Features of a technique of formation of competence of the teachers in creation of computer environment

Abstract

In article shows the basic stages of technology of formation of competence of the teachers in creation of computer environ-ment. Competence formation is reached by use of two purposes of preparation and key abili-ties as toolkit of formation of ability. The pro-jected technology includes nine basic steps of formation of competence which it is possible conditionally named as: involving of teachers in training in the field of creation of computer environment; training of teachers in the field; formation of their competence of creation of computer environment. Proceeding from this, the features of a technique and methodical re-ceptions of each stage were determined
