Model of Nurturing of Ethnocultural Relations of Teachers to be in the multicultural educational medium
Abstract
In the article there has been
presented a model of nurturing of ethnocultural
relations of teachers to be in the present
educational environment. In the substantial
block of the model there have been marked
out ethnocultural orientation, ethnoculturological
competence and creative individuality
of the teacher to be which will make it possible
to ensure success of the given mode of
upbringing.
