Methodology. The analysis of the literature on the problems of axiology and innovation in education, the description of the experience of pedagogical research allowed us to draw both theoretical and practice-oriented conclusions.
Results. The analysis of the theoretical literature and the results of scientific research allowed us to understand the processes of creating pedagogical innovations, their development by the pedagogical community and their application, which objectively leads to the definition of the subject and tasks of pedagogical axiology. The key concepts that reflect the relationship between axiology and innovation are highlighted, such as the Internet value-semantic sphere, network personality, university youth subculture, creativity as a system-forming result of the educational process.
Research Implications. Theoretical significance of this study consists in the analysis of the relationship between axiology and innovation in education, the essential characteristic of which is to maintain the balance of the new and the old, which ensures the development of educational systems. The experience described in the article can be extrapolated into the practice of educational organizations.
Aim. To determine the axiological indicators of the quality of upbringing of a future teacher at a university, in other words, to clarify and experimentally confirm the existence of value indicators of the future teachers’ upbringing quality. For this purpose, we have set the task to clarify what values pedagogical universities students have, which determine their choice of profession, future pedagogical activity; to determine the technologies, forms and methods of educational work at a pedagogical university, which have an axiological orientation.
Methodology. In the article, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the axiological indicators of the quality of upbringing of a future teacher are determined (value orientations, value self-determination, axiological potential of the student's and teacher's personality, university youth subculture). On the basis of the “Value orientations of the personality” questionnaire, on the association analysis and on the technique of unfinished sentences, the analysis of the value orientations of students was carried out. The survey involved 146 students of MGOU.
Results. At the search-diagnostic stage the texts of dissertation research and articles published in: Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals on the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and world scientific journals, included in the Scopus database, were analyzed. The analysis of the works made it possible to determine the relevance of the problem under study, to choose adequate research methods, and to formulate a pedagogical problem. The adapted "Personality profile" questionnaire by Sh. Schwartz in Googleformat, the technique of unfinished sentences, an associative experiment made it possible to identify the values of future teachers who further define the national values of education.
Research implications. This study contributes to solving the scientific problem of determining the axiological indicators of the quality of upbringing of future teachers, which has an important sociocultural significance in the new constantly changing conditions, brings to a new level of scientific research related to the study of the value orientations of future teachers, the axiological potential of the personality, value self-determination, value choice, subjectivity student as a holistic axiological characteristic of a personality, university youth subculture.
The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that it is aimed at improving the educational space of the university in the context of the value content.
Aim. Theoretically and practically justify the expediency of using the resources of foresight education in the strategic development of a secondary education organization.
Methodology. The study uses theoretical methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, hypothetical method, SWOT analysis – method of situational analysis and strategic planning, modeling; empirical methods: pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment; methods of statistical analysis.
Results. Based on the identification of the essence of the phenomenon of foresight, its functional mechanisms, content aspects and, most importantly, educational potential, the study proves the demand for the resources of foresight education for the strategic development of a secondary education organization in conditions of uncertainty and transformation of the society. Based on the foresight technology, a model for managing human resources that play a leading role in the strategic development of a econdary education organization was developed.

THEORY AND METHODS OF TEACHING AND EDUCATION
Aim. Blogging holds great potential for L2 learners’ communicative competence development, but this type of activity remains poorly incorporated in formal education because of difficulties with its evaluation within the framework of the score-rating system of assessment adopted in Russian universities. This paper examines the issues of assessment in modern pedagogical theory and practice, particularly focusing on blog assessment, and proposes a blog assessment scheme for FL tertiary education.
Methodology and Approach. The methodology of research includes analytical and comparative methods as well as competence-based, learner-centered and action-oriented approaches.
Results. A blog assessment scheme was designed comprising different forms of control and scales for higher education programmes. The designed scheme presents a cycle of evaluation procedures incorporating formative, summative assessment, teacher and peer feedback, and self-assessment. For the introduction of the scheme into classroom practice, competence-based assessment scales with illustrative descriptors and sections of student e-portfolio (blog portfolio) were developed.
