Motivation of education activityin a secondary vocational institution

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of motivational
sphere in the system of secondary vocational education. At
present the problem of motivation is gaining special importance.
The formation of educational activity motivation is an
interdisciplinary problem of training and education and is the
most important aspect of modern education. The objectives of
the research included the study of a modern student motivation,
the disclosure of the motivation components. The updating
of the education content through the influence of students
motivation should be considered the novelty of the research.
As a result it has been revealed that it is the motivation which
is the basic means of ensuring the increase of students level
of interest to the educational process. It will allow to increase
their personal scientific and creative potential.
