ENHANCING THE RESOURCES OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM PERSONNEL AS THE BASIS FOR ITS FUNCTIONING EFFECTIVENESS
Abstract
Factors influencing the formation of the market of educational services and their relevance in the system of additional education are studied. The author presents some results of the analysis of professionalism and qualification of pedagogical personnel of the system of additional education. It is stated that a number of factors will contribute to the enhancement of the personnel’s resources. They are: the educational process oriented to the formation of a highly professional personality; the actualization of specialists’ motivation and needs for acquiring knowledge, abilities and skills aimed at developing teaching skills; attitude valuing their own work results.
