Abstract
The article deals with the problem of effi cient orphans socialization regional system foundation.
The experience of 61 boarding schools is taken into account. Research methods included
questionnaire of 992 boarding schools specialists. It allowed to get information about
conditions, diffi culties and ways of improving children socialization.
