The key concepts that reflect the relationship between axiology and innovation are highlighted, such as the Internet value-semantic sphere, network personality, university youth subculture, creativity as a system-forming result of the educational process.

Research Implications. Theoretical significance of this study consists in the analysis of the relationship between axiology and innovation in education, the essential characteristic of which is to maintain the balance of the new and the old, which ensures the development of educational systems.
