THE ORIGIN AND FORMATION OF THE MAIN METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE PROBLEM OF JUVENILE CRIME PREVENTION IN THE LATE 19th – EARLY 20th CENTURY
Abstract
Only at the end of the 19th centutry did legal writers and educationalists start to treat the juvenuile delinquency problem as a scientific one. the sociological, cultural and anthropological methodological approaches to the problem were the ones that had been developed and applied over the 20th century. these approaches developed independently. however, even at the first stage of their development, did integrated approaches to the problem start to appear.
