TEACHER-TRAINERS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR PHYSICAL CULTURE EDUCATION
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of professional
and personal development of a future trainer-teacher as
a qualitative, professionally oriented and conscious change of
his personal sphere under the conditions of modernization of
extra-curricular educational system. The design of different
technologies, approaches, principles and their functions in
the system of extra-curricular physical culture education have
been presented. Some functions realized in the process of
students professional self-development have been pointed
out.
