Intersubject connections in teaching mathematics in high school

Abstract

Inter-subject connections of mathematics with
other disciplines of the high school curricular are tools of realizing
the profile approach to training. They help to stimulate
students motivation to learning mathematics and on this basis
generate strong base knowledge, sufficient for professional
work and further education as well as to solve the problems
of students personal development. The article considers various
aspects of the problem of inter-subject connections, gives
their general characteristics and the ways of their building in
teaching mathematics.
