MONITORING IN THE SYSTEM OF THE UNIVERSITY'S EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Abstract
One of the main tasks of quality management systems is to determine the degree of satisfaction of internal consumers. Such assessment is necessary to make changes in the management of the organization to improve its activities. The article presents the results of the research of students’ satisfaction as internal consumers of educational services provided by the university. Realization of all monitoring stages, focusing on the application of statistical methods at all stages of planning and implementation of students’ satisfaction studying is described in detail. The obtained results are the basis for managerial decisions.
