Tendencies of the increase of the education quality in modern conditions

Abstract

The article considers the questions of the quality
of modern education which is characterized by internationalization
and integration. The attention in concentrated on the
Russias place in the system of European education. The article
defines the strategy of the education quality development.
First of all it is necessary to form the quality philosophy to
work out new technologies of the education quality estimation;
to use foreign experience, to create the system of education
quality monitoring which will suit the world standards.
The author concludes that the modern education quality is
education based on the competence approach which can be
ensured only by a modern personality through the realization
of the value approach to the education quality management
