PARENTS SCHOOL CONSULTING ABOUT EDUC ATION AL PRO BLEMS : FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND THE SITU ATION IN RUSSI AN EDUC ATION AL SYSTEM

Abstract

The article analyzes the literature on school consulting
in the USA and Europe, particularly in Germany. The
issues of school consulting in the present system of education
in Russia are also considered. Special attention is given
to the consulting system of parents who have children with
problems in learning. The definition and explanation of the
concept consulting is given. The author analyzes the influence
of students maladjustment to studying on their progress
in studies and their relations with students of the same age.
The ways of solving such problems in the educational systems
of the USA, Germany and Russia are analyzed.
