MOTIVATION STIMULATION OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-PERFECTION AS CONDITION OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL SKILLS FORMATION

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of motivation stimulation of professional self-perfection of future teachers in higher educational establishments. The factors of motivation stimulation of professional self-perfection are considered. Indicators of motivation component of professional skills according to the reflection criterion are determined. The levels of motivation component formation of future teachers are defined.
