Authorial programme of pedagogical proficiency as a resource of undergraduate professional development
Abstract
being developed by students can be the resource
of their professional development. This article presents a
technology of developing an authorial programme allowing
students to diagnose by themselves both intermediate and
ultimate outcomes of their professional pedagogical development
while studying at university, providing them with methodology
of continuous professional self-development, selfimprovement,
whereas a teacher is given the opportunity of
controlling, correcting and guiding this process.
The conducted experiment on putting the suggested technology
into practice yielded positive results.
