STRUCTURE AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN TEXTBOOK FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING OF STUDENTS OF NON LINGUISTIC HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (THE RAILWAY SPECIALTY)

Abstract

This article is devoted to the development of structure and content of a modern textbook for teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistic specialty, on the example of railway profile. The structure of such textbook is based on the simultaneous development of all four kinds of students’ speech activities: listening, speaking, writing and reading professionally-oriented texts. The use of the proposed content will optimize the learning process and will increase the students’ level of foreign language oral and written speech on the profile of the specialty.
