
The aim of the article is to reveal the main issues of the formation of a man of culture qualities in the inclusive environment of a secondary education institution. The authors analyzed the philosophical, culturological, sociological and psycho-pedagogical literature, developed criteria and indicators for revealing the initial level of the formation of the qualities of a man of culture in younger schoolchildren. Effective ways of realization of inclusive education are defined; the inclusive environment of the secondary educational institution is considered as a condition for the formation of the qualities of a man of culture in younger schoolchildren; the notion of "a man of culture"; a set of criteria and indicators of the qualities of junior schoolchildren's culture (cognitive, motivational, value, personal) are defined. The main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used to organize the inclusion of children into the joint activities (educational, artistic, creative, project, etc.) on the basis of subject-subject relationships within inclusive education.

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of an educative component in teaching a foreign language at senior grades of school in Russia, including the way it is reflected in the normative documents of the Russian Federation. The article includes the examples of the tasks the main purpose of which is to activate the educative and developmental function of a foreign language as a subject at senior school. This stipulates for the practical importance of the article. The author analyzed the following documents: the Law on Education in the Russian Federation, FSES of secondary education and the Strategy for the Education Development in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025. The analysis was aimed at disclosing the tasks on upbringing the coming generation in the framework of the educational system. Special attention is given to the aspects which are significant for the process of upbringing and which should be taken into consideration by foreign language teachers in senior grades of a secondary school. The age peculiarities of senior pupils are also considered. The article is addressed to foreign language teachers and heads of educational institutions.

Abstract
The author considers the issues related to the development and formation of Russian and foreign realist art and the problems of perception of the surrounding world, with the assessment of the modern higher art education importance. On the example of the leading centers of art education in Russia, the author determines the priority of preserving the principles of flexible approach in the educational space in the changing visual environment. As one of the principles of realistic art development the examples of realistic art integration and the virtual world are given. As a conclusion the main factors of stability of the system of art education in Russia based on the principles of introduction of new educational technologies are given.

Abstract
This article examines the features of artistic and educational interest formation of students in the art department of the children's art school. The purpose of the study is to awaken the artistic and cognitive interest of schoolchildren, to involve the institutions of supplementary art education into the activities. In the process of work literary sources on the topic of research were studied and analyzed, the obtained information was analyzed. The article describes the features of students’ artistic and educational interest formation. The article will be of interest for teachers practicing visual art in the system of additional education.

Abstract
The author of the article had the goal to highlight the importance of using innovative technologies at the classes of academic painting, as well as of using multimedia technology and modern technologies in teaching painting. Besides, it was important to identify the teacher’s role in this process. Special attention is paid to the empirical analysis of modern art development, including painting. Other countries’ experience in this matter is studied. The statement about insufficient application of modern methods in teaching including innovative technologies is empirically checked. The relevance of students-painters’ development as future professionals is stated. Theoretical significance of the research is in the proposal to make minor changes to the traditional academic training of painting in order to improve the efficiency and relevance of training. The article is addressed to teachers of art education, teaching the discipline of academic painting.

Abstract
This article proposes approaches to the implementation of the case method as one of the leading methods of teaching when working with students of pedagogical universities. To achieve this goal, the analysis of scientific literature was carried out, which allowed to identify the possibilities, advantages and benefits of this method. The purpose of its application is also mentioned, as well as the examples of the cases classification. The article provides examples of training situations that can be the basis for the development of the cases. The examples of the cases given in the article are clearly structured, which allows us to see the possibility of using this method to control the competencies formation in such components of the teacher's work as the preparation and verification of tasks. Approaches to students’ evaluation of the cases solutions are proposed. The article is addressed to university professors.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the discrete analysis of the problem of forming the cadets’ readiness for international cooperation at the present stage. The content of the concept “readiness”, which is considered as a purposeful joint activity of subjects in the specially created project-educational environment of the university, is disclosed. The definition of international interaction with the identification of its characteristics is also proposed. The author comes to the conclusion that studying this problem is necessary and important for further development of military education at the present stage when the analysis of both positive and negative experience is of great importance. This will enable to find ways to avoid possible mistakes.

Abstract
In this article the problem of improving the quality of geometric-graphic training for students of technical specialties at the institutions of higher and secondary vocational education is considered. In the course of research of domestic and foreign sources it was revealed that considerable attention is paid to the quality of training of future engineers throughout the world. The results of the international professional skill competition WorldSkills Competition can serve as an indicator of the level of skills development, necessary for modern specialists. As a tool for geometric-graphical training of modern specialists, it is proposed to use educational and methodical complexes developed on the basis of the test projects of the world competitions. The advantages of this approach are justified by the high results achieved by the participants of the WorldSkills Russia Competition. The article is addressed to teachers of special disciplines of vocational education organizations, as well as to Worldskills experts of Mechanical Engineering - CAD competence, wishing to improve the level of training students and future competitors.
