https://doi.org/10.18384/2310-7219-2015-3-8-16

Abstract

The Federal State Education Standards have changed the requirements to the level of training and quality of instruction. However, the process of learning in a new light can be hindered or remain just an intention if teachers do not take into consideration the potential complexities, common for implementing activities demanding systemic knowledge and thinking. The article is an attempt to bridge the gap between the Standards and a teacher’s effectiveness aimed at new level of educating. Inspired by psychological science, certain methods of classroom practice are offered.
