Methods and devices of acting techniques in training teachers of the XXI century
Abstract
the drama schools actors training system for a modern
teacher training. The author examines them basing on the
analysis of Stanislavski system, as well as its most effective
methods and techniques that contribute to professional
training of teachers for comprehensive schools. The research
results allow the author to conclude that special techniques
of vocational preparation are required for training of modern
teachers. They are supposed to assist in developing of not
only cognitive sphere, but also emotional sphere and creative
activities. Theater pedagogics can help to develop such a
technology. Its main features are deep individualization, creativity
and desire to fathom the nature of the expressiveness
of human feelings. The XXI century teacher should possess
not only theoretical knowledge, but also be a true professional
who can find convincing, interesting and creative approaches
to solve educational problems. In this connection, the methods
and devices of acting techniques are considered to be a
theoretical basis and practical tool for developing professionally
significant skills and qualities of a modern teacher
