Pedagogical problems of the traditions development in teaching historical domestic dance in the choreographic education system

Abstract

The article considers the complex of pedagogical
problems of the traditions development in teaching Historical
Domestic Dance as a part of choreographic education
system. The article describes the history of the subject Historical
Dance, examines the methodological aspects of its
teaching. The author gives a detailed examination of the educational-
methodological maintenance of teaching the subject
Historical Dance in contemporary Russian choreographic
educational institutions. The author examines the objectives
of keeping the teaching traditions of the Historical Domestic
Dance and formulates the main principles of this subject
teaching.
