Education professionals in terms of innovative development
Abstract
The paper considers the problem of designing
individual vocational education in a society oriented at innovative
development. The author gives grounds for necessity
to include learners in the process of designing the content of
their education. Conceptual substantiation and description are
presented of the organizational and pedagogical conditions in
which the subjects of learning process can develop their own
educational paths that meet their individual interests
