МЕЖКУЛЬТУРНАЯ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЬ И АДАПТАЦИЯ В ИНОКУЛЬТУРНОЙ СРЕДЕ: ПОДХОДЫ И ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается межкультурная компетентность личности как
важный фактор, влияющий на успешность адаптации различных категорий людей -
иммигрантов, беженцев и вынужденных переселенцев, репатриантов, представителей
этнических и культурных меньшинств, а также представителей мультикультурных
обществ. На основе зарубежных исследований анализируются различные подходы к раз-
работке практических программ, направленных на повышение межкультурной компе-
тентности и эффективности социокультурной адаптации.
In article intercultural competence of the person as the important factor influencing on
success of adaptation of various categories of people is considered. Among categories there are
immigrants, refugees and the compelled immigrants, repatriates, representatives of ethnic and
cultural minority and representatives of multicultural societies.
On the basis of foreign researches various approaches to development of the practical
programs directed on increase intercultural competence and efficiency socially cultural of
adaptation are analyzed.
