THE REALIZATION OF THE DEVELOPING FUNCTION OF MATHEMATICS IN THE PROCESS OF THE STUDENTS' EXPLORATORY ACTIVITY AT THE LESSONS OF ALGEBRA AND THE PRINCIPLES OF MATHEMATIC ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article describes the structure of a theoretical research which includes the process of creative activities, the logics of cognition and the skill in handling the common principles of doing the sums. The research activity ensures the students with the methods of scientific cognition, the methods of mathematical creative activities, arouses their interest to the subject. Besides it, stimulates them to study the methods and modes of the scientific activities without which it is impossible to get knowledge independently. The article defines the teacher's and student's order of functioning in the research activity. The methods of experimentation are shown on the concrete example of a research work on algebra and the principles of mathematic analysis. The author described the way the developing function of mathematics is implemented while studying algebra and the principles of mathematic analysis.
