Technology of teachers training quality management

Abstract

The article tackles the problem of technological
bases of teachers training quality management. The technology
and control facilities of teachers training quality management
are important objects of administrative activity to provide
the quality of education. The quality of education implies
a sum of personal qualities formed through a category of personal
culture, social and civil maturity, levels of competence,
creative abilities and conformity of his/her individual educational
achievements to the diverse purposes and requirements
of official bodies. The author of the article considers
the questions of forming a would-be teachers methodological
culture, use of modern tools and methods of quality management
promoting the formation of the teachers professional
competence.
