Abstract
of creating the process, which includes
teachers' preparation for minimization of
professional and pedagogic mistakes. The
creation of this model let us analyze and find
out all the conditions for organizing teachers'
preparation in order to minimize professional
and pedagogic mistakes. The process itself
takes into account the specificity of studying
and postgraduate education in the context of
continuous pedagogic education.
