Creating conditions for the development of extra-curricular teachers professional and creative activity in tutor training system

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of professional
and creative activity development of extra-curricular
teachers in tutor training. Psychological, pedagogical, organizational
and methodological conditions of the development
have been considered. The experiment has revealed
that extra-curricular teachers development is influenced by a
number of conditions.
