Providing support of professional growth of the teacher on the basis of network interaction in re-training system

Abstract

Modern society makes higher and higher demands
on teachers, the level of their general culture, intelligence,
vocational training. Radical updating of the system of
general education provides an increase in professional independence
of teachers granting them the right of designing the
content of education, as well as the choice of forms and training
and teaching methods. At the same time teachers become
highly responsible before the society, pupils and parents for
the results of educational process. In these conditions the role
of methodical services of all levels extremely increases in perfecting
professional competence of teachers, their training for
work in a new educational situation, in creating conditions for
teachers individual and professional growth.
