Abstract
Through the analysis of the condition of educational practice in Russian teacher training universities, the progressive tendencies in its perfection are revealed. On this basis the general evaluation of the existing educational resource that is used for the competency approach in higher pedagogical education is given. The article proposes the author’s model of developing educational resource created in the conditions of interscientific communication, which was tested in practice and which provides the formation of pedagogical professionalism among bachelor students. The article shows that the interscientific database about a person developed by experts representing sciences connected with pedagogy is a didactic means of developing educational resource formation.

Abstract
The article is the first work dedicated to the problem of vocationally-oriented foreign language training of cadets at military institutions of higher education during the Great Patriotic war. The work is devoted to the exposure of peculiarities and defining the meaning of foreign language training of cadets at the given period of time. The facts from the history of three military institutions of higher education are analyzed, as well as the literature of pre-war and war periods published and designed to be used for foreign language training of military specialists.

Abstract
In the article the category of act is analyzed in the context of cultural-historical theory and systemic-activity approach to personal development. Act as a multidimensional and multilevel reality is regarded as the highest level of development of value-semantic sphere of a personality and in the unity of all mental processes of a subject, its all possible features, including individual properties. As main characteristics of the act self-determination and axiology are analyzed. The article describes in detail the pedagogical conditions that promote the translation of meanings, and as a consequence - the "ascent" of a student’s personality upto the level of action. Basing on the results of the study of levels of formation of value-semantic sphere of students’ personality the conclusion is formulated about the necessity of studying the dynamics of value-semantic sphere of the personality of pupils at all levels of education - elementary, secondary, and high school.

Abstract
In this article the necessity of updating the culturological creative function of education in a multicultural school environment is dicussed. The issue is scrutinized on the basis of the philosophical ideas about a multicultural society and normative-legal documents regulating the development of national education. The problems and prospects of formation of multicultural environment in a comprehensive school are given. The article deals with inclusive education as a reflection of the idea of a multicultural society and an important direction of development of multicultural practice. Methods for constructing a multicultural environment in secondary schools in order to foster schoolchildren’s culture are presented.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a functionally literate person in the course of studying different kinds of speech activity. The focus is pointed to the formation of pupils’ ability to deal with a training text, as well as their ability to read, understand and make a coherent statement on the basis of the given information. The paper proposes a method of operation for the perception (understanding) of an educational text, and the algorithm for generating a secondary text based on the text sample. The article also notes the role of a teacher in such work as the coordinator of pupils’ research creative activities.

Abstract
The article considers the algorithm of analysis of the complex syntactic whole of an art text. Such analysis is recommended for practical training at the lessons of culture of speech for students-nonphilologists, the aim pof which being the development of a language personality upto the level of adequate choice. Special attention is paid to the methods contributing to the emergence of reflection which broadens the limits of the existing system of knowledge and generates new knowledge of the world. Besides, they contribute to the expansion of a notion into a concept as a verbalized sign of national and universal culture.

The article deals with mastering the norms of accentological standards by children of another culture, who came from foreign countries and have insufficient knowledge of the state language of the Russian Federation. Abstract
The article scrutinizes the issue of introducing the concepts of energy and entropy into the school course of thermodynamics as one of the ways of forming a holistic physical picture of the world which favours senior schoolchildren’s deeper understanding of fundamental laws of nature. Within the school course of Physics some of these laws are studied perfunctory which creates certain problems for a teacher. One of possible ways of overcoming this difficulty is selecting the problems where these laws could be scrutinized in the process of their solving. As an example this article provides a solution to the problem of parallel connection of two capacitors, one of which is not charged.

Abstract
The article searches the ways of popularization of the education in the Russian language in the global educational space, as well as in the higher education of the Universities in Russia and, in particular, promoting the brand of Plekhanov Economic University in foreign countries by attracting students to studying at the preparatory programs for foreign citizens and people without citizenship. As a result of scientific-practical work the beta version of Plekhanov Economic University site in the Chinese language was launched, the training and methodological support for the Preparatory Program for foreign citizens and people without citizenship was developed, a monitoring system was worked out using means of electronic teaching for economic, technical-engineering and humanitarian profiles. The efficiency of the work done resulted in the increase of the students at the Preparatory Program for foreign citizens and people without citizenship.

Abstract
The article deals with the methods of teaching students of musical higher educational institutions gto read special texts in English. Basing on theoretical data the author offers a system of exercises the aim of which includes development of intensive reading skills, as well as to teach to communicate on the given topic, and form students’ creative approach to the studied material. The article includes an example of 2nd year students’ work with an original text «Mikhail Mikhailovich Ippolitov-Ivanov» from the textbook «The Great Russian Composers of the Romantic Period» by L. Sokolova and L. Kryukova.

Abstract
The article substantiates the idea that implementation of baccalaureate programme “Methods of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language” is the basis of formation of a professional competence of Russian as a foreign language teacher. The programme reflects key achievements of modern researchers; its task is not only to teach Russian as a foreign language, but also to educate foreign students, involve them into the Russian culture. Formation of a new bilingual identity, as well as ensuring the conditions for obtaining a foreign language education at universities of the Russian Federation, is also among its goals.

Abstract
This scientific article covers the problem of the students’ independent work considered as the foundation in foreign language teaching at technical universities in the context of modern educational paradigm. This subject has become particularly relevant due to the implementation of new educational standards, where students’ independent work takes more than half of the total number of hours allocated to the discipline “Foreign Language”. The article considers the relationship of educational competence and students’ independent work. Quality characteristics and significance of students’ independent work in the process of foreign language teaching at technical universities are identified.

Abstract
In the article the author studies the theoretical justification of the draft method developed and tested in practice, the use of modern methods of using software in teaching and project activities that contribute to the effectiveness of students’ project activities, as well as to the development of appropriate information and communication competencies. Potential use of software tools of information and communication in students’ project activities are identified. This can enhance understanding of the role of these funds in the educational process at school.The original author's view will be of interest to school teachers and teachers of further education.

Abstract
This article analyzes the problems of economic competence formationof future teachers of vocational training. The article gives a clarification of the definition of the terms "competence" and "being competent". Major gaps in the qualityof preparation of teachers of vocational training for the economic component are identified. Theoretical solution to the problem of improving the quality of economic training of future teachers of vocational training with the requirements of Federal State Educational Standards and their responsibilities fixed in the job descriptions are offered.
